If Will Ferrel had died, and there was no author commentary, it would have been a great tragedy. But I thought it was still a decent comedy.

And Rogue, they didn't save the world...

Vulkar, the reason they didn't animate the humans is probably because animated humans usually look less human than the animals, if that makes any sense.

Proper respect for stating it as clear as mud. Although I get what you mean.

Problem: Your Katakana DEFINELY needs some works. Your "na" symbol is a "jyuu". That is saying: "10 Tsume." Na is close to Jyuu but make sure it is a curved bottom, alright?

"Mi" is also wrong. It is not bottom left to top right. You got it the other way. It's supposed to be top left to bottom right.

Be careful when writing "so" or "ri" katakana, it look like a D being pull apart.

In "Akane", are you trying to say "Nakane-chan?" The "A" katakana is similar to "Na" and you may causes confusion over that.

Overall, your art are impressive but why does it seem you are focusing on majority of Pokemon? Can you draw something other then Pokemon? (I'm saying that because your other art is so small...) Also, while I may sound rude, I'm trying to point out some problems in your writing so I'll apologize for any rude behavior I displays.

What is irony for $1000?
The kana is readable enough, the drawing is amazing, though I thought I saw an odd-looking hand in one of them.

Elara 4F is to be physically unfit for the military. It is most of the time a physical condition, i.e. inner ear problem throwing off balance, night blindness, or joint problems. But now a days it also includes inability to pass the basic physical entry test.

To merely correct someone, that is not a crime. Nevertheless, I thank you for your explanation.
Do you know what, Elara? I don't care what you got in logic, it doesn't mean you can't admit you were wrong and move on. Everyone gets something wrong, and the world would be a better place if everyone learned from their mistakes.
As I was saying, under normal position, I would say that a free enlistment might be best, but in our class-based society, the idea of a free enlistment gives the wealthy an unfair advantage, other that "patriotism" or "insanity" or "homicidal nature," anyone who makes a good salary has no reason to join the military.

It is a shame that we cannot get Congress to look at more important issues, like bringing more jobs back to America so that the lower classes are not forced to enlist in the military just to have a job; or how to fund our colleges in a more efficient so those same people won't have to enlist just for the grants to go to school.

It's very simple, add 100 billion to the education budget. And make some progressive taxes, and raise the upper margins on taxes. Voila, now I can go to college. And possible get taught by a teacher.

No clue, I get it back at the end of December, but I couldn't do SAT IIs, so it probably doesn't matter even if I get in the 2200s up. Although the SATs are easy as hell and I've completed half a year of college classes, go figure.

If they are smart, they'll leave them all alone. But if they choose to pick one up, it could be poisonous, or it could not be. These guys are picking up snakes when they vote. Then there are the intelligent people, who can pick up whatever snake they want without getting killed, because they know what snakes are poisonous.

The intelligent people are quite clearly those who know what they're voting for, the people who pick up snakes without know what they are are those who vote without knowing about who they vote for.

And Logos, other than why I'm chosing knowledge as an ideal, what did I not adress in your post? Why knowledge is an ideal I think is adressed in my above paragraphs. Simply put, for them to vote is them picking up a poisonous snake.

If one must know, "tax the poor more" isn't the correct way to say it, one might say increase regressive taxes. Same think for the statement "tax the rich more," it's called increase progressive taxes. An increase in proportional taxes is what you might want to say for question c. What I'm trying to make clear is that where is the line for "knowledgable"?
And in a democratic state, I would think the value of democracy outweighs knowledge.

Take my brother. He got a summer job, worked every day for several hours, and paid for college for the next semester, while adding funding to domething more expensive which I don't feel like going into. So, if someone can get two college terms in one summer, or perhaps being more fair just one college term in a summer, they can go to college. Just work for a few years, you'll have funding, and go get your major.

But that's not really the topic at hand, I honestly think that the benefits in the military make it a perfectly decent job to go into, if you really want to. the reason a lot of people chose other carreer options is not because they're rich with more opportunities, it's so that they don't get shot in their carreer.

Yes, I did make an ad hominem mistake Logos, appeal to fear if I'm not mistaken.

College is over $10000 a year without room and board, and that's the public university system.
And I didn't in fact read your post, but ad hominem means against the person, it's basically attacking someone instead of the subject at hand. It's commonly known as "you're stupid," and other such remarks.

The line is, as I said, 80% of about, say, twenty questions. The questions will ask about tax plans, plans for the current war(if one is going on), policy on more sensitive topics like abortion or same sex marriage, and various things like that.

Look at the snake example to see why. Think metaphorically, and tell me why those people should pick up a nsake if they know nothing about it.

Let me break up the main points into bite-sized chunks.

One is required to take government and economics in high school. That is about the equivalent of your entire argument.
The actual system would not be changed, as the greatest fundraiser or encumbent usually wins anyways.
What gives one the blatent right to tread over other's human agency?
In a democratic state, the idea of democratic ideals usally carry a great deal of weight. Therefore, I think it's safe to say that the democratic ideal of voting rather important.
I'm sick and tired of your snakes in this thread, tell them to get out.
The questions you state are underscored by their blatent subjectivity. Your definition of knowledge, ironically, is supposed to be purely empirical data.

No, that's just one ad hominem attack. Abusive to be more precise. I, like you and everyone else, know what these things are.

Anyone, college isn't the main subject, so I'll move on. I find that from a moral prespective it is bad. However, many people have different ideas about morals, so its hard to debate whether or not it is moral to force someone to join the army.

But from a political prespective, whoever succeeds in getting the bill passed, is going to have destroyed his carreer. Most americans don't want the draft reinstated.

Ad hominem is any attack that is against the person, hence "ad hominem." I just made one example, others might be calling someone a hypocrite, or in any way trying to relate the person to what they're saying. Appeal to emotion, or in this case fear, is an attempt to manipulate someone's thought based on their emotions. To provide a completely not PM example: "Stop postign or i bann you."
It's not hard to debate morality, but this isn't the place. To say that "everyone else" knows something is an example of the ad populum fallacy, as well as saying what "most americans" think, which is also unsupported by evidence.
I think this guy has a point, and it's just going over people's heads. The point is that today, people are all to ready to start a war, as long as they don't have to fight it. It's all very well for a bunch of wealthy bureaucrats--it's pretty hard to get up there without money--to start a war they really don't have to pay the consequences, and can only gain from war. Now if their children and grandchildren had to go to war, would they be as likely to start a war with such levity? Would someone be so quick to say "I don't care" or some other indifferent remark if it was their life at stake?
The point is that people start to think of other people as a means, as cannonfodder, not as people.

Second, the snake is a valid arguement. I think that unless you can combat it, then I already won this arguement. Give one reason why that person should pick up the snakes if he has no idea about it, and assuming there are no other factors involved.

My definition of knowledge is how much you knwo this empirical data. You would be tested on how much empirical data you have stored in your brain. Combat the snakes or I'm going to stop replying to your posts.

I disagree with your definition, as your definition of knowledge only covers what is pedantic, and ignores the normative nature of knowledge. In short, I declare your definition fundamentally flawed, and therefore your entire case explodes, in a highly exothermic reaction.
Empirical data has no real value, as I have said, and you have not refuted. Your case is so riddled with holes that I really have no reason to address more flaws until you start to rebute them, which you haven't. The common practice in debate is that if the affirmative doesn't uphold their case, they automatically lose, while the negating side has no such burden, but to disprove the affirmation.
I'm sick and tired of these metaphysical snakes on my plane of thought. Vulkar should be tested for chemistry by being thrown in a next of poisonous snakes and then, given basic components, make himself an antidote, without the aid of multiple-choice questions. Just like a lab!
By the way, you need a resolution. It should be a concise sentence.

To answer Xander's question: no, he has the right to freedom of speech, although he's black.
While Michael Richards was just attacking the image of black people, this guy in the movie pointed out a lot of valid points, like the economic slavery and normalized racism against minorities, though he still made some absurd remarks.

A post that is only a few words long and doesn't contribute anything meaningful to the discussion"
However, the picture is both on-topic and many might say that it is in fact meaningful to the discussion, and if one person feels that, then it has in fact met the critierion of "not spam." Notice the conjuction "and," which means that to be spam, something must be off-topic or it must be a few words long, as well as not contributing any meaningful discussion. However, as all can see, there are no words in Xander's post, if I might bring up a technicality.
On the other hand, Cheveyo's post was completely off-topic, and does not at all contribute to the discussion. He could have sent a PM, which does in fact exist.
All this is assuming there is any sort of "law" on Xeogaming, and that members aren't at the mercy of the whims of fickle administration. Which I do hope isn't the case.

Moving on, I for one, had not in fact seen that Penny Arcade comic, and I found it highly facetious, and relevant to the topic at hand. It was really funny, too. It alluded to the typical failure of most massive multiplayer online games: overpowered classes making more interesting ones but a passing thought.
