So, the speech was last week, I assume that you've all had the chance to at least see it online by now. I want to know what your thoughts are.

I liked a lot of what he had to say, though I wish he'd been more blunt in his criticism of Congress' behavior. But at least he had the guts to criticize them at all, and that is something. I also really like his plan for financial aid, as there is a good chance I might have to finally break down and get a loan once I start grad school, but hopefully not.

I know it's American to know know how government works, but in reality the executive branch mostly has spiritual leadership.
