....biggest fan HE knew...**shrugs** and I think he was really just talking about how much I liked it and how into it I really am. That just could be it, but I can't be sure.... So thank you my kind sir for trying to put me on the spot over something that someone else said, that wasn't really all that harmful anyways.

Anywho...I do agree with Vulkar on this one possibly being the best. I for one am highly anticipating it because I'm really interested in how they're gonna tie them all together....that's what this one really is, the one that ties them all together. I, for one, think this movie has the biggest burden on it's shoulders, so even if it isn't "as great as the originals", I'm still being lenient toward judging the movie.

*Sigh*... you all took this the wrong way. my first post about Katana was a joke. Then she posted a challenge, and so I did too. I meant in no way to insult her or anyone.

Now, back on topic. Did anyone know that Yoda is also almost all of the muppets?

lol, I knew that first one was a joke. >< Which is why I had mentioned about only seeing text...if you heard my voice, you would've been able to tell that my reply was just a goofy over-dramatic reactions, just in fun.

Anywho, those were some good questions Vulkar...I know this is already a Star Wars thread, but a SW trivia thread wouldn't do too bad either.

And....**cries** My Spring concert is on....none other than...May 19th...I'll fail the quarter if I dun go to that concert.

Though...as much as I like Star Wars...well...that's the thing...I like Star Wars. I'd like to watch the movie and enjoy it, rather than go with all those fans the first week or so. This will be my only exception, however. Simply because this is pretty much the last installment...it's like history is taking place.

I know there's rumors of another trillogy...but those are only rumors. I'm afraid to get my hopes up.

I just honestly find it hard to believe this will be the "last" Star Wars movie.

I'm not sure whether to believe it or not. I mean seriously, can't we get some spinoffs? Or Episodes 7-9?

Don't die Star Wars!

I plan on seeing Episode III at least 5-10 times in theaters though.

There are actually many rumors of a Star Wars TV show. I hope it will be movies instead, because I don't have any channels!

Yeah, and the quality probably wouldn't be so great.

I don't know about anyone else, but I've just never really been a fan of TV shows other than sitcoms, and anime.

Perhaps it's better to let it stand at episodes 1-6. Sometimes when things get drawn out, they get boring and become mere shadows of their former selves.

I'll probably see episode 3 when it comes out on DVD. Dad's a big Star Wars fan, so he'll probably buy it.

... I never got to see Episode 2, though. I was sick when Dad went to the theater to see it.

Old? Silly Tamarin. =/

I pray that this isn't the "last" Star Wars. The world would end right there. Hopefully they'll expand to 7-9. Hopefully someone will take over (Speilberg?). Hopefully...Star Wars will forever live on!

Star Wars should never die. Fortunatley, The Clones Wars minseires, while not that good in its first two seasons, was a step in the right direction.

I would definitly consider any star wars movie worth seeing many times in a row.

I'd seriously love to see a Boba Fett spinoff.

Or even a spinoff movie of the Shadows of the Empire game, or Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II.

Whatever it is, yeah, I really don't think this'll be the last Star Wars movie we'll be seeing in theaters. Last to the series, maybe, but not the last movie ever.

When Lucas is 90 years old or something, he'll probably change his mind and start making 7-9.

At the moment, Lucas is planning to work on Indiana Jone IV with Speilberg. After that, we will hopefully see more Star Wars.

BTW, a Shadows of the Empire game wouldn't be a good idea. They've already made a book out of it.

I know, but I mean making the game into a movie.

My comment was not about the current movies. But if you try to draw a story out too long, you run out of ideas. It hasn't happened yet, but it could in the future.

Or maybe I'm just filling in for Beo as the board pessimist. =/

Yeah, unlike Star Trek.
(oh burned, oops ... *runs*)

I haven't really read any of the books though. One of the best series I've heard about though is the story and past of Han Solo, explaining everything on why he became a smuggler, why he owed Jabba money, etc. My friend says it's really good.

I've only read the Jedi Apprentice series, with Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan. They're pretty good, and it was interesting to see how Obi-Wan really became a Jedi.

**nods** The Jedi Apprentice series is kickass. I started reading it in like the 6th grade or so...7th maybe....I think that's when they first started comming out. **shrugs** The first one is my favorite though

Other than that, as I've confessed before, I haven't really read the books, played the games, or anything like that. Life just got to busy within the past few years and I hardly had time to read anything, let alone Star Wars stuff Yah, I know, there has been books about it for a long long time now, but hey, when I actually had all that time, those were the days I also had to depend on someone taking me to the library or something.

As for games, I've played them but not enough. I have KOTOR, but it's at my dad's and I don't like going there . I know a lot of people didn't care too much for Ep. 1, but I do have the game for PS-X. I hate it. It's one of those games that I was interested in for a time, but it got old fast...yet...I find it so damned addictive at the same time...

Ah, yes. The Ep. I game for the Playstation...heheh...one of the only Star Wars games that I didn't really get into. Beat some levels, had some luaghs, but I didn't put sweat and blood into the thing.

Now a game like Battlgrounds, Battlfront, Shadows of the Empire, The Rogue Squadrons, etc (know I'm missing a few, just can't seem to rememebr at the moment )...those mesa enjoyed very much.
