| Right...so today I just made the mistake of actually seeing this movie.
While I will admit...there were like...4 parts that made me sincerely giggle...the movie was...I had to force myself to laugh to entertain myself. It also pissed me off that a family brought young kids into this movie. The movie was NOT something for young kids to see. Though I will say this...some of the movies they made fun of...the main characters from them, such as Nacho, Willy Wonka, and Jack Sparrow...the actors that they had play them practically nailed the original character's dispositions. Other than that...it was shit.  |

| I actually was faced with the option of seeing this yesterday, or something else (chose to see "Miss Potter" instead), and I did recall reviews that Jack Swallows was pretty damned funny.
I would see it just to see Crispin Glover as Willie Wonka since he's so flippin' creepy in most everything he does. I still think it's just going to be a bunch of disjointed impressions, but we'll have to see. Will probably see this on DVD if someone I know rents it or buys it (I have the kind of friends who buy any and all DVDs that come out and never watch them), but I doubt I'll pay to see it. |

| Crispin Glover...THAT'S who that was!!! My friend and I were like "He looks familiar...who the hell IS he??" But yah...he was creepy. XD But it was funny. Sorta.
Honestly, I advise that you do see it somehow. Just dun pay to see it, like you said. XD There are just some movies out there that like...movie buffs, or people who are trying to become movie buffs, such as myself...need to see. No matter how bad they are, you just gotta see just to say that you did and be able to bash it by your OWN thoughts and opinions, not everyone elses. XD I just regret paying for it. Worst damned mistake ever. **makes angry face** |

| oh, me me!! lol. ha i thought the previews were pretty funny, but you know how that goes. They show all the good parts and edit them to make them funny on previews, and you pay to see it and you end up disappointed. I hate it. As moogle said, thanx for the warning. |
