| i freakin love this game!!! It was the ultimate music making game, but instead of making new music, you had to string together combos like in DDR to make the music play. I never played online, but im sure i woulf totally own anyone in my path. When i do hook up to the internet with my PS2, ill own this game and play it all the time. btw, what are your best songs? i like Garbage Cherry Lips, Quarshi Baseline, the David Bowie song, and a few others... | |||

| im just saying that if ur gonna pay thay much for the system, what is a little more? u can buy a cheapo one for maybe 50 bucks in a little while. at any rate, unless the DS makes a attachment that allows you to play GC on the DS, then the PSP may more then likley sell more. anyway, both are good, it all depends on what ur more concerned about. Either battery life with weak games, or sucky batterylife with freakin awsome DVD and Games... its like the PS2 and GC. PS2 got awsome games, but GC got awsome series and its own brand of graphics. its all good. | |||

| i dont know about you, but i have use a little invention called a car jack that powers it... while it is true you do buy a handheld system to play games, if i factor in the cost of needing a mp3 player, the money for the songs, a dvd player, all the dvd u want, and the GBA, which needs batteries plus u need to buy games for it, youll be paying upward of almost $2000 by the time it is all said and done.. for the person who actually BUYS his own stuff with his own hard earned money, i would rather pay $200-$250 for a system that does everything well. call me a cheap ass bastard, call me a asshole if you wish, but i want a all in one system that is easily packed and goes anywhere i want, seeing as i only would play it at home or in the car, and i would be no where that had no energy. to sum it up, heres a list:
1. Battery Life: BUY A WALL AND CAR PLUG!! You never have to worry about battery packs again... 2. True it uses its own formats, but people make devices that can easily copy said games, and im sure someone, somewhere, sometime will have the exact discs Sony uses. 3. Graphics: You call me a graphic whore? I only own 1 hand held, the original gameboy. Anything with more then 15 pixels in each character is awsome to me. 4. i already own X-Box and PS2 5. i get my computers free, and they play what i want to play. besides, can you afford a laptop? can i afford a laptop on my pay check? no, and the PSP is alot smaller and much lighter. 6. Discs: if you have such a problem with breaking your discs, then you got a real problem that isnt sony's fault. 7. Free wireless internet capability coming (or so i heard) that will allow for multiplayer gaming across the globe. (can the DS do that? no, it needs another DS within its range to play.) 8. DVDS: the PSP comes with mini disc dvd's that play on the PSP. 9. PSP has better games, AND NO POKEMON CRAP 10. I beilieve Xeo said not to burn the PSP here. make another thread to post your complaints and let people who arent amused by a lame touch screen and are more interested in solid graphics and game play. | okay okay okay people, the DS is better then the PSP, but not at this moment. Until Animal Crossing and Metroid come on the DS, the PSP will make a killing for a period of time. i can get the best of both worlds though. Whichever dies, i can buy that and the one that lives for cheap. but whatever happens, both the DS and the PSP have people who play them and like them. it all just depends on which you like more, Sony or Nintendo... | |||

| lets see, coming up titles and current titles are:
Grand Theft Auto (a sequel to the GTA 3 with almost the same graphics) Sorry for this, but the MGS game (although it is a card game...) Midnight Club Dub Edition i do beileve a Spider Man game others... its hard to tell... i really hope they make the Ace Combat series for the PSP, that would be awsome. at any rate, they dont have a single crappy game out or coming out. The PSP is a all around system, something for everyone. the DS has what the Nintendo's followers want and need. The DS has made alot of new fans to the Nintendo company, as well as the PSP has made new fans to Sony... its all good.. |

| i also love Megaman 8, it was just awsome. It has the most special weapons to ever grace a SNES megaman game. i like the Adapt Armor in 8, it gave you a short hover ability, as well as long jump. it also decreased dmg a little bit and homed in on enemies. back to the X series, the only hard bosses were those in maybe 2. their paterns were awsome, and it was hard to anticipate exactly where they where moving. Also, the X games bosses were hard to beat when you first start out, cause you dont have the special weapon that does maximum dmg to them. anyway, if they remade the X series in 3d for the PS2, GC, and X-Box, that would be freakin awsome.. | |||

any way, i just wanna post up my recent sword sprite... its kinda big, but i dont have a good enough program installed to do fine small detail work. im just getting into spriting and such, so i need yall commets. also, post requests for sprites and im sure people will answer if they see this. 
thats my sprite. its not great, but it took me about 30-40 minutes start to finish... |

| let me rephrase, i didnt mean there werent crappy games out. my definition of crap is anything not featuring some rewarding game play (like that Zookeeper/bejewled game for the DS). the PSP will have its share of crap, as well as the DS. We must only pray to good Jump Brothers is awsome and that Katamari Damacy goes HANDHELD! | |||

| yes, i see what you mean. I kinda wanted to make a in between type sword (as in you can use it one handed and double handed, like a katana). maybe, i can cut down the length of the blade or the grip of the blade to make it more of a 1 to 2 handed sword. ill post the enhanced version here when i fix it up. thnx for ur comments! | |||

| hell yeah USB all the way!! When i get my dads, im going to remove that piece of crap and copy all my back up discs to a USB device. its so much easier to use and smaller. i think with the extra room ill make with that thing gone, i could stack another hard drive or another graphics card if possible. USB is the greatest thing since zip drives, and soon, USB's will have enough storage to totally make discs obsolete in the next 2-3-4 years. | |||

| hey Leon, lemme guess, you have Sickle Cell Enemia? i think that is the only blood abnormality that makes you almost unable to become sick. at any rate, im a virgin, although i did have the chance to get face to "lips" with a girl (i was 11) . A more frontal assault would do much better, but it doesnt matter, prepare to die. *Kimimaro replaces his shirt after he allows the bone spears to suck back into his arms. He closes his eyes, and spins so his arms ar wrapped around him. he opens his eyes and glances at the wireframes.* This is it. HESSENDAN!!! *with that, Kimimaro spins around and around. after the second spin, he lets his arms extend out. his fingers open at the tip as white nubs extend out. on the third spin, the nubs fire out at the speed of bullets. he spins 2 more times, firing his bones in the circle, aiming at all 3 of the clone.* Hessendan: With this attack, Kimimaro launches the tip of his finger bones (little nubs a little larger then bullets) at any target with extreme presicion. As long as he can point a finger at it, he can anything he wants to as if he shot a pistol at it. The nubs are rounded, and are remarkably areo dynamic. They pack much more force then a bullet, and are known to be able to punch a clean hole through about 30-40 mm thick steel plating. |

Beowulf just saw it, and ive seen it a while back. Its a spoof of Epsiode 3, and i have to say it was well done. It captures just how stupid it was thought to be before the real EP 3 trailer blazed out onto the scene. I have to say, some of the things in there are hilarious and are pretty close to what could have happend if eps. 3 was like eps. 1... Spoiler: peeing on a ept bot, kenobi drinking, windu calling yoda a slave master, and anakin/darth vader getting his eye brows chaffed on the helemet... |

| after a flash of blinding light, Ryjet appears in a giant endless stretch of space. it extends ifenatly in all directions. The further you go out, the more gravity or less gravity you have, so prepare for the unexpected. Ryjet stands alone in the middle of the zone where the gravity is exactly what it is on earth. Suddenly, 2 flashes of light herald the appearnce of 2 ryjet clones. they look almost the same as Ryjet, but they have different colored clothing on.

| Grey Fox clone 1 is hit, but not killed by the slash. His wound makes him much slower now. Clone 2 reacts to the attack fast enough to dodge the quick stab. Clone 2 swings his sword down to slice Fox's face mask off. Clone 1 readies his hard punch attack, and aims it straight at Fox's gut

| OOC: this looks fun, i think ill join this little box social. And to clear things up:
Vibrosword: much larger and alot more powerful then a Vibroblade. It uses the same Chortosis weave as the V. Blade, allowing it to spar with light sabers without the fear of energy damage or the blade being cut in half vs a lightsaber. It is best used with the right hand, not the off hand. Vibroblade: A smaller version of the vibrosword. It vibrates at the same frequency as a lightsaber (or it has the chortosis weave, i cant remeber) to prevent the blade from taking dmg vs a lightsaber, although you still cant take the side energy dmg... Echani Foil: Uses the chortosis weave, and is much lighter (As well as much weaker) then the vibroblade. It can be used efffectively as a off hand weapon, and is balanced... Carbonite Grenade: a ice grenade. when it goes off, it shoots carbonite (the stuff jaba the hut freezes han solo in) over a large radius, effectively freezing all enemies in the radius for a short time. This grenade is not gauranteed to freeze all enemies, because the splatter cann be blocked by another person or object. While forzen, it is possible to still be able to shoot and swing your sword, but you are extremely vunerable since u cant move around. (i g2g out of the library, so ill post my chara in a while) |

| So they do learn, fancy that. Still another mistake. Its almost impossible to dodge while in the air. lets see if my summon can take you down.
*Kimimaro pulls out a scroll that has the same curse seal on it as Kimimaro does. he opens a slit in his skin, and allows some blood to seep out. he tosses the scroll into the air, as it unravels by the string he had looped around his finger. with the bleeding thumb, he then slides his thumb the entire length of the scroll as it opens.* KUCHIYOSE NO JUTSU! *the scroll slams shut as he grabs it and slams it into the ground. Light surronds him, then the light explodes and dust shoots up in between the clones. The dust suddenly clears away, revealing a giant skeleton. On its shoulder, Kimimaro stands, looking at the helpless frames.* Go, DANCE OF THE PINES! *the skeleton chatters, as 700 foot bones erupt out of it, like Dance of the Seedling Firns. the spike bones are aimed at the head, stomach, and legs of the frames.* Option 1: if they dodge in air, more bone spikes will shoot off the spikes in a attempt to hit the frames. Option 2: If the frames dodge and attack the skeleton, it will explode in a wave of wind and smoke, knocking them away (possibly) option 3: if the wireframes are hit, then the skeleton will disappear. |

| i would want to see games like Tales of Symphonia (or a new Tales Of for the DS). i like it on the GC, and it could be awsome on the DS. The top screen would be your chara, moving around in battle and on the map/areas, and the bottom screen be your special attacks, potion, equip screens while in battle, and a map of the area explored while outside of battle. the next would definetly be FE: Path of the Blue Flame for DS (PoBF is the GC FE). They would scale the graphics down a little, but they could include a wireless adapter to plug into the GC so you can import and export your chara and saves back and fourth. next, a RTS game would be cool, like C&C, but im not sure exactly how they could work it to make it work on the 2 screens... i dont particulary like pokemon, but ill play it. they should have a DS exclusive pokemon that is actually cool and appealing. The top screen would be you, the battle, etc, and the bottom be your attacks, pokeballs, and items... anyway, there are so many things they could do, now they just gotta harvest em.. | |||

| Yes people, i am talking about Bittorrent, the greatest downloading tool ever! basically (for all u who dont know) bittorent is a peer to peer program that allows a almost infinite amount of people to download AND upload at the same time. the whole system is dependent on a main host who holds the torents, and then torent trackers who make said torents accesible more easily. you can download everything and anything that has been turned into a torrent, like anime, game, etc. now, i bet u think this is full of FBI and people prowling it, but the truth is, your ip bounces so fast all around the world that it is imposibble to track it back to the user, or back to the hoster. i defenitley give this product a 10 out of 10 because of its superb downloading abilities, and the fact it is so easy to use. everyone should download it!!!
