::Grim looked at the confused girl that he had just saved, and who had shown him kindness. He had not experienced Kindness since his wife died so long ago::

Girl......I mean Alby, you are free to roam with me, It would be my honor to wander the blackened corridoors with you

::Grim extended his hand out to the room, signaling for Alby to come with him. Grim hadn't opened up with anyone since Rose died several hundred years ago, this young woman showed him that he wasn't just some abomonation in life, that he indeed was worthy of life. Or so Grim thought, he quickly got his mind together and retracted his hand::

If your comeing, then come. I have no time to wait, if you do decide to walk with me, then keep up, I do not wish to be help back

::Grim walked into the shadows, entering the darkness .......Grim liked it nothing more. The feeling of darkness surrounding him, the cold shiver rubbing down his spine........It felt like home. Grim stepped into the darkness untill it compleately surrounded him::

Tyrael didn't wait to see if anyone would follow him. He'd rather find Mundus as fast as possible...
He stepped through the whole he created in the door, and looked about. the massive axe was lodged into the wall. To the right was the path curving upwards. Apperently it was a long hallway with how low the incline was.

He began to walk forth... he prayed that he didn't have to use his wings for a while. The massive axe out stressed his wings.

As he looked up the long hallway, he almost didn't notice the black shadow that began to form. The shadow that was in the shape of a Panther...

True once again looked around. "Miki?" She whispered and right infront of her face an upside down demon appeared. "AH!" She jumped back and landed on her hind. "Miki..." She looked at the cat and sighed. "There you are.."

The cat mewwed and landed on Tyreal then yawned.

Tyrael twitched and leaned forward when the demon cat jumped on his head. As he did so, the Shadow Panther leaped over him, and missed completly.

"Miki?" He looked forward at the demon that now glared at him.

Tyrael jumped back, just in time to stay out of the reach of a shadow spike that came out of the creature's head.

"Quickly, defend yourself." He gripped the handle of his swowrd, and yanked it free.

Xeios' eyes cautiously attempted to meet Alby's. Did I hurt her that much? She was not usually like this. He shot a glance at Grim. That man was flirting with Alby. This angered Xeios a bit. He quickly turned and tried to get his focus off of Alby. He looked at Azrael, and then at Ajax. His body moved without thinking, and pushed open the door. A darkened hallway was revealed. Not so long, but alas, it still seemed bleak and hopeless. A true comparison to Mundus. There were several small torches that littered the walls. Giving off light that seemed to be drowned by the darkness. Xeios took several steps into this deep dark hallway, and turned. His face was lit up by the flames. Casting odd shadows about his face. His eyes glowing in an uncanny way.

"Come on now. It's time to go."

Xeios extended a hand, and though he stood in the hallway he opened. He could still see Alby, and his mind was settled.

"if you wish, Alby, go ahead with Xeios. I think a personal accomplishment would occur if I went far from my training and went to Hell. Catch you later, Azreal."

Ajax walked past Alby and into the doorway to Hell, feeling the darkness engulf him. It was an...odd feeling. Not painful, as it is was said to be, but ticklish. This was a fucked up world he lived in.

*Sita had not made her presence known since entering the castle. Instead she had decided to watch the others from afar, judging how well the fighters handled the previous battle. However, now that the small battle has ended she reveals herself once again, walking out from one of the many pillars in the open lobby. She takes into account who goes through which door. The archangel goes to through the blue door and the bubbly girl with the cat follows him. The over dramatic reaper goes through the red door, the klumsy black haired girl trails behind him. That Azrael fellow is accompanied by the insecure winged boy and that peculiar showboat Xeios. She only remembered Azrael and Xeios's names because they seem to have known Dante the most. Sita sighs to herself as she is forced to deliberate between the doors referred to as Heaven and Hell. Sita never was fond of the company of other women, but it looked like she was going to have to suck it up this time around. Without another moment's thought she entered through what was once the blue door.*

Tyrael had leaped over the Shadow, avoiding the shadow spikes comming out of the ground.
He had brought his blade around, and split the panther in half. Dazzling lights shot from the body of the panther, just in time for it to explode from which it stood.

The explosion pushed him back, while he knelt on one knee, and held the blade vertically upward, the blade resting against his raised palm...

"Never did like a shadow that bit back..." He mused to himself, as he stood, bringing his blade back into the sheath that rest at his hip. He wasn't that far up ahead of the path, for the hallway blocked out only half of the doorway, but he could see Sita walking through the hole for a door... He wasn't sure about Sita's motives... He knew she was perpously keeping back from people.. Hell, he's doing so. Though he was ordered not to interfear... even though he broke that order.

He straightend his back. He wasn't sure if he should acknoledge Sita, since she's been trying to stay hidden, but regardless: she had followed him.

Tyrael looked up the winding hallway. It had even colums holding the roof up, with the occasional tourch making the hall rather well lit, and made the lush, blood red carpet illuminate with a trance of a color.

"We should hurry along. I'd rather find Mundus as soon as possible."

"Hey wait up!" She calls after Tyrael.

"Sorry it took me so long....." She trails off as she eyes the remains of the panther dispersing into the air. "What exactly was that?" She says flatly, yet still somehow remaining sincere.

She turns to True before he has a chance to reply and immediately introduces herself. "My name is Sita, I don't believe I caught yours." She says with a smile.

True smiled. "True Flight." She said jumping dodging spikes with more ease than normal. Each of her movements made her seem more graceful. "I'm a sanctifier of demons..." She said aloud and then her cat demon flew beside her. The cat's bat ears flapped. "And that's Miki, my guide."

Miki mewwed as it flew around True and as True finished dodging the spikes she did a hand stand and blinked. "I've never been able to do this before.."

"Alright then...Alby, seems like your going to come with me. Unless of course you still want to go to hell..."

Xeios hoped in his heart that she would go with him, he needed to protect her. To make sure she didn't fall to the ill tidings of this castle. He wanted to know she was safe, from all evils that he could. He knew this castle was trapped, and demons surrounded every corner. Please, allow Alby to follow me...

"As I am Tyrael." he gracfully bowed. "That was a Shadow. Demon guard for something secret. The panther looking creature is the usual shape, and it normally trys to kill whoever with blades of sorts. Not fun." He turned, looking back up the path.

"Now that we're aquainted, I do believe we should get going." The end of the hallway ended with a single door. Next to the door, on the side wall, was a big picture of a wraite, holding a stone sword, etched into the wall. it looked as if the stone blade was peircing the wraith's heart.

Azrael continued down the dark dark hallway, not seeming to care who had followed him, wishing to seek his company in this hunt. He wasn't here to make friends or new acquatinces; he was simply here to get a job down. He didn't like being here in this ancient castle with a devil prince breathing down his neck as he searched for the daughter of Dante as much as the next hunter.

His movements were quick and graceful, his heavy black boots and legs never failing to keep extremely silent as he advanced onwards, deeper and deeper into the hallway that seemed to never end. Already, he could feel the enemy in front of him, ready to strike when necessary. The torches gave off some light but it was hardly sufficient in seeing what lay before him. Yet, he didn't need the light to know what to expect.

Without any apparent reason or cause, Azrael suddenly unsheathed both his long swords with such quickness, the sheer sound of the metal ringing in the hallway was a perfect and crisp ring. The shadows and torches danced as they revealed Azrael's shadow moving rather quickly with his blades as if he were performing a sword dance. The ring of metal became louder as the sounds of 'something' collapsed onto the ground over and over again. Azrael had not muttered a single word.

Finally, the sword dance stopped and Azrael resheathed his swords, the sound of metal ringing throughout the hallway once more before it grew very silent.

"Ah, here it is."

As if finally finding what he was looking for, Azrael finally spoke. He was now too deep into the hallway to be given off by the torches, but soon that would not be necessary. A loud crashing sound rung through the hallway as light at the end of the tunnel came rushing in. Apparently, Azrael had found the door that led to the courtyard. Without even bothering to glance back, he took a step through the threshold.

"Come, we must not delay."

Then, without waiting another second, he continued on. Now that the light filled the once dark hallway, it was apparent what had happened during Azrael's sword dance for there on the ground laid the corpses of five massive marionette beings, mutilated and decapitated, oozing blood out of their heads. Before they could even utter a single war cry, they had been struck down by the hunter's incredible sword skills.

Xeios didn't know if Alby was following him but he walked after Azrael nonetheless. (Katana is away until friday,I'm leaving an opening for her to take either path.) The ringing of the weapon, and the way Azrael moved reminded him of the stories he had heard of Dante. That seemed like a man that could handle himself. Azrael impressed him at this point, but that was only because he killed things that were in the hallway with no problem. And they were practically invisible in the light. Xeios stepped into the courtyard not more than a second after Azrael. It was bright, well, in comparison it was a heavenly light, but actually it was just average sunlight.

Xeios peered into the sky, there were a few patches of dark clouds, but Xeios figured they were not of natural causes. Nothing here was...Natural. There was an odd green field of grass before them, and a cobblestone path which led to a large wall of hedges. Not completely hedges mind you, They seemed to have grown around two-hundred foot tall walls. The entrance to this hedge covered maze, which Xeios determined it was for the entry path was crooked and turned against another wall of equal height. It surely was something to behold. It was grand, and must have taken hundreds of years to build, and then grow the hedges onto. Or, if it was like the rest of this abomitable caste, it was unnatural, and maybe grown in two weeks. Xeios shook his head, what a shame he thought, something so beautiful should have taken its time growing...

"It appears that that is the way we go, unless of course, you want to try and find a way around."

True followed quietly and smiles. She was with people who knew what they were doing for once. She never really understood Tyreal's aura much but she closed in closer to him to feel it a little more upclose. Hmmm.. She thought closing her eyes. She decided to breath in some air and blinked. "You're a holy angel amongst the heighest, I remember you in the teachings at my home town."

Tyrael mused to himself when he stopped infront of the door.
"My, yes. I'm amazed that I would be in one's teachings, though. Normally, thoes of high ranks in the army are ingnored, and all the fame goes to the One." He placed a hand on the door, but his attention cept getting dragged to the carving on the wall.

"How... odd."

High rank in the army eh? Perhaps she hadn't given angel enough credit. She understood that he was a highly skilled angel, but she hadn't known he was an archangel. I wonder what other secrets everyone else is keeping to themselves? She doesn't dwell on the thought long as she realizes that the two are already ahead of her. With a few quick strides she is behind them once again. Her attention shifts to the enscribtion on the wall. It seemed somewhat familiar to her, as if it was taken from a past memory and pasted right before her. However she doesn't understand it. Instead of stating her opinion, she waits to hear what the others have to say.

Alby let out a sigh as Ajax brushed passed her and followed after Grim. She was so angry with Xeios. Angry enough to follow Grim in spite of Xeios, if nothing else. However, taking the path of hell with Grim struck Alby as intriguing. There was something about him...quite possibly his sudden changes in his mood poked at her curiosity.

"Keep an eye on that shoulder, will ya?" she whispers to Ajax as he passes her, before entering the doorway behind him. Then she turned and faced the door in which Xeios and Azrael walked through. Alone in the lobby, she just stood there for a moment as though still contemplating.

"Heh...hell with it..." She mutters as she follows after Azrael and Xeios.

Once through the door, she could see neither Xeios nor Azrael. Cautiously, she made her way down the hallway, her boots making one soft click after another. She was breathing a bit slower than usual. The hair on the back of her neck stood straight up as she processed through the hall. She felt around the walls in case there was another way to go, until she was far enough to see. The sudden change burned her eyes, as the light was shining down the rest of the hallway from the courtyard. Eager to get to the door and out of the hallway, Alby began to quicken her pace. As she did, she didn't pay as much attention to her present surroundings. Suddenly the tip of her boot hit against something hard. Looking down to see what it was, Alby gasped and then let out a scream.

The head of the marionette lay there, grinning up at her. Quickly she regained her composure, hoping no one heard her. Even though no one else was around, a slight blush was apparent on her face as she shoved the marionette head aside with the heel of her boot. Alby continued marching until she made it to the courtyard.

"It appears that that is the way we go, unless of course, you want to try and find a way around."

Alby could hear Xeios speaking as she slipped outside.

::Grim walked into the cold shadow's of teh hallway, almost ignoreing Ajax compleatly until it was apparent that the walls were closeing in on them::

Run you fool

::Grim dropped slightly and in exactly one blink of Ajax's eye, Grim had already cleared half of the halway, running at Top speed, stopping for a single second after that blink to yell at Ajax::

THATS THE OPPOSITE OF RUNNING

::Grim forged his energy blade once again and wedged it in between the walls, stopping their movement for a little while, however, it was in vain as shortly afterward, the wraiths appeared again. Bearing their sissors and scythes, they were intent on keeping the two of them here until the wall killed them both::

DAMN IT, Ajax, get down here and help me with these bastards

::grim used his left arm and forged his Life Reiver into the form of a Trident, each of teh blades were nine inchs in length and teh spear itself was eight foot long, Grim wedged it deep into the first wraith and plunged his feet into a second one, killing teh first and causeing teh second to drop its weapon right before Grim brought the Trident down on its head, splitting it in two. However, for the two that Grim took out, four more replaced them.

Damn, we need to hurry

Tyrael took his hand off the door just long enough for him to walk over to the wall. He peered at the wraith carving for a few moments, before noticing that at the dead center of the carving's 'Heart' was a slot.

He peered back at the two, before drawing his blade. What was there to lose?

He slammed the blade all the way into the slot, and the hilt clicked softly against the stone. A few moments later, gears were heard from around the walls. The wraith carving began to cry blood, as the slot the blade was in began to bleed.

"What sort of demonic magic is this?" He quickly tryed to pull his blade free, only to find his holy sword was stuck in the stone. He quickly planted his foot on the stone, and pulled greatly, but to no avail.

"But of course..." He quickly gave up attempted to pull his sword out. He didnt' see a point in ruining the blade just to get it out. Didn't matter, for shortly, the wraith carving split in half, and began to open. The Wraith carving was really a door.

Tyrael jumped for his blade, when he noticed it began to free itself, but he was foiled as the blade shot through the door, and into the darkness behind the creeks.

He was beginning to get annoyed with this puzzle.

"Cursed door! I'll get my blade back!"

Just on cue, an offworldly voice bounced off the walls. It was a voice that would remember the voice well if they knew who he was... It was the voice, of Dante.
"Well then, Angel. You'll have to earn it."

When the doors split open completly, a blue figure made completly out of an electric plasma appeared. He held onto Tyrael's Demon's Bane, and mused. The Plasma was in a perfect replica of Dante, the legendary dark knight.

"... Dante?..." Tyrael looked at the figure quizzicly, before snapping out of it.
