| There was much rejoicing in the land of Xeogaming, however there was one, far away among the thickest of smog, high atop the muggy mountains, and low enough of where the low lives.
In a cave far far away, lived a man. No, A wizard, no wait, a magical hobo wizard. He stood near his poorly lit fire, keeping his hands upon the weak flame trying to keep warm. "Damn Taxes." He said, as he shuffled a bit closer to the fire. "Ever since our new 'King' came in, it ran me broke, and now im stuck with worthless spells, this lame fire, and hardly any food left to live off of...this is going to be a rough night. Suddenly, he heard cheers, an official celebration covered the entire land. The sounds of cheering and clapping echoed all the way inside Nagis' cave. The sound blew out the fire, making him cold and weak, but inside the rage heated him, he stood up instantly and ran out of the cave. He then cupped his hands over his mouth and Yelled. "YOU WATCH YOUR BACK!" The shouts echoed, but his voice was pummeled by the screams of thousands, and like the wind: was blown away. "I will find a way to end this happiness." He said with a smile. |

| Well, of course I post on Gaia. I have plenty of other homes there as well. (TOC and SS is like, my main home)
But in my personal life, outside of the internet. I really like to rock out to music. My stereo is one of my best friends, and it makes my home rumble when I turn it up half way. I also like to go out alot with my friends. Mainly hang out at the Mall, watch movies, chill out with friends, play Super Smash brothers, LAN parties, and just work on the house I live in. I also like to write up RPG's. Like make tables on paper with Stats of hundreds of characters I have made. Including pictures, spells, armor, spells, weapons, and descriptions as well as a storyline behind him. But here lately, I have just been working on my house a little bit. Fixing up things, cleaning, and improving what I can improve. |

| So Xeogaming, this thread is basically how the thread title is. Who are your top 5 videogame heroes? Why are they your favorites? And so on...
So, here are mine. #5 - Mr. Larpus. He is not really a hero so to speak, but he was my Idol when I first started playing Pump it up. There is no story behind him other than the fact that he likes to dance and run alot with a 90's rock band behind him all the way. He is my number 5 favorite because, for the longest time, His song was the main one I wanted to master on Full Doubles on Pump it up. #4 - King of Cosmos 
With a fashion sense that is compared to the Burger King, he Rocks my #4 spot as one of my all time favorite Videogame Hero. He makes no sence, does crazy things, and just looks awesome. I mean seriously, would you take a person who looks like that seriously? I would...maybe its just me. #3 - Carbuncle Puyo Carbuncle, no one fucks with him. He is the Yellow creature you see in just about Every Puyo Puyo game. Being the main master of Puyo Puyo, he can, at ease, make every combo work his way no matter what the circumstance is at any time. He also eats things, like you see him having one of the characters in the anime eat his Sword. He combos his way at #3, just because I think he can put Kirby to shame. #2 - Kane Damn right you cant kill this motherfucker. Not only did I fucking Nuke his ass with the ION cannon, but I also whomped the shit out of his douche KABAL program he used to try and take over the World. Now he dominates the Command and Conquer world in the new videogame Command and Conquer 3. He is tough, smart, Omnipotent, and rumored to know the secrets of his immortality. He is the Leader of the Brotherhood Of NOD, the Messiah, and a terrorist to the human World. He kicks everyone's ass below him in my #2 spot as my favorite Videogame Hero. #1 all time favorite - Solid Snake 
No explanation really. I have been his fan since the Nintendo days. But it really kicked in as my hero since the PS1 version rolled around. He stole my heart as my number one favorite because, well, he just kicks ass. Who else do you know that can stop hundreds of soldiers, defeat unknown special mercenaries, befriend an Otaku scientist that sleeps with alot of people, and defeat Metal Gear models all in time to smoke his Cigarettes? Meanwhile, on other consoles, he has kicked ass on his way to the Future Smash Brothers. How could you NOT like this guy? |

| Well, Im sure some of you know children's programming shows like Arthur, Spongebob Squarepants, Tellietubbies, and maybe Barney.
Well, after doing some research about the shows, there was alot of controversy about the characters being Homosexual. There was even an aired episode of "Baxter's Postcards" (Arthur sub-show or something) in which Baxter was introduced to a family that had two mothers. Source (there is also a link I believe that leads into further detail) Alot of people were pissed about this, so it was only aired in like 5 states I believe, the rest were banned from the public from watching. For starters, not once in that clip did I see any mark of supporting homosexuality. So why are people flipping the fuck out about this shit? Also, my family and I were agreeing that Tellietubbies was not a show that supported it, It was a children's show for crying out loud. And Spongebob Squarepants? I dont see anything Gay about the character because he is just that: A fucking character. So how do you guys feel about this. Do you think the children shows today support homosexuality? Or do you think people are overreacting about this crap. |
