| I don't follow sports much any more, much less the World Cup, but I've kinda been rooting for Angola.
They're a newcomer and yet were able to tie at 0 with Mexico (in their first game or was it one of their earlier ones?). That's something pretty special. |

Well, I was rooting for Mexico. Not really big into sports myself, but when everyone else in the hosue is literally jumping and screaming, rooting for Mexico, it catches on. Sadly thought, they are out  . I stopped following it at that point. |

| I happened to be down at a pub near the beach when the game was on. Everytime something happened in the slightest the whole room exploded.

Hmmm...Well the only professional sport that I follow is hockey...but...I was rooting for Italy, cuz my sister and her friends were into it, and they always make fun of me and my dego-ness.  She's my step-sister, so she's not Italian.
So point is, I really didn't care. But I did see on the news that one of the French players just went up and headbutted one of the Italian players. |

| I'm not really too big on sports, but I was sort of hoping for China, but then, they have Koreaphobia. Instead, I was hoping for Germany. When Germany lost, I was hoping for France of Italy(seem strange? )
Also, Zidane actually did a super attack on Materazzi. |
