| I like both of your poems. Actually, I always like your work. They are always so beautiful, and there are times when I believe that darkness, with all its' secrets, is more beautiful than the sometimes harsh planes of light.
You have an incredible talent, not many can put thought and emotion into words, let alone make it beautiful. You have my respect. And for that, I would bow to you. |

| It was really nothing special, I guess you could say that Jexim named me. We were sitting in summer school (blah, I hate it, he made it fun) and he told me about the forum so I said I'd try it. I couldn't think of a name so he suggested moving the consenants in my name either up or down one consenant, I've been Caxama ever since. (By the way, if anyone ever gets truely interseted in figuring out who I am, there is the hint right there.) But yeah, Jex is strange to say the least, if you want to know where he got the idea you'll have to PM him or something like that. | |||

| This hunger and rage is growing inside me
Something is there Watching me Waiting for me It is a creature That is there from the moment The inoccent child dies And the tainted adult rises from the mutilated corpse To move out in search of victims It is there for everyone, But only a few learn of it's exsistance But it is the moment that you acknowlege it That it is a threat to you like no other. It is like looking in to a pit of darkness. Once you shine a light down into it You can see what lies below. But what lies below will also see you. From the moment that you see this beast You are fighting for control and focus, Until that is When the day comes that deaths icy touch grasps you. It has driven people insane, And driven people into the deepest of depressions. It has hurt the people closest to you. Its sole purpose is to consume you and enslave you. This beast is the shadow self inside us all. It is all of the negative and evil thoughts That have ever entered your mind. All of the dark information Of the things that you have heard of or witnessed. It knows all of the weapons to hurt you and enslave you. And every day since I have seen it, I fight on. I fight on and on and on. Sometimes I win. Sometimes it does. But it is only when I give up the fight That I will be a lost cause. Knowlege is a curse, not just a blessing. How many more battles against my nightmares and fears do I have left in me? Will this beast consume What is left of my broken heart? We will see.... |

Once I was lovely Skin as fine as china Every one looked at me And no one ran away Until One day I woke up My smile is gone My china has cracked I am not the same My hair has lost its shine Moths eaten away my clothing The paint peels away I am covered in dust No one looks anymore I count the falling paint chips There are more chips then skin I can no longer see I fall to pieces on my shelf One last thought in my head Where is my repairman? they would voice to you so many things. Your smile, so radiant it drives the darkness away.. your eyes ever filled with the warmth of your heart and soul.. healing, comforting, loving and kind. Your face, expressing the joys within you, and sorrows too.. a glorious canvas on which you paint the emotions from deep within. Your hair hanging softly against your skin... it's textures framing gently around you... focusing attention back to that smile and those eyes. If mirrors could speak, they would voice to you how special you are.. unique and rare...one whose beauty shines for all to see.. and yet those who gaze even closer find greater beauty, still. For within lies a wonderous heart...it's love so strong and pure.. that any who gaze so deeply cannot help but be filled with it's blessing. So look closely, my dear and listen as the mirror looks at you.. it's words may yet reach you...each so very real and true! |
