| If I ruled the world...
1) Stick to the 2nd amendment. Yes, even fully automatic assualt rifles. Provide harsher punishments for gun violaters. Blades seem effective at first, even appealing to me, but they present major downsides, like allowing the strong to dominate over the weak. That's just a wrong to me. Perhaps if you provide training programs and incentives for the brave folks who follow that path, it might allow a somewhat smooth transition to a more nobler era. This would also be great for the fitness of our people. 2) If you give AIDS intravenously to every executive and CEOs of several corporations, you'll have five different cures by the end of this year. Yes, a little satire, but true. 3) Allow both sides of the politcal spectrum to have equal representation in government. 4) Prevent far-leaning activists from both wings from aquiring powerful positions. 5) Divert resources in our economy to send food, water, and other essentials to 3rd world countries. I got hundreds of them. Lets keep it to five. That's me, keeping an open mind. |

| As an amatuer paranormalist, i have a suggestion of what it might be. I've seen countless photos via ghoststudy.com, and that might be just dust. I thoroughly believe in paranormal activity, but you have to be careful what you might take. Overview: it's dust, but it doesn't mean ghosts don't exists. | I'm not a racist, but this woman needs to keep her attitude to white folks to herself. That's just low, for people in their positions to abuse their power. Teachers should be treated like a government, they should have checks and balances. A video camera with audio. They should get rated like a fast food joint. If they're too weird or radical, they get the boot. That how it should be, to offer us protection from the likes of like Glenn. She's not good enough to get a Mrs.
As for the Cheney thing, it's blown waaaay out of proportion. It was a freaking accident, nothing more. The lawyer said he was not gonna post charges, for freaking cryin' out loud. There... is... no... damn... conspiracy... Oh yeah, and screw Glenn. |

| Oh, yeah. The Al Gore thing. Try telling my anti-Bush sister about that. She doesn't listen... Noooo, she never does. She keeps countering that Bush knew Osama's family. I keep saying," Yes, I freaking know, okay? But that doesn't justify what Gore said about the fictitious 'round-up of Muslims', along with other slander". No, she keeps on with the rhetoric. Just what the hell does that have to do with with my argument? Didn't mean to stray a little... Back to the ranting. In short, Al Gore was spreading lies and unfounded accusations. | I forgot to mention something. You can tell alot about an etheral object by how it refracts light. The objects in the photo in question are most definitely dust particles. As for the Ouji Boards, don't put too much faith in them. I once used one with a friend, and I was trying to communicate with my deceased grandpa. We asked, " Grandpa, are you there?" ... The answer: " 4 ". No joke. Either this had a cryptic meaning, or we just got screwed out of thirteen dollars. Belial's warning might have some clout, because since then, I encountered many wierd (but harmless) occurances in this old brick house. True Flight's story makes me even more paranoid. | |||

| Yeah, it was really cowardly. This kind of outrageous behavior is the reason why you can't even mention the word "gun" with invoking the wrath of SWAT personnel. I hope the kid gets all the help he needs, and that the kid that was shot makes a speedy recovery. | |||

| Whoa, Elara. That totally blows away the sparse incidents at my crib. The warmth thing is really unusual, it's theorized that spirits draw energy from the living, making them feel cold. As for the seemingly partial-possession, I don't know what to say...
Well, anyway, nothing truly disturbing happened at my place. Well... Except a couple of years ago. I at home alone, around midnight, trying to sleep. Then I heard a dragging noise coming from the living room . Knowing my folks weren't due back till next morning, I was dang-near scared to death. I grabbed my 12 guage and loaded it, and open the door slowly. I thought I was being robbed. I creeped into the living room, and saw a crazy sight. A couple of chairs taken from the dining room were arranged against the Living room wall. They weren't there earlier. After checking the house top to bottom, waving the shotgun into every nook and cranny, I immediatly called the nieghbors and had them come over to spend the night. Crazy story, huh? It was my first real scare when it came to the paranormal... or some jerk who somehow sneeked into my house while all doors were lock! Other than this incident, nothing else like this ever happened. I sincerely hope it stays that way. |

| Totally agreed with Zabuza. Communism nevers works. Just pisses the people off... If they ain't brainwashed to sheer stupidity from the years of endless propaganda. We happen to like having guns, and bartering would lead to the ultimate collapse of the world economy. I'm just your standard American who despises all but the most crucial government intervention of any kind.
New rules: 1) Legalize marijuana. People are gonna light up, whether we like it or not. We could put a age limit ( 18 and older) or license creditable vendors. 2) I decided to take back the sword thing in my first post. No sane-minded person would choose a blade over a tactical SPAS shotgun in a moment of crisis. What was I thinking? 
3) Democracy would be the new world order. Even If I was elected out of office, at least I know I did a great deed for the world. 4) Drasitcally lower the price of firearms. Not too much to cause loss of profit. The outrageous price of pistols is due to legislation of gun grabbers, so now I can get that .357 I always wanted. 5) Remodel the justice system. If we know you killed someone, we''ll send your ass to death row, regardless of evidence. This radical change applies only to those who are smug little bastards who think they're above the justice system and think they can't be touched. 6) If a political leader decides to be a jackass and commence pork spending, it would be perfectly legal to torch his car and TP his house... With 2-ply. 7) Citizens will be authorized to use lethal force in an event of a crime. Nobody ain't stupid enough to knock over a 7-11 if the clerk keeps a fully automatic M-4 with a 30-round clip under the counter. 8) No communism, except extremely restricted forms in time of emergency. 9) I will personally fund the Department of Stupidity Minimalization World Council out of my own pocket, because there are too many stupid people and I love Simcity 4. | NOOOOO! I love the Zelda series, diehard fan. I just so happened to pawned my gamecube, because they ain't came out with no cool games in almost a year. I used that money to buy my folks some new fish. They all died, and to add insult to injury, the game I've waited so long just so happens to be announced to come out, right when I pawned off the freaking thing. Why must God be sooooo crule?

| Yep. My damn cousin left it loaded. Scared the living crap outta me. I don't have to remind any of ya'll who have guns to be careful and treat any firearm like it was loaded. It was in my case. It also happened to to my cousin's uncle Jeff. He was cleaning his Beretta .45, and he thought it was unloaded. Blew his thumb clean off. It was reattached, but he can't move it. Seems like that kind of thing happens down here a lot. |

| I think almost everybody's ideas has merit. Seticus, Vulkar, Zabuza, and others I forgot to mention have at least a couple of excellent ideas to present. No need to present stafe here, this is just general discussion, not total debate. We all have ideas on how the world should work, and all I was trying to say is its not that simple.
Even if all the world were to become one government, The manpower neccessary to power even the most basic utilites would be astronomical. Not to mention if it was going to ethical. People aren't mindless drones, if blatant abuses of power ensues, people are going to rebel. Free Enterprise works. It's relatively low-maintainence compared to dictatorial governments. Technology progresses faster. It's authentically superior to even the most efficient communist/socialist government. I you disagree, fine. It's your opinion. That's what made America great. I'm not pissed off at anybody. I'm a pacifist (well not all the time) and when I get debatable, I control my anger. What I was saying that when communism starts oppressing people, they either start to fight back or become subservient to the system. Too often, the latter occurs. But some win, Like Nicaragua. | I wasn't trying to get involved, I was simply discussing on why totaltarianism doesn't work, and if I did, I didn't mean too. While I was aware there was a dispute going on, I wasn't trying to pacify ya'll. I quote myself ,"I think everyone has merit", what I was trying to say is that almost everyone, including Seticus, has something, regardless of what government system we would use, that would better society as a whole. I just was sticking to the conversation at hand. |
