(OOC: Fine with me. )

Kira allowed Cairoi to pull away, knowing that he really would be fine. Just as she quickened her pace a bit to keep up with him, she heard another voice from behind. Kira stopped and turned around, only to see that it was the same person she saw back at the bad.

"I'm glad you're alright." She says happily. She looked over at Jobes, but didn't know what to say. She sighed as she walked back over to them. She didn't doubt Cairoi for a moment and glanced around the area.

Since she was part elf, Kira got better use from her senses than the average human being. However, the only thing she seemed to be able to pick up on was the blood from both Sparda and Cairoi.

"I'm Kira." She says to Icav, not sure of whether he heard all of the introductions or not. She bowed slightly and then turned back to follow in her previous direction.

Jobes looks over to the man was following the group and extends his hand in friendship to him. "You are right kind Sir. So what do you have in the case?" Jobes waiting for an answer notices turns towards Kira glance over at him and look away. "Ma'ma you don't have to be awkward around me." Jobes turns his attention back to Icav.

Xeios' eyes widened. Holy shit. This man was practically an army alone. But, then why would he allow himself to become wounded. If the five knights were together in one place, the sun wouldn't even shine on the destruction they wraught...

"Really...Then, what have you done to destroy the trust of the country? The army attacked you so visciously, why...would they do such a thing to someone they know they cannot beat. Why would they do such a stupid thing...?"

Xeios was puzzled, and he noticed that the others were following. The one in the dark corner, the other one in the other dark corner, Rockman, the Barmaid, someone he hadn't seen before, Himself, and Sparda...

"You got it. Yea, the name's a little strange, it was really hard to make it up at such a young age...Parents dead, orphan same old story. I really only inherited these signs, alchemical signs on my body. I've found some of the features of them, but...I cannot decipher them all...Especially the ones that would be defined as seals..."

Xeios bowed his head slightly. He led them directly to the warehouse, they dare not use the main door, it was too large and loud to move easily. Instead they used a gaping hole in the back. Everything inside was dusty, horribly so, and everything that was not dusty, was rusted over.

Sparda grinned as he began to walk normally again, almost as if he had not been wounded at all. What such sorcery was this? He clenched his hands into fists periodically, as if trying to regain some kind of feeling within them once more. He looked at the company that had survived the assault upon the Black Horse Pub.

"I did nothing to destroy the trust of my country. It is the ruler that destroyed my trust in him. After the most recent usurption of the king of Ulgath and the rise of power of Sir Leonis, the odds have been against me. That traitor, Leonis,...no...he calls himself Azrael now...he fears those that may challenge his rule. Thus...I was a target."

He took a few steps forward, observing his surroundings, pondering to himself, being sure not to make too much noise. They would have to find new refuge soon.

"As for the other three knights...I know not what have happened to them."

"We must not stay long. Those who cannot run under their own strength must be carried, if necessary. Surely, if we are to delay, both kingdoms will be after us."

Sparda turned his head slightly to look at Xeios.

"If there are provisions here we can take, it woudl be best to gather them now. Though it is evening, I do not doubt that we will be sought after. Afterall, I have slayed both Transmarians and Ulgathians. They have seen all of you in my company...therefore, they shall think you are my allies."

Sparda dug his hand into one of his pockets and pulled out a small, unusual contraption which he studied for a moment, in the darkness.

"We should head south...and take refuge in the dark forests. I know my way well there...and they will not think to search there for us...at least for some time."

Kira quickly threw her hands to her mouth and nose to stifle her sneeze as she made her way into the building.

"Well I guess we are your allies now." Kira says cheerfully, overhearing the conversation between Sparda and Xeios. "I sure as hell wouldn't wish to be an enemy of your's." She adds with a soft chuckle.

She cringed however, at the mention of the dark forests. She's heard many stories about it...but Sparda was right...

Sparda smiled as he looked at Kira...the only female of the group. It was a sly smile, one that a person usually had when he possessed some sort of knowledge that someone else didn't and seemed to be enjoying this feeling, though it was in no way malicious.

"My lady, there is no reason to fear the forests. Many of my happiest memories can be found there...it is not how the stories have portrayed it."

He placed the little contraption back into his pocket and took one last look around.

"If we are all ready to depart, then let us do so."

Kira retrned Sparda's smile by sticking out her tongue. She then grinned and said "Well, I'll be there to protect you all in case there is a problem."

She was acting childish, but didn't care. Kira was beginning to feel comfortable around this group of people, despite her previous distrust toward Jobes.

Maybe I was just being parinoid about him... she thought to herself.

"Well...I have nothing with me but myself, so I'm ready to go."

Xeios nodded, yes, this truly would be difficult.

"There's some food here, somewhere, don't worry, all sealed, airtight, and just basic rations. might taste bad, but...better than nothing. Oh, and there's a well around back. In case someone wants to fetch some water..."

Xeios turned to face Kira, that girl...how would she get along with us he thought. A bunch of murderers and someone, as...pure as she. This is cruel, she is the only one who does not belong with us. Least as far as I can see.

"Barmaid, you will be safe in our care, no offense, but I don't think you could hurt a fly if you tried..."

A warehouse? Of all places to lay low, they chose the most obvious? ... Kaijin cracked a grin at the group. Either they were ingenious, or increadably stupid.

Nothing like hiding in plain sight. He chuckled as he made his way accross the rooftops, trailing them in utter silence. He was carefully using his Psionic ability to hold himself up, lightening his bodyweight, making himself completely silent as he paced them in the shadows.

He landed on the werehouse roof not long after the group made their way in. A werehouse would have more then one level to it's building complex... It would be more dangerous for him to go inside, incase they spoted him, but then again, he's been in a more dangerous situation. It would be trouble if he where to be out in the day, where his black clothing could be easily spotted.

He gripped the edge of the roof and lept off the side. Gripping the edge, he hung there for a moment, and used his foot to open one of the upstairs windows. luckily for him it pushed open, and was unlocked, unlike the commen sliding windows that slid upward... such a pain to break into...

He let go of the ledge, and gripped onto the window ledge as he fell, stopping his fall, and slowly pulling himself up. With a quick kick from the wall, he lept through the window, pushing it closed, quietly, as he did so.

Just as he thought, he was in a small room, full of hay... probably a reserve for the horses, and a door accross the room, with stairs leading down. A quick glance up and he noticed the walls wern't completed. If need be, he could scale the wall, and grip the rafters to climb up.

This little game was going to get very intresting. And he doubted very little that the Dragon Knight knew exactly where he was. The Sneaky bastard probably knew from the start he was trailing him, but didn't say anything. Very amusing indeed.

He crept along side the walls, where it was most dark, and peered down the door. He had a fairly good view of the bunch down at the lobby of the warehouse. I wouldn't be long before they decided to explore, and secure the area. And if they did, he'd find a way to hide. And quickly.

Cairoi listened to Sparda intently, gathering in what he was saying. He stopped in shock when Sparda mentioned Leonis. He remembered the battle, he had seen Leonis. The man was almost obscurely hidden, but he had seen him. He could not forget the face of the man he had once seen naught but inches away.

"Sparda, I saw him. He was in the crowds. We should go...Now."

"Hmmm..."

Sparda stopped for a moment and looked up at the dark nothingness as if something had struck him. Was that a small grin on his face? Regardless of what was there, it was there no longer. It was getting rather dark outside...they would be able to use that to their advantage.

"Come...we cannot delay. The moon has been kind enough to not reveal her gaze today."

He quietly stepped out of the hole from whence they entered the warehouse and examined the immediate proximity, not uttering a single sound or noise as he did so, scanning for hostility. There was none...at least not yet.

His movements were swift and his actions were silent as he took a few advancing steps, just to make sure the coast was clear.

Kira laughed in response to Xeios. She was in no way mocking him, however. "I will not claim to have the strength or abilities as the rest of you...but I will not be a burden to you either, that I can assure..." She knew that he meant well and that it was probably her fault for giving off the wrong impression. "...and my name is Kira." She added with a smile.

She listened as Cairoi made his announcement and nodded. "Perhaps sticking around here wouldn't be the best idea..." Just as she went to follow Sparda's lead, she took notice to how much more he had healed and how quickly. She shook her head as though it were a mere halucination and continued to make her way out.

"Right. Sparda Hellsing, from this point on, I serve you."

Cairoi drew his scimitar with his right hand. He had lied boldface to them all. His left arm was horribly scarred, but it did not matter. Until it healed, he would only need his right arm, and his Terramorphus.

"Cairoi Alester, the last Terraknight, am now your vassal."

He looked grim in the shadowy darkness the night enveloped over him. He was. Grim was the only way to look at this situation.

OOC: Wow, out of contact for two days and left behind 3 pages. Lets just say that I've been fallowing quietly. Except for the taping of the walking stick on the path.

Gregory had been quiet since the destruction of the pub. Not sure where to go he quietly fell in behind the others, who he fought along side. Often he placed a hand over his bound eyes, almost as if they pained him.

As they entered the warehouse Gregory tapped around with his walking stick until he found a corner and sat down.

Too… close. Almost lost control He thought to himself as he sat there, head in his hands. He took a few deep breaths, and steadied himself.

Lifting his head he tilted it at Kira. "Kira? Were you the one who led me to safety?"

Sparda turned around, a bit surprised, and looked at the Terraknight. He stood there, staring, silent for many moments. The darkness of the night made it impossible to tell whether he was smiling or frowning. Regardless, his reply was spoken in an indifferent tone.

"Do as you wish, Terraknight. Your services are relinquished upon my death or until you choose to relieve yourself."

He bowed slightly and returned his focus upon the road ahead.
"We cannot afford to delay any longer. We are losing precious time..."

"Come...we have to go...now."

And with that, he continued forth, guarded by the shadows, heading due south to the dark forests.

When the Terraknight sworn legions to Sparda, Jobes couldn't but help shake his head at the man willing to give up his own life for someone else. " I will cover the rear just incase we run into some trouble or being followed." A grin went across Jobes face but it could hardly be seen because his cloak darkened his entire face. As he points at Kira, " Well after you ma'am." Jobes take out one of his knives and wipes the blood off of it from the two Ulgath soldiers he killed earlier.

Cairoi put his hand on Kira's shoulder, slightily pushing her in front of him. He whispered quickly to her, unhearable to everyone else. She was the only elf here.

"Stick between me and Sparda. "

He smiled at her and then turned back to the others, raising his voice so they could all hear him.

"There's no time to waste. Get up!"

He turned back and looked at Sparda. He didn't want to say it, but he had looked up to the Five Knights for a long time. Cairoi knew if he followed Sparda, he would definately increase in strength, or die trying. Besides, they were bonded anyway: Their blood had flowed together when they were just earlier facing down a inumerable foe. If any mana was released into the blood pool, they would have been life bonded. However, he did not know if that had happened. He kept close to Kira, the only person who had shown him kindness in the group. She was an innocent, and as far as he could control, she would not be harmed.

"What an odd situation we've stumbled into, eh?"

(OOC: **salutes** We won't go anywhere. If anything you'll come back to more dialogue and standing around. :p You be sure to have fun Chaos Boy! )

Kira turned to Cairoi as he made his proclamation and couldn't help but smile. She knew that whatever they were going to go through, everything would be fine.

She turned to continue making her way, but stopped midway. She heard it again...a clicking noise of some sort. Before she knew it, the blind man from the pub had made his way in. She couldn't help but grin and was about to walk over to him but Jobes was already gesturing for her to proceed before him. She caught glimpse of the blood on the knife and looked over at Jobes. For a fleeting moment, her eyes met with his, but next thing she knew, Cairoi was gently nudging her foreward. Kira heard him whisper to her and responded with a smile. She paused, turned to him and took hold of one of his hands. "I thank you, kind sir, but really. I will be fine."

She flashed Cairoi a grin before pushing past him, in the opposite direction.

"I see you've managed to slip in here without the even the knights noticing." She says, her tone brightening as she makes her way over to Gregory.

"Aye, sir. I'm the one...and I'm glad that I don't have to repeat any introductions." She added with a giggle.

Xeios saw the things Jobes hid, probably much better than Jobes would assume. He also noted the presence of an upper floor window opening, and someone entering. Probably the dark character from the pub, but he was nothing to worry about, not now. Xeios' eyes scanned the area of the warehouse, and if one were to look directly into them, an alchemical sign of the "Blind Man" was glowing slightly on the iris itself. The sign was known to cause phsyical sight to wan greatly, but mental sight to improve in all aspects, along with hearing and smell. He could see things that he was not near, like a visual map in his head, but one thing it did not reveal was actual people or changing locations since they were last seen. But on this sort of mental map, he could sense the vibrations in objects, allowing him to generally know all that was present, just not defined shapes. The signs faded away...

"Yes, we must make haste. As soon as we possibly can. All of you, I have a miraculous gadget for us to use, this..." Xeios held out a small bell. "Normal hearing cannot detect these bells, but...People like our blind man, who seem to have an added sense of hearing, can easily detect them. This way, he can follow us, and know of us without any spoken words being exchanged."

Xeios also knew, that if he decided to use the sign of the Blind Man more often, he could sense friend from foe. He gently lobbed a bell to everyone, and on the top of the bell a small thin string was tied. Good for hanging on the belt loops of everyone. He turned to the entrance. And began walking. The Blind man should have picked up on the sound almost instantly. In any matter, if someone were to be able to follow us with these bells, they would have probably been able to follow us by sight much more easily. Xeios brushed his hair from his face, and gently threw a smile back to the group, and with that, he disappeared outside. He stood about twenty feet from the opening, making sure the coast was clear, and waiting for the others to follow.
