| If you all know me (regretfully some of you do, I know sit there and scowl at the screen, very good now read on) you would know that really I had a bad smoking habit.
I am happy to report that I had stopped smoking for 1 month today. I have not had one cig at all. I know people have bad habits and if you conquered a bad habit, say so. |

| I smoked for a while. quit for six years. Hit the age of 18 and started again, for what reason I don't remember. Haven't been able to really quit since. I've cut back rather a good deal but I'll not have a cigarette for a couple days or a week then I bum one from somebody at school cause I hang out with a number of people that smoke. | |||

That's good to hear, I understand that smoking is such a bad habit to get out of, I have a few friends who smoke and I understand a great deal more of what smokers go through. Only a few weeks ago I learnt that you can get different strengths of cigars 
I have never smoked before and plan not to. My bad habit is biting my nails, I'm terrible at that  I’m sure I have other bad habits too, just can’t think of any |

| I don't do drugs, don't smoke, and don't drink, and don't ever plan too.
But I used to pick my nails, I wouldn't bite them but I'd just pick them away ... it's been a few years since I've done that though. |

| Very proud of you Benja for quitting such a bad habit.
Personally, I have my share of bad habits, but the main one I'm trying to work on is bitting my nails. I will go for a long while without bitting them, but then as soon as a test or quiz is mentioned, I get all nervous and start bitting. It's a work in progress. |

I've lived with people who have smoked and quit, and who still smoke. I see how hard it is, and I'm proud of anyone who can overcome that. Yay Benja! 
My bad habit...ehh...I guess I throw a punch a little too quick...but I don't plan on doing anything about that.  call it my ego, or whatever, but hey, a girl's gotta defend herself |

| I would say that biting my nails is something, but I dont do that anymore, though leon really chews on his hand....dont ask.
I am proud of the fact that I can quit something like smoking though when under the pressure I face. |

Congradulations! I quit smoking. I've been smoke free for over a year, though I've returned to another bad habit...

| I smoke a ton, it's an awful habit.
I don't know if I've really kicked any of my bad habits. But I'm getting better on my procrastination. Actually, now that I think about it, I have kicked a bad habit. I was addicted to vicodin for about 2 years. I got off of it this past December. So I am proud of that. |

| Okay, this is a stange, and not exactly bad habit that I used to have.
Whenever I stopped paying attention to my head, I started nodding it. Why? I read, and used to nod whenever I agreed with something. I stopped this many years ago. And trust me, if you just are randomly nodding because you aren't paying attention to your head, people will think you are very strange. |

| I quit smoking, smoked for about 3 years been clean for about 6 mths now, except for one cigar i smoked with my friend as a celebration kinda thing.
