| ooc- First post from taking over Cairoi's characters... It seems I have a lot of ground to cover. Now...Where to begin...
Edgar's eyes opened wide as he took in a deep breath. He was on the floor for several minutes now. He rose slightly and took in the chaos of the room. The miracle shard took too much out of him, much more than usual. How...anomalic...Shaking his head he rose to stare Alden in the eyes. "Where..Where's Leon? Holly? Josiah? What have you done with them." Mr. White surely was not happy with this turn of events. A tapping on his shoulder was felt, and he jolted to the side. A friendly face. Seifer stood staring intently into Edgar's eyes. "Leon and Holly left with some guy. Didn't get a chance to look at him too well. I've seen him before, can't place him though." Seifer brushed his hand through his hair. "Good to see you're conscious though, was worried there for a minute." "I'm fine Seifer, the shard, took a bit too much out of me. Drained me more than usual. I don't know why." "Could it've been that Josiah fella'?" "What about Josiah?" "Well, he damn near killed Leon that's for certain. He was bleeding pretty badly. Got shot a couple'a times." "WHAT!" Edgar's face turned to rage quickly. "He betrayed our trust! We took him in!" "Calm down, Leon's fine, Holly's some sort of crazy white mage. He's in good hands." Edgar's eyes dropped towards the floor."Alden, we need to ally, against the greater enemy. My home. My base, has been breached. The safe-haven of the Suvoj has been irreputably stripped down and discarded. Marinae headquarters seems like the base of operations we must choose. How can you get us there? |

It's pretty good. I especially like the fact that I don't ahve to see Vaan's ugly stupid head if I don't want to. Balthier is the main character FTW!

Anyway, I must be retarded because I haven't even used quickenings yet.(and I was wondering why boss fights were so hard) But I guess I'll grab a few of those and slap them into my kickass team and let em rip into bosses etc. I seriously thought Iw as doing badly against the bosses because I hadn't power-levelled like I usually do. Meh. Whatev. I've been grabbing weapon abilities and augments. not really paying too much attention to anything else(besides magic) I've got Balthier specced swords, Vaan Daggers, and Fran Bows. Vaan and Fran have white magic, and they cure at <50% health. Balthier has Poach and Steal, making me a money machine. (plus the swords with good attack power)
Oh and I'm only checking it out of work(I have to give it back tomorrow  ) But I'm definitely picking it up when I GET the money to, probably after Wii and Zelda. If I don't trade in the old PS2...(Last edited by Xeios on 11-06-06 03:05 AM)

Here's an Idea FX. Make a list of Questions and allow everyone who wants to participate write a response as well as put an image in for if you "are" somebody. Have that person write a little thing about themselves and put it in the image as well, describing why a person got whoever they got. |
And I'd like to be in it/help you with it if you don't mind.

Leon smiled lightly at Holly. She was a nice girl, a bit childish, but nice. He looked left and right quickly, and realized he almost forgot his weapons.

"Wait just a tick, I gotta grab my stuff." He dashed into the building once more and saw Edgar and Alden talking, he quietly grabbed his things and smuggled them out of the room without anyone noticing. He did hear the last thing Alden said though...'If you will just follow me, we can leave.' He was certainly talking about the same helicopter. Leon threw his revolver and his P90 into his messenger bag, slung it over his shoulder, and held the sword firmly by the middle of the sheath. He climbed into the helicopter, sitting next to Holly and letting his equipment be put into the back area. "Jeremy, we got a problem. Edgar and Alden are on their way. Seems like he's gonna find out you're alive sooner than you expected." Leon awaited Jeremy's reaction as White quietly contemplated this descision. "It seems I have no choice now. This is all that can be done. Isha, come here, I need you to go with me." Isha entered from the next room over, she had been listening in on Edgar's conversation and respectfully bowed before the two. Her eyes drifted away from the two men, there were better things to be doing. Ordering the rest of Suvoj to rebuild would be best, she wouldn't complain, or cross her leader's judgement though, his word is law. "Alden, when do me and Isha leave." "What about me!?" Seifer called from the sidelines. "Seifer, I would like you to reassume an authoritative position here. Please, get Suvoj up and running again. Leon and Isha will protect me well, I trust them for that." Isha's outrage was masked perfectly as one in her position must do often. He should be the one taking Suvoj over and bringing it back to full operation. "Awwww man...That sucks, I thought you'd have something cool for me to do." "Seifer, now is not the time, Suvoj needs to be 120% for us to even think of beating this foe." The two stared at each other for a moment. Seifer allowed a sigh to escape his lips and shrugged noticably. "Fiiiiiiiine, I'll do it, but only 'cause I like you Edgar." "Thank you friend. Alden, what say you to us moving out? Isha, get your things."

My Grandmom died of cancer too. I was really close to her so it hurt me a whole lot. I was in fourth grade so I was about 8 or 9. It killed me having her be gone, losing my Mom-Mom. I know how it feels. I send my condolences to you, and hope that everything turns out alright. Hopefully she gets better and lives for 10 or 20 more years |

Looks quite nifty. I wonder if the WiiMote will be doing anything fantastically awesome with this game. I like the ones for GBA so I might like this one, not sure. But the game series seems to be put together pretty well. |

Alright, this is getting ridiculous. I don't like people arguing so stop doing it before I beat you all with a wooden spoon.

Anyway. I was thinking the main character could be a nondescript cloaked and hooded figure/Jawa. And as a surprise, at one point in the game he reveals who he is and stuns the game world. Or, someone could work on designing a character that isn't a board member or anything like that. Oh and Xeios should be in it as a summon.(think Odin, when I feel like it I'll kill something in one hit then walk away.  )
Also, I have a question, will this game be a comedy or hardcore RPG, cause I could help write a comedy-like storyline or a hardcore RPG storyline. I could also come up with/design bosses and stuff if you need me. just ask and I'll see what I can do. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
