In the Godzilla movie, Jean Reno steals a car by putting a knife in the ignition and turning it. WTF?

So, what stupid things have you seen in movies?

Yeah but, it was awesome.

Cutting someones arm off and saying "How freaking awesome was that?"
Public sex with a bus of Japanese people cheering them on.
Falling down in the sky while talking on the telephone.
Random people appearing out of nowhere at the end.

It was such an awesome movie.

Yes, there is a difference between stupid and ridiculously awesome. It's a small difference, but it's there.

The ending in Titanic.

Seriously, this guy ends up investing all of the money he has, basically his entire life, into searching for something, and then the main character just throws it off the side of the boat.

What's worse, is that that scene was directed in a way so that it looked like you're supposed to feel emotion over that happening. And I'm not talking about an emotion like anger over what she stupidly did.

I think that it's a good movie, but at the end of Galaxy Quest, when the girl alien decides to stay with Fred. What happened to needing the appearance generators to keep from turning into her alien form? Because they mentioned at the beginning of the movie that they needed the generators to keep their human forms. ^^jj Or maybe I'm missing something?

lol I like almost all movies that have comedy in them.

Don't diss the guide man. I mean, you can diss the movie all you want, it was crap. But you leave the book alone.

Well yeah but how? Didn't it go with the other Thermians when they left the main ship? I doubt there would be that kind of technology on Earth (in that movie that is).

All well..

@Nagis: I agree with that ^^jjjjj.

Yeah, she coulda sold that for major monehs!!!

And Hitchiker's Guide... It was kinda supposed to be that random. I mean I remember something from the book that said if you lay a towel on the ground and sit on it, you are protect from certain major disasters... But whatever, it originated from a British radio show in the 60s, Of course it's gonna be retarded.

And for me the most stupid thing I saw in a movie would be... Well, everything in Oceans 12 except for the bit with the guy doing acrobattics through the lasers. I think the movie focused too much on you having seen Oceans 11 (Which I have still not watched).

Oh, can I also count the voice acting and actions of the bad guys in most of the Power Rangers series? Especially the old ones... I know it isn't a movie... Well, actually, there have been two movies based off of the older ones, so it does count! ^^

I can explain that one in very technical detail....
Jean Reno is awesome.

I would have to say the stupidest thing in ANY movie has to be in Guyver 2: Dark Hero.

Guyver does a flip-spin off of a second story, landing with his back to the enemy and spins around to face them. I mean, what a useless move! I guess that he gets away with it for being David Hayter, but whatever....

It's the Pink Panther. It's meant to be silly.

If you're talking about the new one with Steve Martin, I can understand any sort of dislike towards the movie, but the old ones were great. *sniff*

In Transporter 2 when he got the bomb off the bottom of his car by going off a ramp, doing a barrel roll, and getting a crane to snatch it off. I basically laughed when that happened. Transporter 2 was obviously intended to be really corny and silly like that (if they were trying to make a somewhat serious action movie, then that's really bad), but ... come on, that was just dumb. XD

Stupidest thing I've seen is that that video's "Worst CGI" clip, wasn't even CGI.
