| Hooray for driving home at 4 in the morning, after having blacked out for a few seconds on the freeway whilst behind the wheel, only to jump in the shower to scrub off all the sticky fake blood and all the liquid latex just stuck all over my face and chest.
I've missed nights/early mornings like this. |

| I'm guilty of hyperbole with this one, but just barely.
I'll set the scene for you. I'm enjoying a delicious pint of Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter World ice cream. Chocolate ice cream with chunks of peanut butter and dark chocolate cookie. I get to this part. Ewan McGregor's character is a heroin junkie. He's trying to get it out of his system by going cold turkey, but ends up calling up a friend for a hit. Said friend hands him two suppositories of opiates, which, while he's angry about having to do it, he shoves them up his ass anyway. A scene later he goes on to explain that heroin makes you constipated, and having just begun going cold turkey, he's hit with serious shit cramps and needs to find a toilet IMMEDIATELY. He wanders into a bar, and stumbles into what's been dubbed "The Worst Toilet in Scotland." I'm still eating my ice cream through all this and had a slight heave in the middle of this worse than the first time I saw 2 Girls 1 Cup. "Whew.. glad that's over," I thought to meself as that scene ended. A little later, still taking the occasional spoonful of Peanut Butter World, we get a bit with one of Ewan's character's friends waking up in his girlfriend's bed and realizing he defecated shit and blood all over the sheets while he was in a drugged up stupor. | Went to a show last night where this girl positioned her breasts on either side of my left arm and just kept grinding on me. I tried to ignore it and just kept headbanging, but it continued through two songs before she finally walked away. The fuck?
Now my grandmother's over screaming about she's going to get gonorrhea because this married couple moved into her rest home. She demanded to get on the phone with one of my aunt's to scream about being mistreated at the home and how she would rather be dead.

| I just woke up from a fucking horrible dream where I was babysitting this newborn (though it was really like a little doll with almost a cartoonish face), and this person I know from a webseries that I watch a lot came over and hid the baby as a game. For some reason I didn't just ask him where the baby was right away and spent a long time looking for it, even going around begging people to help me look. A whole day goes by, I finally call the guy whose voicemail message is a long survey asking questions like, "What color is revenge?" and so on. You have to answer the questions or else he won't answer the phone, as though he's listening to you through one of those old answering machines.
We find the baby with unpainted, unfired ceramic stuck all over its body, in a plastic case that was in a paper bag on the floor of a hot garage, starving, but alive. I actually felt the deep sadness of the baby thinking no one loved it and just wanting it to die, and held it to try to relieve it of such sorrow. I FORCED myself to wake up. It was 6 in the morning, but I just didn't want to go back to those feelings my unconscious mind was making me endure. (Last edited by Rogue on 09-14-12 11:20 AM) |
