I work for my school, babysitting JV and Fresh/Soph basketball players. Do I get paid? Not exactly. I get work experience and on people's good sides. 
In the past few years I have had summer jobs. =] -Gopher at an accounting office -Gopher for my teacher -Reffing/coaching/commissioning basketball games. |

For those of you who don't know, I play basketball at a pretty high level. My teammates the most ghetto people you'll ever meet. (not judging them) I am by no means saying that I am better than them. We are sophisticated in our own ways, but we are from totally seperate worlds, and actually relate really well. I think i can explain this. I don't think it's the "people" that are stopping you from hanging out. It's the "situation." Just look at it this way. You have one common ground, me with basketball, and Xeo with work, and you've discovered you can actually get along with these people and like them. |

| I really did enjoy the movie. It was beautiful. I wished I wouldn't have read the book before I saw the movie though, because I didn't like thefact that I knew what was going to happen next. For Chinese actresses they did do really well with the accents. I would've like to see this movie all in Japanese, it would have been interesting. | |||

| There really is no point to this thread, but I figured it was a good place to get my feelings out. If you don't want to reply or if you don't agree with me posting this please don't say so. I'd appreciate it.
For those of you who know my background this'll make some sense, but I'll give some back story. My Mom is a drug addict who has always put getting high before me. For basically my entire life. About a month ago she had a complete turn around and was doing great. We bonded and she became my best friend. The pain of what she did was still there but I was just happy to have her bakc in my life in a positive form. Last night I get he phone call. She tells me that she has had a relapse. She may get tested and have to go to jail. I'm devastated. I have no idea what to do. How many times does she have ot do this before I shut her out of my life? How long before I finally hate her? I love this woman and I want her to be happy. I'm tired. I'm tired. I'm tired. That's all I can really say. I'm tired. and I want to cut myself |

| My classes this year: (I'm a freshman at Western Highschool)
Japanese I (Two more years to go) Health Ed. (it's required for me to move on to tenth grade) Algebra (yeah I suck at Math) Biology HP (highest level of science I can ake as a freshman) English HP (highest level of English I can take as a freshman) It's not really a class, but I get my PE credits from being on the Varsit Basketball team. I have practice 5:30-7:30 M-F and 8am-10am on Saturday. Next year I'll be taking a Legal and Law enforcement class, which will classify as ROP. In the coming years I'll be taking psychology also. This sets me up nicely forwhat I want to major in. (Double major, Correctional Criminal Justice, and Psychology and Counseling) |
