| Appearance: Noah is 5'10, he has dark hair cropped close to his scalp. He has green eyes. He has a very thin build. He usually wears hoodies, jeans, and sneakers.
Backstory: Noah's past is shrouded in mystery. Few definite details are known save that his mother died shortly after giving birth to him, and that his father is wealthy but, neglectful towards his son. Abilities: Telepathy: Noah uses this ability to locate opponents if his other senses become disabled. Telekenisis: Noah is a very powerful telepath. He can use his abilities to seem as though he has control over the elements. Flight: Noah uses his abilites to fly. Increased Strength: Noah uses his abilities to amplify physical attacks greatly. Psy-Barrier: Noah uses his power to block physical and mystical attacks, to an extent. Destructive Voice-Noah bears the curse of Blackbolt. He scatters electron atoms through the speech center in his brain. Whenever, Noah uses his voice a massive blast erupts. The attack destroys anything in it's path with a large blast radius. The attack wears down Noah inside and out. Weapons: Sabre: Noah had learned and excelled at fencing. He was even declared a national prodigy at age 9. Modified Flintlock Pistol: Noah redesigned an old time one-shot flintlock pistol to hold a twenty one round magazine as well as modifing the bullets to either explode or leave poison.
