If you never seen this movie you are dead to me. It's basically a movie yes. But it's also like multiple music videos mixed into one. Best of all? It's Pink Floyd! PINK. FLOYD!

I remember my mom bringing this home (She is a HUGE fan) and during the movie we were all amazed at the art direction. I was 9 at the time, and I instantly fell in love with the band.

You see, down in the south. Pink is huge. HUGE! Even more huge than shows in England. In Georgia, there is a tribute band that is seriously identical to the real deal.

To me, Pink Floyd were WAY ahead of their time. Like. Lightyears ahead. It's not Rock, Metal, Pop, or anything. You can't put a genre to Pink. They are just way too advanced to even consider themselves music. And here is why; My first video!

It's NSFW / Not Mind Safe. But it's artistic nudity. So you might not get in trouble for watching it. I don't need to explain why.

The Trial is one of their major songs. And basically the climax of the movie. I fucking love this movie so much.

Up next is one of my favorite DNB band. Pendulum. To be honest, I had a hard time deciding which video was my favorite. But I gotta post the first song I heard. So Slam it is!

This band is pretty twisted on it's own. One minute it's crunk as shit and the next minute (If you read between the lines) and can be depressing while having seriously upbeat music. But this video should tell you what it means. And while you are listening to it. If you don't do what the guy is doing in this video you are doing it wrong. All, all wrong.

If you like Drum and Bass. This band has you covered. They are literally the top of the class in this genre. Definately check them out.

Finally, I can't post in a music video without having metal in it. So why not start with Blind Guardian!? One of my all time favorite bands ever. But I am gonna throw you for a loop and possibly blow your minds!

I'm sure if you like the band. You will think it's Sacred.

Yes. That is Hansi singing in a FUCKING WIZARD STAFF! HOW EPIC IS THAT!? HELL YEAH! PUT UP THOSE HORNS!

Yep! It's from the videogame Sacred 2! Which by the way is great! Play it!

Now it's your turn!

Okay, so I'll start off with some things that most of the people here might like.

Firstly, we've got Serj Tankian, lead singer of System of a Down.

I got into this song a while ago, and just heard it again recently. The video is pretty awesome.

Now, I don't really like metal and the sort, but I have a couple songs by Killswitch that I like. One of which is Holy Diver, mainly for the reason that it's a Dio cover!

I posted Dio's version because, well, it's Dio. And I much prefer this version.

Next up, we have Avenged Sevenfold. City of Evil is actually the first music I had heard by them, but I fell in love with it. This entire CD is absolutely amazing; there isn't a single bad song. Trashed and Scattered is probably my favorite, however, so here we go!

After listening to this, I'm probably going to be hooked for a couple weeks now.

Now, leaning away from the louder stuff, I'm mostly an alternative guy. I love the Killers, Weezer, The Offspring, but you've all heard of them before. Instead, I'll post a band that some of you may have heard of. A song they had that was big before was California, which was a theme song for some TV show.

While this is a bit mellow, they have some more rock-like songs and CDs. California is one of my least favorite songs, but this next song is probably one of my favorites.

I apologize for the video, but apparently a Naruto music video is the only video with the album version. I can't even find an mp3 of the song, and I don't know how to upload music online. If someone can tell me, I'd be more than happy to supply the song. Otherwise, you have to deal with a bad video, because Naruto is screaming like an idiot.

And that's it for now! I shall be back

Excellent first post my good buddy. Excellent first post.

I love that video. As much as I love Serj. He is an excellent singer! Well done!

Pink Floyd is one of my all time favorite bands. Every time I listen to The Wall or Dark Side they get better and better, it's like they're magic. The Trial is also one of my favorite songs ever and I can't wait to see The Wall live this month. Here is some of my favorite stuff

I love MGMT. I saw them live in June and even met them it was awesome. They're very much like The Beatles with their self-realization about the music they're making.

I love Wolfmother, too. They've already survived one complete line-up rehaul, but as long as they have Andrew Stockdale, Wolfmother is Wolfmother.

Tame Impala. They're pretty good.

And I end with Beck because Beck is awesome.
