Wouldn't this be awsome? Basically we have a design competition, then we choose someone to get the T-Shirts made and mail them, and we send him/her checks/paypal to pay for the shirts and shipping!

Custom T-Shirts are only like 10 bucks, and they're light, so shipping wouldn't be much (Except maybe for Teudusia... but who cares).

Anyone else think this is an awesome idea?

Kinda reminds me of AntiReality when they actually put together a CafePress-like store.

Could never figure out why.

Sorry, Randy.

To tell you the truth Xeogaming doesn't seem too popular for it to be worth making t-shirts.

I'd still buy one though... Whatever the postage would be.

[offtopic=FX]Also, my name is Ryan now, and that is also my real name. If you're going to call me Teundusia, at least spell it correctly.[/offtopic]

Yay for making up forum code!

I dont think it would be a problem for him. I can do international shipping with my connections (If its ok with my Uncle

But I think its a good idea. There are plenty of good T-shirt websites to where you can customize your own T-shirts.

You know I would Get it. And tell you guys what, whoever wins, Ill buy it for the 1st place winner for Free. How does that sound?

(Cant set it in Stone for Ryan though, let me check to see if I can do international shipping for a good cheap price.)

Yeah, I was thinking we could do something like how shirts for band's tours have all the tour locations on the back, but with the members. So like:

FX-Penngrove, CA

Spartan-Petaluma, CA

etc.

I have never met anybody from the board, at least nobody that is currently active, but all the people around Petaluma could gather so we won't have to ship to each house individually.

I took a look at that and, while nifty, it's quite limited. Also, you can't save it so that everyone uses the same one, they'd each have to do one.

We need a place where you just hand them a JPEG and they hand you a shirt (or something along those lines).

Well I know one of the guys in the British clan in Anime League makes custom t-shirts for one of the most recently started meetups... I could ask him about where he gets the t-shirts made. Problem is, I'm sure it'll be a british site or place meaning my problems solved but oh so many other problems arise.

Well, like I said, shipping generally depends on weight. How much can twenty-or-so shirts weigh?

Well I own twenty or so t-shirts... Altogether they're pretty light... Wouldn't call them the cheapest things to ship but they're definately not mega-expensive heavy.

EDIT: Also, found this on Google. It seems alright, and you can upload graphics from your computer to put on the t-shirt. Not sure about saving though.

I think that the custom ink site would be our best bet. If we want everybody to see what the design is then whoever designs them can just take a screen shot of the front and back and then post them to get everybody's opinions.

I would totally buy a T-shirt, but as for brainstorming a drawing, (I doubt I'm near the level of skill some of you here must have at drawing, but I still might make an affort) I know little about what xeogaming is. Someone should come up with a couple words that define the atmosphere and goals of the forum... you know, be my muse.

... I've been a little short on t-shirts lately.

I would buy a shirt simply for the fact that I've posted here for a very long time. I know Zazzle.com does custom shirts. I would recommend not creating anything that would make somebody look like a total geek who wearing a shirt from an unknown site. We'd have to try to come up with something that make the place seem professional or mature.

If you guys are serious about this then I suggest you make some work or it'll never be realized. It's a good idea, and this board has been around for a few years so it deserves to have some recognition.

Yeah, I bet walking around with it on is going to pop up some questions.

"Wtf is Xeogaming". <__<

How did you find it?

"Either friends, or Google, one of the two".
