| That's very true, Rogue. My stepbrother for four years was severely abused by his mother. In court they came to the conclusion that she was frustrated with him not being potty-trained.

I always found that prayer and meditation work really way. (they're the same thing to me). I like Elara's list. I've been really stressed out lately and have found that sleeping is the best temporary solution, but again it's temporary.  |
