I think it's a combo of both of those options. Either people can't choose, or they are all waiting for the crazy votes as well so they can do all voting in one fell swoop.

wondering if the awards are ever going to be awarded. Then I again sometimes I think they're just popularity awards. You really have to understand I'm curious as to who's going to get stuffs. XD
