| w00t I love talk like a pirate day. And it shoiuld be XgF's national holiday.
For this holiday we must have: -Every post outside of Simbattle and RP(because that would fuck up the point of those threads) Must be don in at least 50% pirate speak. If they are not, then the post will be DELETED!!! ZOMG!!! -Everyone gets a pirate name that wants one. -We hold awards for "Best Pirate on Pirate day" and other assorted pirateering thingies. -I will if asked set up the voting thread and the awards you can vote for if needed. -Last but not least, GIAR!!!! |

I think I may be the only person who made a pirate layout  Yes I did copy and paste from Jin's layout because I am really lazy at the moment (Yes I do know CSS and XHTML but as I said I'm lazy) and I just tweaked some settings and such.
Listening to Running Wild right now so thats a double the pirate points for me. |

| To prove what kind of Rennie geeks we are, kittybob and I went around school (and town) in faire garb just for shits yesterday.
Ironically in history class, last night, the topic was privateering. Our teacher's really cool and even acknowledged TLAP Day. The funny thing was that this girl who sat directly in front of Zoso, kittybob, and me (who also didn't see us walk in to class, since the door is in the back) was commenting on what a stupid Internet holiday it was and wouldn't understand who would celebrate it. Kittybob and I laughed, as did our professor.
Later, we went to the market to buy soup and the guy at the checkstand started talking in pirate to the point that he couldn't stop and kept slipping puns out there without realizing it. Once he said, "Good night, you scurvy dogs!" he slammed his head down on his computer monitor.  |
