| So I have a pandora account, of course. I don't know anyone who doesn't at this point. So recently, Pandora started playing this parody band called 'Rucka Rucka Ali' that does these terribly terribly racist songs...
...That I appear to enjoy immensely fond of. I find them funny and clever. Does that make me racist? |

| Whoa, I didn't know Pandora played songs like that...
I only know of Rucka Rucka Ali because of my brother. He likes stuff like that. :/ I usually have a fit over it. I mean, yes some of the things he says are clever, and I think it's possible that he could just be mocking stereotypes, but I get all uptight over it. :/ One thing I liked in one of his songs was him saying "Ninja Please" instead of using the N word. I thought that was hilarious. However, I think my lil' brother's listening of him has increased his racist attitude. He likes using the N word, and is constantly making racist jokes. A lot of his friends listen to that artist as well. As for the question of it making you racist... Do you agree with what he says in his songs? Do you feel that you're better than someone because of your skin color or other physical features? Do you dislike people from other countries? I don't think liking a song makes you racist, but if others hear you listening to it they might think you are. I also kinda feel like listening to it could cause you to be desensitized to racism. If that makes sense. |

| It's not that I AGREE with what they have to say, it's just that I find their songs funny. I wouldn't say they're right, I just enjoy the music. And that's ironic, because many of the songs they parody I dislike, like Bad Romance by Lady Gaga, but their parody My Jihad makes me laugh. I still think it makes me a bad person. >.> | |||

| I can understand liking a parody of a song you hate. I love Weird Al's parodies of songs I hate. XD
My brother says you aren't a bad person. XD I'm not sure if his opinion matters, though. But, I don't think you're a bad person. Hm... I've listened to Satanic music and liked it. It was beautiful. Does that make me a Satanist? No. Does it make me a bad person? Maybe in some people's opinion, but personally, I don't think so. |

| It sounds like you don't take it seriously, so no, I don't think it makes you a bad person. Now, the people that DO take it seriously have me concerned.
It might just be my seeing it more since I moved from a major urban center to a very rural one... but people seem to be increasingly racist again. I mean, just the fact that this band exists is a sign of that. I have to say that I am disappointed in Pandora for playing them but at the same time I admire Pandora for not censoring their content... I think that makes sense... sorta. |

I personaly like the song Im a korean .I have nothing against koreans but the song is good |
