"Ah.." *Ash's head begins to ache again. A bright blue flame erupts at the end of the blue belt. The flame trails across the sash, burning it to ashes as it goes. The flame surrounds Omni's waist, threatening to engulf him in the seering hot flame.* |

" For the first scenario,I would knock the icicle over with the hilt of my sword as it falls in front of me. I would use the hilt because my blade would most likely cut it. The icicle, if long enough, should create a bridge between my enemy and I. When my enemy goes to cross it, I would slice through the part connecting the icicle to my side. This should make the icicle fall down into the chasm, along with my enemy." "As for the second scenario, I would roll to the side to avoid the arrows. If there were to many roll away from, then I would use my two sword to cut at them as they fly at me." |

*Ash's eyes widen as the stream of electricity flies at him. He dives to the side, but it's to no avail. The electricity hits him in the shoulder, the current quickly spreading through his body. He falls to the ground with a hard thud, a small cloud of dirt rising up from the impact of his body. The static from the shock makes his short hair stand on end. His body shakes uncontrollably, his limbs twitching speratically. And then his body becomes still. His chest not even moving to breathe. All is silent right then.That cold familiar gust blows through the area again, stirring leaves across the ground.* *The silence is broken by a soft chuckle coming from the lifeless figure's lips. His body begins to rise, and not from any physical means. Dirt falls from his body as it lifts above the ground. Ash is quickly standing again, a low chuckle still escaping from his mouth. His eyes open, burning their way into Omni's soul. They radiate a brilliant orange, a radical change from their once dull color. Electricity coils around him like a snake, from Omni's attack or was it created by Ash himself?* |

The sleeve of his hospital gown whips wildly through the air, as if a tornado is whipping it to and fro. The simple sidestep makes evading the fist easy. As Omi whiffs his punch, Shuyin thrusts his palm an inch away from Omi's chest, expelling a incredibly powerful invisible psychic projectile. The invisible beam fires in an instant, spanning a width of 3 feet. The force from the beam could easily pierce straight through a concrete wall. Because of Omi's speed and momentum, pulling away would be near impossible. | "My main strength is my ability to capitlize on vulnerabilties in my opponent's attack description. I usually plan my counter attack based on an opening that they leave unprotected. As for my weakness.....hm....I'd have to say that I like to play at my opponent's level of skill. Usually, I will bring myself to my opponents fighting level. Whether it be complex attacks that lead barely any room for escape, or easily avoided projectiles. Instead of fighting seriously with each match, I fight using my opponent's intiative."

In fact the vision of it alone sent chills of pleasure up his spine. This Omi fellow, yes, he wanted to see him writhe in pain.*

This is going to be a little rant. Just fair warning. 
Simbattling is becoming rediculous. Most of the simbattlers are getting the impression that winning is the only that matters in a fight. Respect, dignity, they don't exist. Every move seems like it needs to be beefed up beyond all hell. Moves that used to need several posts to charge now take one or none. Moves that are "unblockable, nearly inescapable, super death causing, no exception moves all in one attack" are polluting the battles. Sparda brought these kind of attack descriptions to the board and people have just been using them left and right. Now it wasn't to bad when he used them, but when everyone begins using them, it gets really annoying. Now i'm no saint. I use the same kind of descriptions sometimes. But when you're fighting someone that throws those kinds of attacks at you repeatedly, its almost mandatory to fight back the same way. Many/most of the simbattlers have the mentality that they must win the battle at all cost. And if they can't win, they'll stop posting. I've not met many simbattlers that can actually accept a defeat. Save a few such as Leon, Elara, Cyro and a few others. Open for discussion. (Last edited by Shuyin on 05-28-05 05:32 PM) |

| *Shuyin slips into his Hakke Stance once again. Both of his feet root into the ground, his open palms swaying in front of him freely. The familiar radiant Yin-Yang spreads beneath the three of them as it did before.His Byakugan eyes survey his opponent's body thoroughly, watching the young warrior's heart pump the blood through his veins. Shuyin smoothly steps to the side, his left palm parrying the punch gracefully. Shuyin's body glows a faint aqua as he stands beside the young man. His arms raise above his head, leaving his ribcage wide open for an attack.*
Hakke Stance- Shuyin's signature fighting stance. A giant vibrant green Yin-Yang spreads beneath the fighters. Shuyin keeps his palms out, usually both facing forward. A thin invisible barrier forms around Shuyin. The simple barrier nullifies energy attacks (Such as a kamehameha or something of that nature.) and gives him a slight resistance to physical attacks. |

| *Ash turns and dashes straight towards the beam, dragging his glowing arm in the ground beside him. As he approaches he raises his hand forward. The fire beam explodes in front of him before it is able to touch him. The giant explosion conceals Ash's movement, his body moving rather quickly for a adolescent boy. In the blink of an eye he's above Omi. With a great cry he unleashes the energy that he has built up right above Omi. The energy spews from his arm, showering over Omi like a demonic baptism. The energy covers ground, eating away at the gravestones. The energy sinks into the ground, pouring into the holes that Omi left behind. The energy seeps deep into the soil, killing any organisms that may be occuping the ground.*
Energy Undulation- Ash must take at least one post to charge before performing this technique. Ash expends the energy that he's charged unto his opponent. The energy gushes out of his arm(s) like a water from a broken dam. The energy severely burns like acid, eating away at any object/material that is unfortunate to come in contact with it.Tthe energy will strip flesh clean to the bone, turning a human into a skeleton in seconds.. The energy crashes around the area violently, as if it were harsh rapids in a river. |

I tried this before and I don't remember if it worked or not. Are you able to get more than one subscription or do you have to choose from the four? |
