| ooc- Yet again you underestimate my character, Xeios is immune to lightning because he can break it down to it's core energy forms. Now electricity is made of the exact same core energy forms, (heat, light, kinetic, potential), Electricity is a name for a man-harnessed form of lightning. Lightning is naturally occurring, and electricity runs through our houses and makes things we rely on work. Lightning could do the same job as electricity, except for the fact that lightning is too powerful to harness, and lasts only a few moments.
The electricity flew into Xeios' breastplate, and it hummed with the tuning of that power. However, as quickly as the electricity moved, Xeios was converting it into the base forms of energy he recieved massive stores of heat, light, and kinetic energies. He wove that energy into a reserve tank inside of himself. He smiled. "Petty tricks will not stop me." Xeios continued spinning the daggers. He realeased them from his hands. And they flew at Alex with great speed. Diving through the hole created in the wall, and spinning towards his two shins. From behind Alex the wall lit up, and hundreds of needles made of hardened blood tore through the wall, flying very quickly at his back. The needles covered an area of 20 square feet. One needle for every square inch, all launching forth within a time frame of a half second. |

"We are here because we were betrayed, we were not appreciated. Our help was not wanted. They will have to pay attention to us now that we oppose them. Ungrateful swine..." Xeios spun in his chair, by lifting it onto one leg. He had a crazed look upon his face, and smiled darkly. |

"I have noticed a sligth change. I need to find out how potent your ability is." Xeios charged forward very quickly. He drew his sword with his right hand. The metals making a swooshing sound as they slid past each other. Xeios brought an immense jumping slash towards Cairoi, from his head slashing down towards his toe. The light behind Cairoi erupted in a blinding flash. following directly after the light, the reverse shape of a cone was set out with shards of ice. everywhere except for a target area, which was Cairoi himself. This should, theoretically, trap Cairoi against a wall of sharp shards of ice, leaving him no room to move without facing some sort of pain. The ice stopped after 15 feet, but stayed one single formation. The two events would coexist perfectly, making a very deadly trap. |

| Xeios watched the earth wrap around the ice and take it away. He jumped into the air as the ice passed into the earth. Cairoi thrust his sword, and Xeios was already out of the way. Xeios even landed on the edge of the weapon just to show off. He levitated off of the blade, and crossed his arms, while rising to a height of 50ft.
"Come on now, you obviously can do more than that! Your turn." Xeios slid his weapon back into it's sheath, and re-crossed his arms cockily. He had a smirk upon his face. |

| I have read about 75% of the battles for the tournament. And, I found that some people definitely outplayed others.
For all intents and purposes I will not go over my battle in the tourny. As to keep this report unbiased. Round 1 All of the descisions in the battles I looked at, excluding my own, were ended by the three day limit. During it's course, Leon drops from the judging, and all fights are completed, excluding mine. Round 2 Cyro operated his character smoothly and perfectly to the point of what it can do. His posts were the most clever and best placed in the battle. But, he somehow managed to lose when the tourny went to judgement. Against none other than Shuyin. Beo performed very well, As did Desroth. I did not know what to exp[ect from this fight, and not having ever fought deroth I was unsure of whether he had any ability. He did in fact have ability, but Beowulf revealed his as well. Beo and Desroth were tied in ability, but according to the ruling made in my fight, where since I was caled out on something twice, Beo should have lost be default. But apparantly, everybody is supposed to get more chances. Elara clearly was the victor against Elyk, and the judging was made accordingly and done well. (the first time in the tournament.) Leon broke a very important rule and was DQed accordingly. He falls out of the tournament now.(in his judging duties etc.) Round 3{/b] Benja shows some promise during the beginning, but Beo easily surpasses him, in both grammatical skill and Sim-Battle experience. I was not surprised by this ruling. Elara and Shuyin battle each other. The fighters show an equal amount of skill, but one begins to surpass the other. Reading her posts makes the battle seem more like a poem, graceful and believable. Reading the other's makes the battle appear to be choppy and mismatched. Somehow the onee who was clearly more graceful with words, and skill, loses when the battle goes to judging. Final Round Shuyin and Beowulf. The two fighters that made it to the end by either skill or chance. Maybe with a little favoritism on both parts. The battle begins, and both fighters get off to a good start. But Beowulf consistantly pulls out descriptive and coherant posts. While Shuyin contorts with every post, to avoid everything, to use unblockable attacks, or create inpenetrable shields. All without using any sorts of charging, or negative penalties to himself. One fights with Honor, while the other exploits the honor. And when Beo is called out on something that is 'unfair.' BTW combo's are not unfair, and that's what his movement was called, and considered by myself. He drops out because a judge that was notified to a fault in Shuyin's movements, did not respond by the time Beo had to post. So he posted and was told he GMed. So now, to look at my observations. The two fighters who reached the final round got there from a bias, and the victorious fighter got there from an insane amount of bias, which makes me believe that he was one of the judges. |

| Shuyin, I'm not sore against you still. I only was for one night. I'm sore now, because I see how much people got away with in thuis tournament, and they realy did not deserve to get away with any of it. Questionable rulings came from everywhere throughout the tournament, and I just do not like it. So this tournament was simply corrupt. The actual leader of the tourny should be active in his own tournament, to assure that the tournament is adequately run.
I'm not waving any sort of Anti-Judge finger at anyone. But I think that more different judges could have been made a better perspective instead of showing the general textbook style of sim-fighting. For without the creative minds we would still be stuck in the: "I slash at your face." There's a huge distinction between who the judges were. Kaijin is textbook. But, I have not been able to personaly guage his strength in cmparison to mine and he has not the chance to do the same, so his opinion on my skill is completely discounted. Leon was a little bit more lax, but generally textbook as well. And Sparda. Seeing as how he practicaly wrote the textbook, he definitely is textbook. I did not see one creative fighter on the list of judges. Cyro would have been good. Leviathan would have been good as an artistic judge, but his amount of internet tme was too low for him to be an adequate judge. So here we are, at a perfect stand still. Kaijin, trying desperately to defend his reasoning, and being backed into a relative corner. Resulting to petty insults of me in order to try to justify himself. There is an utter distinction now, between those who feel cheated from the tourney, or who feel that others were cheated.(it's safe to say that many people think that Elara should have won, if they have read her battle(post length is not a large enough thing to go by. I could add a bunch of random shit to a post, and say it is better than someone elses, and when there is a ruling according to what you are saying, I wuld win.)) And those who feel that everythng was perfectly fair. So, the next tournament is the the one in contest, a true test of skill. So. On with it. |

Sparda did you do that on purpose? Me vs. Shuyin, in round 1, just like the last tournament. That's one way to get even. And with a lack of supernatural skills, it will be a true judge of ability.
