BIC: Kara was zoning out in her own little world but was brought back abruptly by Jobes' question. Being caught off guard, she didn't answer right away, but before she was right about to pipe up, Jobes had commensed in a conversation with the guard. She sat back, calmly listening to the two, interested in their talk of books. Just as she began to zone in and out again, Leon seemed to have appeared from nowhere. She watched, her brown eyes set upon him intently until he vanished yet again. Letting out a sigh, Kara leaned against the cold wall and closed her eyes. |

| Though her eyes were closed, Kara could see Leon...she felt as though she were imagining things as he spoke through her mind.
I suppose after seeing you do all of that vanishing, I could believe this to be true as well... She thinks to herself. Why do all these vampires need to be locked up? Why doesn't anyone believe me? They're not all bad...though after being treated like this I wouldn't blame them... |
