| I think everyone needs a hug. This thread is getting awfully edgy.
I believe the board is fine. We don't have a surplus of posts, but that's because the board isn't really new. It seems new because of the post wipe, but in all honestly its been around for quite awhile. Its only natural for posts to start to decline. 100 posts a day isn't bad at all. Sure things may not be as they once were. But everyone is going to have to get over that. |

| I took karate for nine years. I'm in it now, but I don't go that often any more. I recieved my "black belt" four years ago. Because I wasn't 18 I got what they called a "Youth Blackbelt." I then recieved my "Junior Black Belt" two years ago. Now that I'm 18, I can test for my authentic black belt in the summer.
I'm not really sure if i'm going to bother though. I barely ever go anymore, and i'm rusty as all hell. I'm still a great sparrer, but my kata (or forms as other people call them) aren't as polished as they once were. |

| I can't really gripe on the translations because I don't know what they're really supposed to say.
My one pet peeve though, is that Japan gets EVERYTHING with or in their games. Not only do they get neat action figures, but special costumes, extra level, more difficulties, and more characters. Another thing is the random censorships we have. But those aren't that abundant anymore. |

The Shuyin ~ Tidus resemblence was a bit corny. But I still think the 1000 words cutscene is one of the best in all the final fantasys. |

| You could wear long gloves.......but that would be very odd in the springtime.
Problem with the knife fighting idea (if you were even considering it) is that word spreads around fast. People will probally ask you the details, what the person looked like, have you called the police and the like. Just seems to much to lie abou in my opinion. |

| No. Basically that's how I responded to basically everything you said.
I like your fictional statistic 80%. Catholicism is not the 'holiest religion' on the planet. (If there's even a way to measure that.) It's not even close to being the strictess either. And I don't think God is saying anything like that. (If he/she/it is saying anything at all) Putting a message through the violation of young boys hardly seems like a way to let God's word be known. The priests do it because they can't have any sexual contact. However, they occasionally give into their impulses and do what they do with boys. Similiar to convicts in prison.......You take what you can get. Years without intimatacy can lead one's mind to wander..... |

I watched an episode on the Anime Network. I didn't find it funny at all. I never really have been into any girly shows. (Except my guilty pleasures: Sailormoon and Gravitation)

The humor didn't appeal to me. Maybe it was bad translation, maybe the voices were just terribly done, or maybe the show just isn't funny. Whatever it may have been, I won't be watching any more of it.

Episode 133 has been the best anime fight scene so far. I was completely blown away at the different moves they through in that the manga didn't have. This is one of the times where the anime succeeds the manga. I must say that if I wanted to show the anime to someone, this would be the episode. It has emotion, good fight scenes, and great music.

Kung Fu Hustle is the funniest movie i've seen in a long time. I haven't laughed that much in awhile. The cartoon humor in it wasn't every to much, and it had a pretty good story. Stephen Chow is great director and his movies are always orginal.

By time I realized how big of a fad it was, I was already knee deep in it. I don't mind it that much. It's not that big of a deal to me. It does have its perks over livejournal. Like more diverse people. Why does it seem that all the attractive people live in California?

I think member of the month isn't that bad of an idea. It'd be a nice addition to the board, and another sign that Xeogaming is continually improving. The poll is a nice idea and all, but the results are inevitably going to be bias. No matter which way you split it.

If you leave it up to the members, then friends will vote for friends and so on. Then people will get people to sign up just to vote for them. I wouldn't put it past some of the people on this board. The staff would probally make a tad bit more justified decisions when deciding. However, even the staff has their small biases, it's human nature. I think it could be a good idea, I just can't think of a good way to implement it. I voted yes. (I think there should be an 'Indifferent' option)

Episodes consist of more than one chapter. In this case its Chapters 230-231. They added alot more fighting in the Anime, and they do it very well. |
