The sad part is that my friend that sent me this said that because of it he now thinks of Atkinson as the 9th Doctor (since that is what he is referred to)... to which my reply was that based on artwork I had seen of the 8th Doctor I thought he looked more like that.

Not that it really matters, but I just thought I would share that moment of geek.

Now I just see him as the Doctor in Black Adder. He keeps dying and returning the next series as another character by the same name.
