Wow, that is both cool and slightly disturbing with the running around and yelling stuff with a group of people. But still, damn. I think that would be slightly difficult to explain to an insurance company that a helicopter crashed into your house. That reminds me of my grandpa who use to be a police helicopter piolt that had to make a emergency landing ontop of a sears truck on I-94 I do believe. Thank god traffic wasnt that heavy since he slid of the back of the sears semi and down onto the free way. But yay for 22 succesful episodes of Adventures of a Gay Man!!! This is a 2 on 1 match. Oebuss and Qariel vs Desroth. Normal battle rules apply, except there is no time limit. Since FX's one character can summon something, I guess some summons can be allowed. etc, etc, you get the drift.

On this misty night, under the dismall moon, a man sat in quite contemplation of his own existiance. He had no place in heaven or hell, for neither wanted him or would even take him. He sat on the edge of a cliff on a crag that jutted out over the ocean below, his legs dangeling over. He wore a simple black cloak, which wrapped his entire body down to almost his knees. The collar was stuck up, hiding his face partially from view so only his eyes could be seen. His eyes were a unearthly silver color, and they had a look of a never ending sadness that could never be freed by one such as he. His hair glistened in the light, a pure silver color that flowed down past his shoulders. No weapons could be seen on his person, but they could have been easily hid under his cloak. He closed his eyes, listening to the wind, before a smirk came to his face. 2 powerful beings were approaching him, their lust for destruction radiated outwards from their locations making them impposible to pinpoint completly. He would wait for the enemy to appear before he would make his move...

Desroth remained still even in the face of a terrible danger behind him. His mind shifted its attention from pondering the meaning of his own life to how he was going to respond to the person behind him. He sighed, as he craned his head around to see his opponent. The amount of power radiating from him was slightly disturbing, even to Desroth, but he wasnt about to let that scare him off. His opened his eyes and took in the man before him.

He could sense that this person held much power, but there was something wrong with this one, but he couldnt place his finger on it. Desroth stood up, as he brushed open his cloak revealing a white suit that extended down over his legs and flaired out at his white boots. It was a 1 piece outfit that looked to be simply made of white cloth with long sleeves and flaired pant legs. He reached up and unfastened the cloak. As he did, a unusual ring was on his right hand. It appeared to be the only thing he had on his person at the moment. As he undid the cloak, it floated away on the ocean breeze and off into the distance. He smirked and began to speak "My name is Desroth, and who might you be?" Desroth continued to watch his opponent, waiting for the answer

Yeah, I said it. A possible WoW killer is on its way to PC's early next month yall! Archlord, the first MMORPG made by Codemasters (to my knowledge) will be hitting shelves in the first or second week of October.

Taking the best aspects of both WoW and Guild Wars, Archlord is building up to be a final true rival to WoW (not that Guild Wars isnt awsome, but I want a game in between WoW and Guild Wars...) The basic plot line of the game is that Humans, orcs, and Moon Elfs (they look more like Nekos, but whatever) have lived together in Chantra for thousands of years. In a surprising turn of events, Orcs enslaved humans and the Moon Elf's remained basically to themselves. Humans fought for and won their freedom from the orcs and both sides built new civilizations. Just when things are looking up, a meteor hits the planet and destroys much of the continet the 3 people lived on, forcing them to flee to the last inhabital land available. A mysterious leader took power over the orcs and united them into one clan (think Thrall from Warcraft in a way). Now that all 3 people have lost all they had, they are rebuilding and vieing for control of what is left. You enter into this confilct on any of the 3 sides, each having male and female sides. Also, they made the class system for each class dependent on gender you want to be. Females have access to mages, while males have access to Sorcerors, etc etc. So if you want to be a mage, you willl automatically be a female. Weird, but easy to look past. Now, Codemasters also took a leaf out the book of other rpgs, like FF. The level cap is 100. I dont know why they made it 100, but they did. With this level 100 cap, there must be something added to it to make it easier to level? Of course there is! You get special tokens each month that you can spend on enhancment items outside the game for enhancement items for your character for a short time. These items have been said to not give someone who is 20 levels lower then you the ability to run up and kill you in 2 hits (unlike in WoW where a level 19 twink can take a level 30 down in a instant). Also, you can outright buy more tokens to spend on these enhancments, which brings me to another point... The monthly fee... The fee is 10 dollars a month, a whole 5 dollars cheaper then WoW. For all you cheap people out there who dont want to dish out 15 bucks, but you can part with 10 (but you people make no sense to me) this game can fill that need. You can find more about this game by looking up Archlord on google and go to the main site. If you preorder the game, you can join the beta when it comes to the preorder beta testing, as well as recieve 1 free item of your choosing (the items permanetly boost some attribute of your character). Go check it out, I cant wait to get this game early next month!!

Fire burns all... "So Oebuss was it, so nice of you to happen by. As for trespassing on your land, I dont think you have what it takes to make me leave." Desroth stepped forward, towards the man before him. As he walked, the ground around him began to char and blacken. Small puffs of flame ran down the lengths of each blade of glass, radiating out towards Oebuss. "Your not the only one, who shall we say, likes things hot..." As he said this, his hair burned from tip to root. It turned to a pure black color, matching the jet black sky above. His eyes seemed to flame over, turning pure red. He held out his right hand towards Oebuss, as a jet of flame shot out. It extended out a little over 5 feet from his hand, which looked like he was graspong something. The fire took shape, shifting into a sword. The sword looked like a plain broadsword, but it seemed to pulse with its own energy as if it had a mind of its own. "Now come. Let us see if a god can defeat a demon..."

You need a upgrade to play it? The min specs I can cover with my E-Machine with a 128 graphic card, 512 ram, and a 2.8 ghz processor. Its about the same as the requiments for WoW and Guild Wars.

But damn, I like this system the game has. 1 person can become the Archlord of the game for 21 days before he can beccome challenged by someone else for the spot. If you get really good, you could hold it forever. Anyway, I hope by the time I can enter the beta test, they have almost all the issues workd out of the game so its all cool. The black stone enveloped Toxins body, snapping the chains off of his body. He slumped forward as he gained control over his body again.

The creature looked around curiously, this place was far different then New York, even Central Park for that matter. For starters, the sound was gone from the surronding roads and parkways. Not that it really bothered him that the sound was there or not, it was worth noteing. Then he noticed it. Another figure was chained across from him, and that couldnt be a good thing. He could feel it was somehow connected to him in some sort of ominous way. "Keep calm Patrick... If its him, then perhaps he wont fight me, but just to stay on the safe side..." Toxin thought to himself As he thought this, his body began to change and become transparent. In actuality, his body just perfectly blended in with his surronding environment on all sides. He glanced down and saw that the grass he was standing in was still depressed since he was standing in it still. That would give him away to one who was watching for any signs of his movements. Symbiote Suit Power: The ability to blend in with his surrondings. This power is similar to that of a Chamleons, but it has been highly refined to be nearly perfect, though to someone who knew what to look for, Toxin is quite easy to track (ie depressed grass, sounds, etc). If FX wants it more tuned down, I can bump it down a little...

Well, im part of the beta now, so I will be playing sometime tonight. The only problem I ran into with this game so far is that it has been updated so many times, it takes a long time to update it to the current level. Other then that, once its done updating, I will be able to take my first look into the game!

Oh, and more reasons to play Archlord: Everyone can fight for the oppurtunity to become the Archlord of the game for a month. When you do become Archlord, you get a sweet suit of armor and a sweet weapon, as well as the fact you get your own castle and a dragon mount that you can control and fly all over the place raining death down upon the people below you. Now that is something worth fighting for in my opinion. I will update this more when I get into the game later tonight or friday.

Toxin felt as if he could still be seen even though he was blending in with his surrondings. He decided he should just lower the camoflage and fight in the open
|
"Hello Venom... Are you here to kill me, cause I have news for you, you have no chance of killing me..." Toxin charged forward at Venom. As he did so, his arms changed into axes made out of the suit, but they were as hard as steel. He began to swing his arms at Venom trying to cut him to pieces with his super sharp axe arms.

Well, you could try out Archlord. Its a mix of WoW and guild wars, and it is only 10 bucks a month (cheaper then WoW). But go with WoW or GW (Guild Wars is free per month btw). But those would be your best choices if you want to be in the mainstream MMO's that millions of people play. |

Desroth chuckled as the wip shot out towards his leg. What was he planning on doing? Yanking him off the platform and into the lava below? It was almost to easy of a ploy for a god to use.

"Heh, your wip can only catch whats standing still. Lets see how well it works against something that is flying." Desroth ran towards the incoming wip. At the last moment, he lept up into the air as a pair of demonic bat like wings spurted from his back. He lifted himself into the air with his wings, and rose above the platform. "This battlefield was a bad choice. You never know when a unfortuante accident may happen... FALLING PHEONIX STRIKE!" As he yelled this out, he launched himself back down at the platform at Oebuss. He held his sword at his side as he plummeted down at Oebuss. Falling Pheonix Strike: A melee weapon attack. Using the same principal of a hawk falling from the sky and striking its victim at high speeds, Desroth launches himself into the air and propels himself back down at the opponent. The resulting attack crushes the opponent into the ground with one hit, and causes a crater where it hit, even if the opponent blocks it and takes no damage, that is how much force it has.

You should talk to your student life adminsitrator, or perhaps go to the dean/president of the college. They can tell you how to become officially recognized as a club. At my college all you have to do is get a petition of 3 other people and fill out a sheet and you are officially recognized. If you dont really want to be officially recoginized, then go by word of mouth and meet someplace on campus. I would say the library since it is big and quite, perfect for concentrating on Go.

If you know anyone who can drive, maybe find a Barnes and Nobles that has a large coffee shop in it and you can see if you can carpool there and play. But yeah. talk to the dean of the school or the president (or even their assistant). They should tell you how to get officially started!

Toxin saw Venoms attack almost to late since he was so close to him. He ducked to the side, but the tentacles still managed to hit him in the side, cutting a small gash across the suit and cutting Patricks skin. It had been a very powerful strike if it had actually hit him as intended.

He had to gain some distance to get ready to fight again, so he reformed one of his arms back to normal and shot out a steel like spider web at a tree and pulled himself a good distance away from Venom. As he got to the tree, he sliced it with his other axe, causing it to fall. Toxin grabbed it and hurled it at Venom's chest. "Payback..."

Toxin looked at Venom as he charged at him, preparing to punch him with a mean right hook. Right before Venom could punch him, he grabbed Venoms fist in his right hand, stopping the punch. As he did this, his mask seemed to open a mouth with very sharp and dangerous teeth in it.

"But you forget who is stronger. I was born from Carnage, and not even he can beat me..." Toxin's free arm turned from the axe into a spear like weapon, and he struck forward with it as if he was trying to impale Venom with it. Also, he is holding Venoms right fist in his right hand, hindering Venoms movement slightly

Desroth shot past Oebuss, barely missing him in the air. He wipped his wings open, slowly to a stop instantly with his wingspan. He spun around almost to late. Oebuss's wip was about to hit him with full force.

"Holy hell!" He spun his sword around and managed to catch Oebuss's wip around it. It appeared they were at a standstill once more. "It seems I have your weapon locked up for now, lets see if you can handle this?" Desroth raised his other hand, and began to swirl it around and around. A cloud of void energy spiraled into view and formed a swirling vortex of energy. "You may not know this attacks giant big brother, but you will learn soon enough what this is... Mana Cannon Chiisai!" The vortex fired a beam about 5 inches across straight at Oebuss. The beam was purplish in color and powered by a mysterious energy coming from Desroth. Mana Cannon Chiisai: Mana Cannon Small when you translate the last part. A variation of the Mana Cannon, Desroth's strongest technique when he is in his first form. This version however is much smaller and weaker when compared to the Mana Cannon, nor does this variant require a charge delay to fire. The beam is usually anywhere from 5-7 inches across, depending on how much power he feeds into it. The power he uses is known as Void energy, energy that is from a demonic void he fell into a very long time ago. It is a dark type of energy, but strangely has no oppossing energy (like light). It can be considered a non-elemental energy of sorts.

A oldie but goody. Though this episode isnt so great to me anymore, to many people at my school when it came out mimiced it way to much all the time, got really annoying... Anyway, this episode and the LOTR one are great. |

Halo the games are actually partial continuations from Bungie's previous games in which you faced a alien race quite similar to the ones in Halo. Coincidentally, you played as a human marine wearing some sort of power suit as well. Now, for some Halo back storys for those who didnt pick up on it on the first place!

1. The covenant is not one single race of beings. They are actually a collective, meaning that individual races came together under the prophets for mutual survival of all their races. It has been speculated that the original covenenat was formed to hold back the Flood, since fighting together is much more efficient then fighting alone. 2. The Halo Ring itself was constructed ages ago. The ring is a self sustaining ship drifitng in space. The original intention of the Halo was to lock the Flood away and launch them into the far reaches of space where no once could ever come into contact with them. When the prophets became corrupt and power hungry, they found Halo. By this time, the war between the humans and the covenant had started. The main game hasnt stated why exactly they went to war, but I believe it was for our resources of our planet. The Covenant knew the Halo was used to contain the Flood, but the Halo itself proved far more useful. It was a giant weapon, capable of mass destruction over entire planets. When the humans arrived and started the battle for Halo, they awoke the Flood, creating even more problems. 3. The Flood are like parasites. They latch onto dead bodies and mutate them into zombie like creatures with impressive strength and durability. Their soul purpose is to destroy anything in their way and turn the dead bodies into their tools. It was thought that they were all round up and put onto Halo, but as we saw in Halo 2, some higher up Flood survived and still live in hiding, working behind the scenes to mislead people so that they can fulfill their own goals. hope that covers some bases, anyway, I think this has the potential of being good, but lets face it. There are far to many better RTS's on the market, though only 1 on the X-Box 360. Still, I dont see buying this game for the PC at all, I would rather wait for Command And Conquer 2: Tiberium Wars to hit store shelves. In retrospect, this game better tell us how the war started and how all the other Spartans were wipped out...
