| You can use your character in Chronicles of the Sword mode. The character you create in this mode is seperate from the ones you create in Create a Character mode. In this mode you create a character and go through twenty chapters of a strategy type game. I hate strategy games but this one is quite simple and addicting.
You are only able to use the regular characters in the Tales of the Soul mode. (Story mode) While you play through this mode you are given several choices on where to go next. Your choice alters the path that you character takes. Every now and then you'll have a QTE (I think that's what its called) where you have to press a certain button and/or direction at a moments notice. (This was originally done in Shenmue and later in Resident Evil 4) |

My friends and I were really into Ong-Bak at around the beginning of the year. I bought the movie from an import store after seeing trailers online for it. It soon became all the rage amongst my friends. (First it was Moonchild, then Shaolin Soccer, then it was Battle Royale, then it was Hero, then it was this.) The big boot he does at the beginning of one of his first matches is priceless.  (restricted) |

I'm going to address a few points before I close this.
|
A) Shanan is a big boy. If he has something to say he can do it himself. Speaking through others will not get his point of view recognized any more than if he said it himself. B) The stance thing has already been explained. We could argue in circles and not get anywhere. C) I never said I left my stance. In fact, I never said my feet left the ground. D) I blatantly stated my limbs were still glowing. E) Regardless, Beowulf didn't lose because of that. He lost because of his blatant godmod and his attitude after being corrected. He had a second chance and he decided not to take it. If he hadn't been so pigheaded than the tournament would have lasted a lot longer. F) Shanan lost. The tournament is over. This thread is not going to change a thing. Honestly I had no hostility during the match. All the spitefulness came from Shanan. GG No RE

The first five are classic. The rest are easily forgetable and boring. (For the exception of the last one. I liked number 12.)

*The boy's smile slowly melts away and is replaced with a dark expression. His brow furrows as he stares with an intensity that wasn't present before.*

"I'm not a child." *His words cut the air sharper than the katana that has been given to him. The boy's hopping slowly stops until both feet rest firmly on the ground. A soft breeze passes through the open area while Sengoku stands there motionless. A childish giggle breaks the silence as he loses his composure.* "You're to serious, Lady. Loosen up a bit!" He pauses. "Speaking of loosening up. I have to stretch first. I don't want to pull something. Hold on for a sec, please." *And with that he extends his leg outward to the side of him. His leg hovers completely horizontal to the ground. Slowly the leg rises until he is doing a full standing split. He quickly retracts his leg and places it back on the ground. He flashes a grin at the mysterious woman as if he were merely showing off.* "Okay. That should be good." *His hand slowly draws the lengthy katana. He holds it in front of him, letting sun hit the blade. The blade's reflection dances merrily on the ground, as if reflecting the boy's happy spirit.* * The boy was quite knowledgeable about the katana, and most weapons for that matter. His skill in Kobudo and Iaido is quite advanced, however he prefers to rely on his instincts rather than tradition.* *The boy grasps the katana with both hands and holds it infront of him, letting the tip point at the girl. His feet slowly inch forward until she is just inside of his range.* "I'm ready now."
