Mid-90's in my area and it's killing me. I don't handle extreme temeratures well, but the heat is really bad for me. I work up a sweat just standing up from my chair. It's pretty bad since usually I don't sweat unless I've been working out a lot.

I am eagerly looking forward to the winter. At least then I can bake and things like that to keep myself warm.

I am a jelouse type unfortunatly and do freak out, not because I don't trust him, but because I am so insecure of myself, especially about my apperance. I try my best not to let it get to me and I'm working on it. It's the least I can do since GuardianOni doesn't mind when I look other guys or girls...to be hones though, I do it more often than he does. |

August 28th is when I start up at CalState Long Beach. I like my long vacation, but I am looking forward to returning and learning even more. Only down side is it means I'll be going to class on my birthday |

Has any had a chance to see this new reality show yet on the SciFi Channel? It's another reality show, which at first sounded rather silly to me.

It's literally people coming as super heroes and being put to challenges by who else, but Stan Lee himself. Like I said when I first heard about this I shook my head in dismay, thinking what more than they make a reality show out of, but curiosity got the better of me and I gave it a shot and watched the first episode. It is as you would think, but it's interesting watching these people who honestly do want to seem to be actual super heroes and the ideas and themes they come up with. Some are really great other...not so much. Also, the prize their going for is enough to make most comic book fans want to put on tights and run around doing all sorts of crazy stunts (then again, most obsessive comic book fans do that anyways). The ultimate prize is Stan Lee using their character in it's own comic book (don't remember if it's just on issue or an actually series) and also they get to be in a SciFi original movie as their character. I'm glad I watched the first episode. I'm not a big reality show fan, actually, I generally avoid them like the plague, but this one is actually pretty good, especially since it's not just all pretty people making love triangles among themselves. It's early to tell how well it will go, but I'm going to keep watching for the meal while and I recommend it to the rest of you.

Monkey Girl, Major Victory, Creature, Fat Momma and Cell Phone Girl are just some of them. So far though, I'm rooting for Major Victory...thought he is extremely cheesy at times. Rogue: Yeah, wasn't sure if it was him or one of his followers, but there was a Man-Faye at the auditions, luckily he didn't make the cut and they just showed him saying he never knew he had his super power till he put on those shorts.
