| *Artemis lingers as she walks through the hallways of the castle, her foots steps echoing in the night. She stops and closes her eyes and sighs* "You know you can't hide from me, you might as well come out."
*Out of the shadows steps out a dark figure, a young woman ((no, not the one who saved her from the assasination)). She wears all black leather armor, very form fitting and has the physic(sp?) of a dancer. She chuckles slightly to herself* "I know, but force of habbit sometimes makes me forget, not to mention I really wasn't hidding from you. Just waiting for you to be alone and to aknowledge me." *Artemis sighs* "Alright Diana, get it over with, I know what your going to say." *Diana raises and eyebrow and nods* "Had the feeling you would, who beat me to it?" *Artemis* "Pel." *Diana* "I take it he wasn't succesful." *Artemis* "No, he tried to talk the adventures I hired into leaving, but they are a good group and stayed." *Diana* "Yes, I got reports on them, they seem like they could handle their own in a fight. Still wouldn't it be better to take us along?" *Artemis* "No, you would all go out of your way to protect me. Your all to attached to me, both as a queen and a friend. I can still carry my own weight in a fight, I'm not different than when we first arrived here" *Diana looks her up and down and gives her a smirk* "...you know what I mean. Anyways, many lives we lost because of me, two..." *she cut off as her eyes began to tear up. She looks down as she tries to fight back the tears. Diana steps forward and comforts her, but Artemis pushes her away softly and shakes her head* "I'm fine." *Diana looks at her as Artemis wipes the few tears that did manage to fall and sighs* "Your really determined to do this aren't you?" *Artemis straightens up and looks in right in the face* "Yes." *Diana sighs and shakes her head and smiles* "Your right, you still are the same. Alright, I don't approve, but I see where your comming from and I know I won't be able to change your mind. Of course, just because me Pel have stopped doesn't mean everyone will" *Artemis smiles* "I know, but I'm ready for whatever can be thrown. Now go get sleep." *Diana* "And give up the chance to spy on people at this time of night? Never. *she gives her a wicked grin and bows and melts into the shadows of the night once more. Artemis smiles and continues her slow walk back to her chamber* |

| I think everyone has pretty much covered all grounds that can be covered on this topic. Love can be a ver painful thing and one should be careful when throwing it around. Thought I haven't met you personally, Pockets and them have told me a lot about you and I et the feeling that they are right, you aren't too young.
It's best to just talk to this person and talk about the options. Just remember, you still have a lot of life to live, so don't be in a rush. As for the polyamorous thing, I can relate. I believe it is possible to love more than one person. I've never experianced myself, but I think it very possible. Nothing wrong with it, but it can make things a bit more complicated. Damn you! You made me cry! Lol, no really, the story was well written and I was sucked right into it. You might want to put a bit more descriptive text into it, such as smell and a little more sound, especially as the orcs are approching towards the end. Aside from that, it's a really good story...Poor Jerrin.  |

I know the feeling on driving large cars. I drive a little Toyota Tercel, so when my mom has me driving the big Astrovan, I feel so paranoid, thinking I'm going to scrape the sides of all the cars on the streets.
