Age: 23 Heritage: North Appearance: Diminutive in stature, Kana has shaggy black hair, and wears a black bodysuit, with red stripes up the arms "because it looks cool." Backstory: Kana is a man-for-hire. He will do any job if the pay is right. Powers/Equipment: Kana has an obsession with explosives that borders on the sexual. If it blows up, he knows how to use it, and will. He also has a device that allows him to teleport short distances that he "acquired" after a past job. Name: Senin Age: 39 Heritage: Neither Appearance: Senin wears a brown robe, and his brown, graying hair and beard are worn short, cut from their ceremonially long length to hide his identity. Despite his age, he is in superb physical condition. Backstory: Senin was born and raised amongst a small, secret order of monks who inhabited a small island away from the influences of the North and South. Their goal, to protect an ancient weapon of power. Their primary defense was knowledge. They managed to erase all records and legends of the weapon. But the High Chancellor somehow discovered of the existence of the weapon, and sought it out for himself. Senin was the only monk to survive, and he escaped the island with the weapon. He now looks for the person that is meant to wield the weapon. Powers/Equipment: He carries the weapon with him, although his access to it's powers are nearly non-existent, it only does what is required to protect itself. |

| William took a long drag on his cigarette. He relished the nicotine as it flowed into his lungs, then let the smoke out in a thin stream. He ran his hand through his short white hair and looked down at the street, 16 stories below him. After stubbing the butt onto the roof's ledge, he flicked it down towards the streetlights of the city below him.
A slight breeze sent a chill down his spine, and he glanced down. He wore only a thin grey t-shirt and jeans, probably not a good idea for New York in late fall. He brought his feet over the ledge and turned around, approaching the roof access door of the apartment building. |

| William reacted out of reflex. He didn't even need to use the pool of energy that he was constantly keeping at bay in order to mentally reach out and knock his opponent off course. He stepped to the side and sent a mental signal to the device embedded in his skull to allow a small amount of additional energy to flow into his brain. | |||

You know, the musicians that you love, but when you tell people about them they give you this look:
Those. One of mine is Keller Williams. He's an incredible guitarist that makes incredible use of repeaters. Also, his songs tend to be hilarious. Also, Rob Dougan. I guarantee that everyone of you has heard his music before. It's used A LOT, but no one knows who he is. Kaizers Orchestra: random Norweigan rock band. That's all for me for now. Beil didn't feel comfortable with the easterner behind him, but he hung just behind Saren, his arms continually crossed, seemingly out of reach of his axes. |

I personally didn't like Lorwyn, along with a lot of people, and Shadowmoor's going to be similar. But the stuff they're doing with monocolored-hybrids should be very interesting. |

| Beil didn't bat an eye at Dedeceris' appearance. The former ex-Lyorn had been doing handy-work for Saren for some time, but Beil had noticed that he didn't hang around much. He thought that his expulsion from his house had hurt his pride. Going from a high ranking Lyorn knight to a footman for the Jhereg probably wasn't one of his aspirations.
Loftar accepted a folder from an official as he and Firios entered the Phoenix Guard section of the Dragon Wing of the Imperial Palace. He unwound the string from the leather folder and quickly skimmed through the sheaf of papers inside. "Lieutenant Firios," they were on duty, so Loftar addressed him by his title, "assemble your men. And tell Lieutenant Wenjak to do the same." Within minutes, Loftar stood before a crowd of Dragaerans. Firios stood behind him, along with his second lieutenant, a Dzur named Wenjak. "Alright, men. We've got a group of Elder Sorcerers, at least two, operating from an Athyra lord's keep. It will require top work from all of you, but we can do it.
