| I heard the US got this about 4 months ago, and it is FINALLY coming out over here in the UK... | I have one and I love it but PSP holds competition. ANYWHO!
I have a DS and I have several games for it, most of the good ones arnt coming out until late but Wario Ware Touched is awsome! The computer thingy you were talking about is actually built in hardware in the DS. If you go to a hotspot (wireless internet) your DS connects to people all over the nation at other hotspots and you can play with them! Nintendo plans to get the Wi-Fi thing set up soon. |

Yeah, Nationwide ... I'm not sure about the world. 
I have a DS also, but honestly ... it's been about 2 months sinced I've touched it. I'm just not a handheld gamer I guess. The only game I have that's an actual DS game is Super Mario 64x4, and honestly, it's freaking awesome, even when I only have about 20 Stars ... 
The minigames are great, and the controls are perfectly fine. I think I'll dust out my DS once Castlevania DS comes out.

| I've had one since 2 months and currently have Super Mario 64 DS and Wario Ware: Touched (which owns because there's so games in which you use the mic).

| Right now the PSP seems like it'll be more interesting, and perhaps better.
Even though hardware wise I think the DS is better, the PSP already has quite a few nice games coming it's way (Dynasty Warriors, Ghost in the Shell, Metal Gear Solid Acid, Tales of Enternia) and what I really like about the PSP over the DS, is that it can do more than games. You'd think the DS would be able to do more things than games, especially with it's stylus, it would make a perfect Palm pilot ... but I guess not. I don't know, maybe time will tell. |

| Well IF you're talking about being able to play MP3s, Videos, veiw pictures etc. on the PSP and the DS can't do that, there is this thing in japan. It is a gba cartridge but it has a little slot to put an SD card in so you can view pictures/videos/mp3s. Honestly, I have absolutely no interest in this thing. How practical is it to use the touch screen, the dpad, and the other buttons?  That, and it's the same price as a console, at least here. That's a bit much for a handheld. =/ |

| Well it plays the GBA games very nicely ... and has slightly better lighting than the SP.
The only bad thing I see is that there's hardly any games out there really worth buying for the actual system now, and honestly the PSP just looks superior. But then there's the other thing: Nintendo stating clearly that the DS is a "Project" and not the true successor to the Gameboy. Honestly, I think that's kind of dumb. That's almost pulling a Sega there, putting too many systems out too fast and quickly. Even though the DS is selling quite well in Japan, honestly if they think they can keep selling it when they release the next Gameboy or something together, for the general mass of gamers ... wow. I'm not going to buy this so called DS. And I may never even play it, either. I'm just not interested in it. Handheld gamers at my school were totally getting hyped up over the DS, but I couldn't join their DS dance. 
Oh well. Jsst another system I missed out on. ...along with the Dreamcast. |

| Actually, Wario Ware: Touched is pretty good when you played it (I gotta know, I thought it was lame until I played). Also, keep in mind that everyone has their opinion, and I always respect these, unless that person hasn't made a good point.
