| If my avatar doesn't give it away I'm still in a Gundam phase, currently watching Gundam X, seems awesome!
Funny it was only a week ago I finished Zeta ... since then I've finished ZZ, 0080, and Char's Counterattack. Though 0080's only 6 episodes and CCA is a movie, still crazy I guess.

| Char is one of the anime gods, in all of the series that he is in. I plan to FINALLY start R2, as well as Soul Eater. Hoping to get into anime again. | Yeah, have you seen Zeta and CCA? Char is beyond epic in those. The rivalry between him and Amuro in CCA was like the best I've seen since, Star Wars (Darth Vader and Luke?) or something. But yeah, Char is by far one of the manliest and best characters I've ever seen in a show.
Anyways, have fun with R2. Expect it to be a little over the top though ... , just don't take it too seriously or anything. 17 episodes in (and I might speak for the rest here watching it), I have NO idea how the series is going to end and better yet, I can't even tell what's going to happen with every new episode that comes out.
Soul Eater I just stopped watching around episode 7 or something, I guess it just wasn't for me. Most describe as a parody of shonen's, which I don't normally watch anyways, so yeah. | Finished Ep. 6 of both Code Geass and Soul Eater, so I'm truckin' along.
It's true that you never know what's going to happen with Geass. Sometimes it seems like it's pacing way to fast, but ends up pulling it off. Crazy stuff. I'm liking Soul Eater so far. Shinigami, Death the Kid, and Stein are radical dudes. The only gripe I have with it is Black Star. Damn that guy can get annoying. Other than that, though, funky concepts and style = cool. |

Yeah, R2's pacing is a trainwreck I guess. 
And yeah, to be honest I hated most of the characters in Soul Eater, aside from the ones you mentioned like Shinigami, Death the Kid, and Stein, they were all cool. Black Star has to be 110% gay to not even notice Tsubaki though, seriously.
And I thought their voice actors were terrible for most of the characters ... especially the main chick, her voice actor is brand new I believe and it really shows. May as well have a dead lifeless robot do her voice. Still on a Gundam kick myself (will it ever end!? Well I guess it has too soon). I'm waiting for Hero Legends to release more batches of their new DVD rips for X, but I've been watching Victory as well here and there. By far the darkest Gundam out there, pretty depressing and the whole thing just gives off kind of a downbeat vibe. I guess Sunrise (believe it or not) was going through some financial issues doing Victory as well and it really shows in the animation, even though it aired in the early 90's both Zeta and ZZ from the mid 80's look drastically better than it in terms of everything art wise, animation, the detail, the mech's, etc. I've heard this is shortly before Bandai bought Sunrise or something. | Horror, suspense, trippy! Those are the words that describe Requiem from the Darkness. A very unique art style horror anime that is really morbid. Whoever did this definitely needs help, and needs to lay off the opium.
And also, I am watching something cheery! Can you take a guess? Draw one circllllllleeeeeeeeeee.......... That's right folks, Desert Punk! A comedy anime featuring a short desert bounty hunter with his rival "Miss Tits". Both animes are good. I highly recommend you watch them. Oh yeah, and I know im not watching it, but I am looking out for more Gantz mangas, another Manga I highly recommend if you have not read my thread already. |

| Almost done with Turn A Gundam (Harry Ord's been my new avatar by the way, probably the coolest Gundam character next to Char).
