| Tryston walked briskly. Ever muscle in his body stretched with each step. The plane ridefrom Uganda was not only long, but cramped. He carried a suit case crammed with belongings. It busted at the seems nearly. In his opposite hand hung a field medical kit. The weight of it made him think. "I'm a doctor not a thrill seeker." He set the objects down a the gates of the camp. Sweat rolled off him in nervous streams. He entered. There was barely room for him, the camp was crowded with tension, not people.
He found the group of men eyeing at each other. He aproached them the way he would a priest timid and cautious. His mouth could barely utter the words,"Sorry I'm late..." |

| I honestly didn't think this was terrible. It was a little nauseating. I read that JJ Abrams wanted to make this another Godzilla, but couldn't get the rights. It wasn't terrible, but maybe a little predictable and unrealistic at points. | |||

| Have you ever wondered why we humans project our emotions on animals? I mean really penguins, even if they did surf, would not feel the things we feel. Are lions eating for taste? Would they be as picky as we are if they had a million different food choices from every country in the world at their paws?
I think not. Rat's don't cook. Penguins don't dance, or surf. Ants do not talk. And dogs and cats are most certainly not a war with each other. |

| I agree completely with Cairoi. Everyone judging as well as entering would be neat. That way you also get to enter, Elara. I think enocorporating other contests is a good idea as well. Especially since my poetry contest kind of failed.

Anywho, how are everyone's stories coming about? I'm trying to write some historical fiction which is pretty new for me, but I like getting a close up on what people felt during trying times in history. |
