| As my friends will say, holding a PSP in your hands is like holding god's hand.
Seriously, I got to play on one myself for a bit ... it blows the DS away. The graphics, are seriously just as good as the PS2, if not slicker. And just the whole layout of the system is just very slick and nice. I'd seriously love to have one, and probably will get one by the end of this year, but a car and a computer are first on my list. ... Or a job.  |

| well, i viewed through the modern gaming section, the first page anyways...and i didnt see anything...what more do you want? they sold a million in a view days.

And who cares if it is only 3 hours of playing time? C'mon, gimme a break. You are not going to go play the PSP for 3 hours non stop. And besides, 3 hours is more than enough. It's not like you are going to play for 4-9 hours a day. |

| I've played the DS non stop and it has a range of 10-15
Whenever I mention the fact that while your watcing a movie on the PSP you will get at most 2 hours of bettery life people scoff and say that they could just plug their AC adapter in to an outlet. I laugh and respond....do you know what PSP stands for? Play Station Portable....last I checked outlets wernt portable. The price is also an issue....$250 for a PS2, dvd and music player PS2: $150 +Basic DVD player: $20 +Simple 128mb mp3: $40 $210....so your paying $40 bucks more to play it on the go...please go get a DS and wait for Metroid Prime. There are good games coming out for it, just be patient you turncoats! EDIT: I failed to mention that the PS2 is, infact, a DVD player itself. soooo.... $210 -20 $190 my friends! | The point of having a portable system is to NOT having the put batteries on charge everytime.
I got sh*tloads of time with my DS and happy of it. In a few months, I'll be away from my home and away from electricity for 2-3 days, I will bring my DS, and get the most out of it. | I don't know if it was even worth making the PSP. I guess it was good just for expanding into the portable field, but that's all. I'm not one for portable systems anyway, but from what some of you guys are saying I'm glad I have no interest. | Yeah, the PSP really does have issues with it's batteries. I remember hearing last week from people that were showing their's off, they had to recharge them in some classrooms. (Our gaming teacher didn't mind)
But yeah, I'm probably just going to wait until Sony sells the PSP -alone-, that way it hopefully won't be too pricy. But I don't know if I'm really excited about them, since there games go for $40 ($50 if you're EA...), and that just seems like way too much to me. |

| Yeah Psdidnt turn out so great its over priced, bad battery life, and oh so much more (How More). Well who wants to watch DVD's? (Yeah thats cool) Well... We gotta watch them on a 4 inch screen isn't that awesome. How about some gaming on teh go. You got 50 dollars... Just get yourself a regular console game its got better graphics and is probablly much more fun.

| Loved the song Sasuke, and you also mentioned about watching movies on a 4 inch screen. Like I tallied in my previous post....if you buy all the same things the PSP gives you will find out you save money, add a portable dvd player to that list.The things PSP has to offer are somewhat original, but they still suck. All that technology in one thing is bound to break...hell, PS2s across the nation broke and they only have Gaming/CD/DVD functions.
