That is an incredibly difficult question. I think one of my favorites would have to
be Seras Victoria from Hellsing.

She's just a cool all around character. Not the most fascinating or interesting but a
very good character.

I thought for sure you'd say Rei, but I think we've talked about this before.
I'd have to say that my favorite anime character is Shinji Akari because he goes through the most change in a series.

dude its all about Palidan Alexander Anderson when it comes to hellsing he is a bad ass come on. evan after he had both of his arms cut off he put a blade in his mouth and and ran at alucard and almost killed him for a human that is fucking impressive. he is deffanitally one of my favorites.

What the hell. Her hand is backwards in that picture. From which arm she was using, holding a sword means her fingers would be in, not out.

Look Closer. Her hand is holding the right way but the thumb is somewhat blocking it.

Damn! Well, for the longest time Shinomori Aoshi of Rurouni Kenshin was one of my favorites, but he's not as much as he was back in the day.

Kazuma from s-CRY-ed is pretty cool (japanese voice actor is cool).

Kira Yamato from Gundam Seed (and Gundam Seed Destiny) (yay some voice actor as above) because of godmodelol.

From the same anime, Rau Le Cruset, totally my favorite character from the gundam universe.
