I don't see anything that he said as talking down at all. Hell, we have people who outwardly flame each other and no one says anything, so why attack him when he's trying to be helpful while many aren't? Don't get bent out of shape because of who he is. Anyway, back on topic, pretty much DarkSlaya (Victim of Fate) laid it down right there. There isn't much we can do to specifically aid the problem, and it's a minor thing.
