| Well I know next to nothing about computers and printers, but I was having a problem with my printer.
Well I've had this problem with two printers now. What happens is that when I turn on my printer the power light keeps blinking and no matter how many times I push the print, paper feed or scanning buttons it doesn't do anything. The first time I had that problem it was because the color ink cartridge had something wrong with it and would mess up the printer some how. I removed it and it worked fine after that. Now though I just got a new printer. A Lexmark X1290 (which when I look in the database isn't even listed as a real model F( ) and it's doing the same thing. The power light is blinking except that when I tried restarting it and taking out just the color ink cartridge and just the black ink cartridge it didn't help at all. Or maybe the problem lies with the fact that it's not listed as a real model in the Lexmark help center? (Last edited by Fennicy on 09-14-07 07:15 AM) |
