| I saw the comercial thingie for this when I went to see that Ricky Bobby movie...it actually does look pretty sweet! It seems like a show that I might just watch religiously, and that's saying a lot, considering I'm not really like that with television. Haha. | |||

| So, the premeir just ended 5 minutes ago, and I am very impressed. It held me there, for a full hour, enthralled, raptured, enchanted, other big words for very entertained and satisfied. I can easily see this show becoming one of the best on television. Everything about it was impressive. The acting was good, the music was emotional, and the cinemotography was very cinematic. If you missed the show, watch the encore...I forgot when.
This show is at the top of my list. I can't wait to see where it goes. |

| It honestly didn't do much for me, but I suddenly became extremely tired a few hours ago. I don't know.

| I finally got a chance to watch my tape of it, last night.
It's all about Hiro. "Yatta!!" "Just like Spock!" I love him. And to think, the actor playing him is only moonlighting as an actor right now and is really a designer of cinematic effects with Industrial Light and Magic, and he designed much of "A Perfect Storm." I love the show, but I was wanting to see more than Ali Larter's character's problems. There's a lot that can be done with it and I look forward to the next installment. |

| It happens.
Normally I hate sitting around, following TV shows and hadn't really gotten into a show since Xena's 5th season. TV bores me, but lately I've been religiously watching Heroes and, when I can, My Name is Earl. I'm actually amazed with how much I've been developing conspiracy theories and complex thoughts about this show. Well at least it isn't them stuck on an island and STILL being stuck on it. Why people love Lost (also known as Gilligan's Island for drama queens), especially this late in the game, astounds me. But people have their tastes and that's not mine. |

| Alright, I know this is a major bump, but I didn't want to start a new thread.
I just watched the first two episodes of Heroes. I'm hooked. So, I've head a lot of good about the series, and I'm going to try and watch a crapload of episodes tommorow? When does it air on NBC? I want to catch up before it does. |

New episodes are Monday nights at 9 p.m. (at least on the Pacific), probably 8 Central time. You can also watch the latest episodes on NBC.com (problem is, if you want to be surprised they only have the last 5 episodes and the first one). There's also new information and discussion in my Hero Kitties thread, also in this forum.  |

| Funny, it took me almost half the first season to really start liking it.
IE you'll probably be blown away later on Cairoi. -Do not- watch any new episodes before you're caught up, it'd probably ruin the greatness and everything. |

| This warms my heart.
I'm happy. I'm so nuts for this show, while I was at the LA County Museum of Natural History a few times recently, I stood in the spot where Masi Oka (Hiro) stood while looking at the Takezo Kensei (as they film the show almost entirely in Los Angeles) and I melted.
They film so many things in there (in Spiderman when Peter gets bitten by the spider, etc), but I've never gotten really excited about it. (Last edited by Rogue on 05-06-07 03:37 PM) |

| I hate Niki/Jessica, they piss me off. In my opinion, she's the weak spot of the show because no matter where she goes, there's always a mirror.
Hiro = The best character. hands down. I actually really like the Suresh son for some reason, despite him being a skeptic little ninny lately. Also, Peter Petrelli is pretty cool, too.

| I kind of like the later developments with Micah, but he seemed to get more annoying over the course of the show.
My favorites have always been Hiro and Ando, HRG (a.k.a. Bennet), Isaac, Nathan and Mohinder. Matt was up there, but he sort of shrank away. I don't like referring to only the people who have powers as "the heroes." It's "Heroes," not "SUPER Heroes." Anyone can be a hero, damnit! |
