| For the first part of your post, you should realize that I was joking. Except for boxing. You'll get your ear bitten off.
Maybe back in the day, but that is only because we have seen better and more realistic things since. Any special effects from 10 years ago in a movie may have looked amazing and realistic then, but now that things such as Avatar and other movies with amazing effects exist, we go back and laugh. We have developed. I'm not saying wrestling has not. I'm sure it looks much more realistic now than before, but people can tell the difference now-a-days. As for me statement about Will Ferrell, I did not mean him specifically. What I meant was that any actor could easily reproduce their effects, if not better. Sure, it would take training, but all actors train for their roll. Michael era learned how to sword fight for Scott Pilgrim in the matter of a week. Give him 2 and I'm sure he could fake most of the crap they do. They stay fit and muscular so there is less chance of getting hurt, along with the fact that they are supposed to look like that. Anyone can fake what they do. |

| For City only. The diner was, for the most part, empty. Afternoon rush had just ended, and an older woman in a blue dress and high heels stopped low over the tables as she cleaned them off for possible customers. A radio played somewhere from in the kitchen between intervals of pots and dishes being smacked together in a sink. One plate must have fallen, considering the loud crash and an accusational "Greg!" that was followed by a few strings of insults. "Keep it down back there!" the older woman called over her shoulder in a half threat. Getting up, she rolled her eyes and walked to the back corner of the diner where two boys sat in a booth from across one another. "Can I get you boys anything yet?" she asked, scowling at the lack of money being spent. The dark haired boy furthest back from the front of the restaurant looked up with an annoyed expression. "No thank you, Janice," he answered with a quick glance at the white name tag pinned to the waitress' dress. The boy appeared to be no older than 20, and probably younger. He wore a blue flannel shirt and a pair of dark jeans. Resting on his forehead was a pair of goggles, although they didn't seem to be for swimming.. Turning his blue eyes to the boy across from him, he asked, "You?" |

| Friends? Ha. Silly humans.
I simply have slaves. Alexa Firstly, there is the girlfriend. We've been friends since eighth grade, and I had a crush on her since before we even started speaking. I moved into a new neighborhood, and so I had a new bus. I was sitting there and a girl walked onto the bus. At that moment, I thought she was gorgeous. Of course, I am, and was, a big nerd. Needless to say, it was a bit before we actually spoke, but we had a few classes together. By 9th grade, we were like 'this', as we put it (while crossing our fingers). In tenth grade, my other girlfriend and I broke up, mainly because I had a crush on my current girlfriend, Alexa. So Alexa and I started going out, but ended up breaking up. We didn't speak for a year straight, but I was still in love with her. After we did start speaking again, we went out a month afterwards and are still together. 
There isn't anything a best friend has that she doesn't, even though she hates my nerdy qualities. Such as this website 
Vince Mother fucking Vince, Urban Astronaut, Bitch; whichever you call him. I met Vince six years and 14 inches ago. 
Literally, the kid was one of the shortest I knew, and now he's taller than I am. Unfortunately, I don't talk to him as much as I used to. He is one of my best friends, regardless, but we're both always busy now-a-days. We both share an interest in writing, and have similar video game interests. Of course, there is always the Batman or Zombie obsession that links us, as well. Vince has always been there for me when I needed him, and I would like to think I've done the same. If I had a brother, it would be this kid. Turns out we are related, though. Sort of. We're step-god cousin-in-laws, I believe. It's a complicated and awesome thing. Mike Or City, as he is known on here. I also invited him to this site, and he seems to be a bit more active than when he first joined. Mike and I met in school. I was visiting Vince's creative writing class, and there was this blond, bespectacled kid with a Flyer's jersey on. He was quite at first, but he soon showed his sense of humor. We spoke on and off until we had AP Physics together, which he dropped out of.
After that, we talked a lot more. I finally hung out with him on graduation night, and we ended up cuddling in a friend's driveway as our ride drove away. Long story, so don't ask. We don't talk as much now, as we're busy. Or is it just me? I never have free time.
I would like to get to know him better than I do now, but I'd still say I can talk to him about anything at all. Literally. John Cairoi. An odd character, but I'll try to reveal as little as possible about his mysterious self. Whenever I see him, he's usually brandishing a sword and slaying some sort of evil being. Honestly, I don't know much about Cairoi, myself. I've hung out with him on several occasions, and he's a funny guy. He usually talks about adventures, not sleeping and awesomesauce. This is what I relate to John.
I have a movie that he bought for me, which I said I was going to give back anyway, but I still haven't. I'd like to get to know him better, or at all. He seems pretty cool. |

| Theme music blares in the background as the camera pans the audience, on their feet and cheering. A blonde lifts up her shirt to reveal what she's got packing, but upon further investigation, it's just Vince in a wig.
A flash appears as the camera turns to the stage, and a pillar of golden fire burns brightly until Phoenix is standing on stage, completely unharmed. He fixes the collar on his white button up and spreads him arms wide for the audience. "Welcome, Xeogaming!" The crowd dies down as the host begins speaking. "As you all know, or at least do now, I am hosting the famed interviews! And what a better way to start off than by questioning the big man himself, the crazy Mason who started this fiasco off, BITMAP!" Phoenix turns towards the blue curtain to the right of his desk, expecting his guest to step from behind it. |

This RP will be taking place in a world not of my own creation, but instead, a world already existing; the world presented in the Percy Jackson series. WAIT! Don't turn heels just yet. Read on and give it a look. Greek mythology is very much alive in the world of today. It has moved around, following the 'place to be' in the world, which happens to be the United States. Olympus floats above the Empire State Building, and the Underworld in Los Angeles. Of course, you already knew this. Or will. In this RP, you will be playing as a Half-blood; a demi-god. In the old tales, the gods bore many children with mortals, and their offspring were revered as Heroes. The heroes took up quests, performing deeds for the Gods of Olympus, as well as other beings. Starting off, your character will not know anything about their godly parents. What their home life was like is up to you. Regardless, the RP will begin in a bus on it's way to the aquarium. Everything that happens afterwards will be controlled by me, and maybe a bit of help from Cairoi (I still need to ask him). POSSIBLE PARENTS: If you want to be a child of The Big Three, you need to ask me through PM. The Big Three are the three Gods with the most power. Their children are the strongest out of the heroes, but I would prefer to have little, if none, of them used by you. Other gods cannot be the parent of your children, as they are virgin gods. The list below is incomplete and only include the well-known gods. Feel free to PM me another, and we will work it out. Hera: Protector of marriage; takes special care of wives. Powers: Hera's children are often born out of lust or hate. Her children are effected thusly, and so every child is different. Very rare to be a child of Hera. Ares: God of War Powers: Children of Ares are angry and blood-thirsty, not to say they aren't reasonable. They are out to fight. A child of Ares has proficiency with any weapon, and usually has some sort of magic control over them, as well, such as changing the form, size, shape, etc. A powerful child of this god can invoke feeling of war into others, so long as they are not strong themselves. Athena: Goddess of wisdom. Powers: A child of Athena always has grey eyes. A child of Athena is extremely intelligent, and usually a master strategist. Apollo: God of music, truth and light. A responsibility of his is to pull the sun across the sky every day. Powers: Excellent shots with a ranged weapon, usually bow, and conceited. Some have control of light. Most can also sing a hymn to their father and heal another. Aphrodite: Goddess of love Powers: Extremely good looking and conceited. They can change their physical appearance, as well as control the emotion of love over others. They can also Chramspeak, which is more or less the power of persuasion. Hermes: God of thieves and commerce Powers: A child of Hermes has the ability to steal things without being noticed, unless they are very obvious about it. They also have the power of teleportation. Hephaestus: God of fire and the forge Powers: Amazing mechanical abilities. They are able to use machinery in any way, taking it apart and rebuilding new items. By simply placing their hands on the item, they know how it works and how to use it. Some children of Hephaestus show signs of pyrokinesis, but the last was in 1666 during the great fire of London. Dionysus: God of Wine and festivity Powers: Children of this god are often chubby. They have control over vines of grapes and strawberries, like their father, and the limit is based on their strength as a hero. Minor Gods and Goddesses: If you have a minor God or Goddess that you take a fancy to, feel free to PM me with who they are, and we can go over powers/attributes. If you have any questions concerning the powers of the children of these gods, please feel free to PM me. Magical Items: usually, the Godly parent of Heroes will award them some sort of magical item. They can also find one. Use your imagination, but remember, it must be approved by me. The limit is two.
