Yes, going out or staying in. When you define everything in absolutes like that - make everything black and white - you will always only have two choices.

Lycaon cared not for the guard, he was meaningless. He stepped forward, into the rays of fresh, unadulterated sunlight. He reached up and grasped his prison shirt by the number printed across the breast. With a violent motion he tore the oppressive symbol off, revealing the patchwork of skin covering his body, six points conjoining on his chest, slightly off center to the left. At this point was a tatooed, six-pointed hexacle. The tatoo began to glow green, and arcs of lightning began arcing across his chest and down his arms, conjoining at the palms of his hands. He held them up, pointing towards the concrete wall before him. The energy crackled, and unleashed before him, a torrent that tore through the barrier. He stood in the opening, overlooking the battle below him. Villains, heroes, revolutionaries, all clashing below him.

"Men of the Hyperion." He bellowed out to his followers, who had converged here to fight for his freedom. "You come here, not just to fight for me, but for yourselves, and for those like you. So fight! Fight for your freedom! For when we stand together, no power in the universe can stop us!"

In a forum talking about combos for Magic: The Gathering.

This Combo is ok....takes alot of mana, and certain cards in play.

If you have the slightest understanding or Magic, or really any TCG you'll understand.

So, first day at the Santa Rosa Junior College Petaluma Campus, and the dean is going to the classes. She says, "Is anyone here from outside of Petaluma?" To which someone responds, "Casa Grande High." Which is one of the two high schools in Petaluma.

Yeah, this is the worst idea ever. Comcast has been testing this out with some places like in Texas I believe, really pissing people off.

The FCC stopped that about a month ago.

Well, a demo hits XBL tomorrow, so we'll see if it more than just a next-gen version of the Jedi Knight games (not a bad thing, but if it is, I probably wont end up buying it, just renting).

Nothing's wrong with them, but it's being hailed as revolutionary, and it just looks like more of the same. Also, Jedi Academy was the best.

Lycaon stood in the center of the Bon Reve couryard, observing the chaos around him. He now wore a solid black uniform, with a straight collar that ran up the length of his neck. His hair was tied back, and his hands were soaked with blood; although he had managed to keep his uniform spotless.

His attention moved to the prison before him. Bon Reve had held him prisoner on and off for forty years, ever since it's creation.

He turned to the man that stood slightly behind him, wearing a similar uniform.
"Destroy it."

"With pleasure." Priam replied. He signaled to a group of soldiers - all wielding flame-throwers - who quickly turned on the huge structure, before setting to it with sonic blasts of his own, tearing through the concrete and metal that wouldn't burn.

So I played the demo, and I was right. It is more of the same with next gen goodies. But the goodies are so... good. I'm grabbing this on launch.

Yeah, that's how it plays. Nothing is quite as satisfying as grabbing a tie fighter from the sky as it tries to strafe you, holding it for a moment, then throwing it into it's companion.

Do you actually have somewhere where they said that? Cause when GI had the first exclusive article about Force Unleashed, they commented that there would be a Wii version but it "wouldn't be the saber swinging game everyone is waiting for." However, the game version of the Clone Wars movie, is.

Just wanted to make sure you actually saw that somewhere, and weren't making assumptions.

Right now, my biggest beef with the game is the lightsaber. Two things:

1) You don't cut people with it. What the hell is this, the lightsaber lite? It's like one of the training sabers, and you're just using it to beat the shit out of people. And yet it cuts the floor and walls.

2) The way he holds it. Yeah, it looks all cool, stylized, and dynamic; but it's really inefficient and would provide next to no defense.

Also, the AT-ST. That was a bitch. Whenever it went to the cinematic where you do the timed button presses, there'd be no warning, so I'd be in the middle of mashing X, and I'd lose right away.

Yeah, old games let you cut people apart, and those were last gen. I'm sure the 360 could handle it.

And I'll admit that the way he holds the lightsaber sure looks cool, as long as you don't think about it.

MIld dismemberment would pass in a T rated game, as long as there isn't blood (which wouldn't happen anyway, because the wound is instantly cauterized). After all, the movies are PG-13 - the movie equivalent of a T rating - and people get cut up in those.

I love this game. Yeah, the controls aren't precise, and the camera isn't traditional (I, personally have had no problems with it). But it is just so much fun.

Hell, PSO had one of the worst cameras and targeting systems ever developed by man, and it was one of the best games of the generation. And yes, this game is very similar to PSO. But much more smashy.

Does anyone else have this? If so, we need to meet up on live, and kick some robot ass.
