Shane was fighting vailiently, nailing limb spots to incapacitate. He was on top of his game.
Something stewed in his mind mid-battle...
Weak! These brutes are surviving because of you! You have the tools now! Kill them! DO IT! It is your job, remember!?

Shane gasped, and his vision went blurry. As he picked his head of, one of the wolves was chargnig at him, and something set off in the back of his mind. Shane rushed forward full speed, and jumped and knee'd the werewolf in the chin, making it fall down. He then got an insidious grin on his face, and pulled out the rifle. Before anyone could say anything, before his victim copuld even beg for its life, two high powered rounds were blasted into its chest, and Shane cackled as his eyes flashed. WIth that, he ran off to find two more of the beasts. He fired off 3 shots, and the two beasts fell dead.

"I'll kill them all! I'm just getting warmed up!"

As Kevin neared Martin, he gasped.
"What the hell are you doing? What is this thing?" he demanded, as he unlocked the safety on the gun in his pocket.

Francine's eyes widened. She glared in Shane's direction. She got herself up and morphed into wolf animal form. The white fur shone. She ran up as fast as she could. She jumped and opened her mouth grabbing ahold of Shane's hand. She gnawed and glared at him. I'm not having you kill anymore... She said looking straight at him. Instead you should smell your own blood...

Vanessa kept quiet.

"Oh?" Martin looked at Kevin. "I guess she wanted you to know as well." He put his face on the machine and closed his eyes. "This machine is a sin against God our Father." Martin gave a twisted smile. "But it is also Keira's means of finding Jack."

Shane's eyes widened. The pain was immense, but the adrenaline flowed.

"Ergh! Another one!? Eat lead!"
Shane's rifle dropped, and he pulled out the pistol, and fired a shot directly at his attacker, knocking her off.It was the only shot in it. It was the only gun he forgot to reload before the fight, luckily.
He stared down at the one he shot, then suddenly came to his sense, and looked around.

"Uh.... huh? What happened? Fucking... my head hurts..."
He fell to his knees, holding his now throbbing his head.

Harry pulled out a small pistol, loaded with a dart, and fired it directly at Shane. It should cause temporary paralyse, and send him on the ground immediatly. His mind would be too clouded to perform any magical action...assuming the dart hit.

He quickly looked towards Francine. He had a new goal now, get her to safety, that wouldn't be too difficult. He quickly put on his tangler rounds again, aiming towards any werewolves, but saving his ammo. He walked cautiously towards Francine, intending to pick her up, and carry her to the vehicle, his tangler and pistol in both hands.

Peace.... Francine shook her head and glared in the direction of everyone. Most of the werewolves were unconscious, only three dead, and an injury to her shoulder. I'm getting too old for this... She thought. Her mind drifted as she grabbed Shane by the collar of his shirt. She continued to drag him and looked at the people as she let his shirt go. She grabbed her clothing and limped to a tree. She transformed and put her jeans and shirt on. Francine turned from behind the tree holding on to her shoulder. It barely missed a major blood valve. "I'm going to report this to Keira myself," she said with her eyes closed. "I want each of you to take care of him." Francine glared in Shane's direction. "He's not allowed to leave HQ...." She paused and began to walk into the middle of the town. "....ever." She turned her eyes to Shane. "Consider this, every death is written and accounted for, their families live close learns of their deaths, and Keira's plans go down the drain." She then turned her self away. "I'll get medical help here. You all go ahead to HQ with that.... that... boy."

It was a small werehouse cleaned out for magical training purposes, and Wedge had secured it entirely for his own use. It was completly dark besides a blue aura emnating from a giant dreamcatcher of sorts, propped up on a specially built pedastal. It was like this when Wedge and Darian entered, but with the flick of a finger, Wedge turned on the main light.

"There she is."

Darian nodded and removed his hat, placing it on a vacant table, before standing on a ritual circle in a ready position. Wedge nodded, seriousness on his face.

"Warning, this will hurt a lot."

He walked over and placed his hands on the ritual circle Darian stood, and suddenly, with the blue light, magic tendrils lept from the inscriptions and grabbed his entire body. He screamed as it turned red, and it seemed to suck the very soul from his body. With a huge flash of crimson, a red orb appeared between Wedge and Darian's now comatose body. Wedge lifted the orb and carried it to the dreamcatcher, placing it in the orb slot in the center. The mechanism glowed red, and Wedge began chanting and touching ritual circles in a specific order before the entire circle filled with a red lining, making it appear as a portal.

At that moment, in the Spirit Realm, Darian's soul took form as his physical self, though it was made of soul energy. He was standing alone in a humongous hallway, filled with orbs, all shining in different colors and magnitudes. Darian knew Jack's soul would be green, as was his aura color, and more than likely an extremely powerful magnitude. He turned into the main hallway, looking for a possible direction, only to be greeted by a figure appearing in a tattered red cloak, nothing but the cloak and it's piercing white eyes.

"I am not in the mood to fight."

The abomination hissed and charged forward. Darian brought his foot up and through the cloak, causing it to fade into ash and fall to the white hall's ground. He cursed and many of the guardians began to encircle him. With fists raised, he smiled and charged forward, searching for the lost soul unfairly imprisoned in the land of spirits.

Laramie stood before a door outside the HQ. He had his trenchcoat back on, and buttoned up to cover him form the cold.

He chuckled to himself as he glanced at the keypad. He had a strong feeling his curiousity would lead him to whateverwas behind the door. He hoped he knew what it was...

His ice blue eyes flashed a blood red as he glanced at the numpad, and waved a hand over it. Numbers lit up from brightest to most dim... Almost too easy. He pressed the numbers:

3..6..9..4...5...28...0

His eyes returned to ice blue before the door slid open, and he walked in, Venessa in sight.

Vanessa looked at Laramie. "What are you doing here?" she whispered looking at this vampire like her. She didn't know where to put it, but he was very familiar.

Laramie smiled softly to Venessa and walked past her to the machine. His eyes were dead set on the shadow walking machine. His gaze transfixed like he was possessed...

No... They didn't He was full of terror over the machine... "What..." He blinked at it "What does this do?!" He turned quickly to Venessa, his eyes full of sorrow.

"I'll leave the father to you Mister Kevin-sir," Vanessa grabbed Laramie and disappeared into the shadows hoping Laramie would follow suit. She jumped out of the wall into Keira's old office. "Here we are..." She said aloud. "You followed me right?"

"Y-yes... Of course" He was still doubfounded as he entered the room. Sorrow filled his heart at the sight of that machine, but joy rivaled it at the sight of his daughter using his powers.

"Tell me, what is going on?"

Vanessa began to search through the many files Keira kept. "I know it's in here somewhere," she said. She began to look through names, titles, numbers. Vanessa finally found the file. "Ahah," she said aloud. "This is it." She took out crinkled papers written in a familiar handwriting. "From what Keira and that preist are always talking, they speak of perfecting this device. They refered to a man named Urashi."

Vanessa looked up. "May I ask a question before I go into the schematics?"

(OOC: Yah, haven't posted in a while. >.o Bear with me, just trying to keep up with the story. **bows** Sumimasen)

BIC: When they got there, Eevie let everyone else out of the van before her. She needed just an extra moment to find a spot that she could go to without her concentration being broken.

The moment she spotted one, she hesitated no longer. Swiftly, and with grace, she dodged her teamates and werewolves. She managed to wedge herself between objects that had been knocked over and relaxed. Eevie then closed her eyes. She took in a few deep breaths before allowing her breathing to go shallow.

There was too much going on. Either someone was firing some weapons, electric currents were flying about the area, or bodies were flying. She knew she would have been able to form a bubble strong enough to carry the family toward her, but she wasn't so sure about the rest. She didn't trust her own strength. She wasn't one hundred percent positive that the bubble would have been strong enough to protect from the chaos erupting around them, so she didn't chance it. Obviously Morrighan's barrier was strong enough to keep them safe right where they were, so Eevie decided it safer to just keep them there. But she did not take her eyes off the family once. Should something else go wrong, she would have to chance moving them.

However, Eevie didn't need to. Before she needed to do anything, the chaotic atmosphere had died down. All of the werewolves had been stunned into unconsciousness, with the exception of three...

Vanessa decided to play her own games. "I really, have no clue," she put a hand on herself, "what I truly am. What am I? Why are you like me?" She wanted to go about this as lightly as possible. "I really don't know what I'm capable of, if I don't know what I am."

He chuckled to himself as he slipped the trenchcoat off, and tossed it to the side. He looked at her with his icy blue eyes, and smiled softly.

"If I must answer your questions before I get mine, then so be it. But only on the oath that what is said within this room stays between you and me." He looked at her with a strong gaze.

Vanessa looked up at him. His icy cold blue eyes felt much warmer than when she glares. She raised an eyebrow. "Oath?" Vanessa nodded. "Than an oath between us it shall be." Vanessa kept her hand over the folder and kept on looking into his eyes. She was locked in place and she wanted her answers.

His arms flaired to the sides as his shadow metled under him like a puddle, and shot out in every direction. Quickly the room cloaked into darkness, blocking out the outside from entrence, sound, or sight. They stood now within a pure black room, where the two of them where illuminated by an unknown source.

He smiled to her as he took a seat on an black material that formed underhim, and he flicked his hand, formign a shadow seat for Venessa.

"I bit dramatic, I know, but I don't care for prying eyes. Last time Keira and I spoke, there had been an unwanted ear listening in." He smiled warmly

"First off, You already know you are not normal. You are, infact, a transended vampire, givin the blood of one whos almost reached divinity. Your monther knows full well who your father is, but the pure thought of it would make anyone sick. Your father is a divine vampire, and thus far, the oldest one in existance to this date."

He held up his hand, and a green orb appeared above his hand. The orb revealed a figure dressed in a bleted jumpsuit, with long spikey hair reachign down to his waist the most defining feature is his red eyes.

"This being's name is Chaos. Power has twisted his mind, and abilites are enchanced." He let the orb float over to Venessa, so she could see clearly.

Vanessa looked at the orb and looked deep into the glass. "But..." She spoke from her heart, "power not only twists the mind... It causes suffering." Vanessa blinked shocked from what she said. She never felt sorry for anybody. She looked at Laramie. "Chaos..." She said looking into the orb intranced by it.

He looked at his daughter longling, his heart cried out wishing she'd call him father.
He straighted his posture, and rest his left foot over his right knee, and took a heavy sigh.

"Yes... Power can cause corruption. Much suffering indeed..." He looked to the side for a moment, then back up. "A figure of pure insanity, and suffering." His voice was full of sadness.

"But alass, not much can be said to be helped for the poor soul." He shook his head sofly, leaning on his right elbow as his body rested. "I know much of your power. For example, the shadows are your friends. Such feats as shadow walking should be familiar to you, since you used that feat to pull me to this room already." He chuckled, still amuzed at that fact.

"Before I delve into any other areas, were there any other perticual questions?"
