michael has claim before that he missed out on his childhood, and because of that, his neverland ranch speaks for him. anyways, when he was in his late teens, his best friend was like an 8 or so year old kid. he's always had problems with women about sex and things like that. some people just think he's eccentric is all, but is that eccentricness hiding something dark? the accuser has been to court before for other sexual charges, so is he out for money? post your comments

Michael Jackson is weird, I have never liked him, his music may be ok, but he himself ruins it. I really don't know what to believe, is their evidances or not that says he molestered that boy? I've heard so many rumors and such from the tv etc that I really don't know what to believe anymore.

I reckon he has too much money and usually people like him who have too much money can tend to get away with a lot of things, like what he is accused of.

... I don't know, maybe a jail term would do him good

Or it'd turn him gay.

I don't know what to think, nor do I really care... it will, in no way, shape or form have anything to do with me, ever, so I just try to keep out of someone else's business.

I think he's a bit odd but far from a child molester. I voted 'no'.

Guilty.

Just so we can get this over with and not hear / see him for a very long time.

Really, I could careless. I just get annoyed with all this "Micheal Jackson talk", then again, that can go towards most celebrities.

If he hadn't acted like a total moron, I'd have thought higher of him. Remember the Thriller video? If he would have stayed that way, and not gone off the deep end with the "Heal the World" crap, I would be on his side.

Lets face it, he's a walking Skeleton whom lets kids sleep in his bed. (Thats a fact, twas on the Jackson story when this FIRST came up.) Hell, they found over a MILLION photos and Videos of children in a hidden room of the Neverland ranch. So far though, they havn't found any kiddy porn.

I think he's guilty.

I picked non-guilty.

Not because I believe he's innocent, but because he has yet to be proven guilty.

Most of you would be terrible on a jury. Our constitution states you are innocent until proven guilty. Most of you are basing your judgements on his appearance and his past, not on the evidence in the current trial.

Thinking someone is 'weird' is not basis enough to label them guilty.

When you're labeling someone guilty, you have to have beyond a reasonable doubt that they're guilty. Stating that someone is guilty because you want to get things over with is wrong and unconstitutional.

I can't say that he's guilty, because I still have doubts about the evidence against him.

I honestly don't care. I've seen this so mcu on the enws I'm getting sick and tired of it. The only reason this is so big is because he is famous. Had it been any other person, it might have had a single mentioning on the news and then most likely dropped. Just leave the people at home alone, I'm sure not all of us care.

What I find sad is that he got "not guilty" on all ten charges. I mean, how could he get off on giving the kid wine? They know he did that! Argh!

Oh well, money talks and power walks, and that is what is wrong with the world.

My response was that how would a Jury find all 10 counts not guilty? Surely, everyone break almost every type of rules and that isn't going well either. Now what, we get to hear that Micheal Jackson rigged the Jury by wasting nearly all of those months to hire someone who will help Micheal Jackson escapes charges?

Holy crap, I think I figure something out.

Going into the psychiatrics of this entire subject, Michael has the "Peter Pan" complex. Basically, he never wants to grow up and believes himself to be a child as well. He doesn't really think that playing with other kids is a bad thing, because to him they all seem about the same age (mentally) as him.

Now, as far as him being a child molestor there is A LOT of evidence built up against him. Not only that, but it is true that people with the PPC have been known to be child molestors. They believe that its just showing a certian type of "affection" or "love" for the child.

So, before you say, "He's a sick-ass psycho-path" you do have to look at what he's been through. His father was an ass, he was robbed of his childhood...I wouldn't doubt it if his father molested him. Now you can offically say, "He's a sick-ass physco-path."

I agree with Deese on that one fact that a good sentence in jail would straighten him out (or turn him gay). Either way, its sad.

Oh, and for everyone's information...its not wrong to give a kid a glass of wine. My mom used to give me wine when I was younger. UNLESS, you decide that you're going to knock the kid out and rape them...then that's wrong. Otherwise, there's no point in arguing that "Jesus Juice" is horrible. In Italy, Germany, and France children do drink. Then again...this is Michael Jackson. XD

Its not legal in america.

The prosecution's evidence was weak. It was all 'he said, she said.' It was their word against Michael's. Which really isn't much in a criminal law case. The jury did their job correctly. To have given Michael guilty, they would have needed beyond a reasonable doubt . Beyond a reasonable doubt is hard to decide, expecially without proof. People are ranting off about money and such, but it really has nothing to do with it.

The prosecution messed up their chances by trying to nail him for the first charge.
