| Ok so, in order to get IE7, I had to get Service pack 2 today.
But I was just wondering, will it effect my online gaming measures? If it does, how can I overwrite it? Just gimmie some ups and downs about SP2 if you dont mind...whoever has the general knowledge of it. |

| If you have XP, you should have SP2 for security reasons. SP1 has lots of problems. However, as DarkSlaya (Týr) said, it can FUBAR your computer if you don't install it immediately after installing XP, SP1 and their respective updates. After installing SP2 you should install ALL the critical updates. If you have an illegal copy, shell out the $99 for a legal copy and get the hassle over and done with.
As for affecting your gaming, you might see a change in performance, be it for the better or for the worse. Either way, you're safer leaving SP2 installed, as uninstalling it has FUBARed many a computer. Ups:
