edit: what really should be discussed is the fact that 4kids totally dropped 33 episodes of Onepiece from the earth. they were cut, gone, never aired. in addition to the missing 33 eps, other episodes were sliced and pieced together.

i think you pretty much answered most of your complaints =/

first... WB, CN blah blah blah... kids shows =/ cheesy, why? because it's made for kids. it would make no sense to make a line-up for kids on an american channel to have the origional Japanese song.

second, if it were to be redubbed, most likely, the lyrics would make no sense whatsoever. it would be somewhat hard to try and do that. it is much easier to make up your own crap, and like others said, give yourself credit, or newcomers credit.

third... from what i noticed, the newier licensed animes on DVD still have the origional stuff.

4th, the only people who prefers the origional are those who are already into the show or anime in general. the real purpose executives want is to attractive newier fans. you cannot attract new fans by alienating them with japanese stuff that they wouldnt understand. so butchering it or changing it may be a turn off for loyal fans, but the point being is that they're already fans, it's not like they'll buy anything because they've already got it. you need new fans, so you want it to appeal to a more wider spectrum of potential viewers, not attract the same who have already seen it.

alright, so a day after the suggestion of Ouran High School Host Club, i DLed a couple ep.

the theme song got me worried about the animation style, as i only watch things based on the style. so yeah, it got me worried, but the show was nothing like that. next thing, the plot and character got me worried again. but the second ep remedied it. so i'm hooked. i just finished ep 11 a couple hours ago

WHAT?! we gotta power is better than the hard rock american song? that's a pick-me-up song when the american DBZ theme comes on... i think the japanese DBZ songs were lame -.-'

i dunno, some japanese openings need to be changed. but i do like how Yuu Yuu Hakusho did an actual almost word for word translation, and the singer was kinda the same sounding as the japanese, so kudos to them

omg, some people here still arent getting it. so i'll break it down once more, for this one unnamed person...

there's a difference between a section, and a forum.

Sections:
Entertainment
Anything and Everything Else!

Forums:
Video Hut
Entertainment / Music

currently, Video Hut is under the Anything and Everything Else! section, i was asking to move it to the Entertainment section, NOT move it into the Entertainment / Music forum. my god...

what do you do with videos? you enjoy them. that is called an entertainment, because entertainment invokes joy. everything else, is everything that cannot be classified. videos can be classified as something to entertain the masses.

wow lots of things to point out from the above:

the atmosphere is not a color. it's the bending of the lights, gases and what have you that causes you to "see" the color.

it's simple chemistry for the ozone. as we all know in sciense, atoms would like to have 2 things in the first shell, and 8 on the next, and next, ect. some are not perfect, but if given the chance, they would like to be like that. the ozone is 03, which means there's an extra. it would like to lose one. that's where pollution comes into play... breaking it apart to make 02 and what have you's.

anyways, saying that it's a natural occurence is somewhat untrue. given the fact that it has happened before, does not in any way mean that it's natural. the last time this happened, it was a result of thousands and thousands of years. right now, is a result of the last 100 years. see the difference? thousands, and one hundred. big difference. i wonder what happened in the last one hundred years... right, something called the industral revolution...

would be nice if a link would be provided, so someone at least who've never gone there, could try and see what's up.

alright, so i did some research... took me less than 2 min, seriously...

so from what i saw, apparently, that site never had anime "uploaded." they were using youtube as their source, and linking to them.

youtube, lately, has been getting a lot of people uploading episodes of things. because episodes are using in the 20 min's... that takes a lot of resources. so what they did was made a restriction on the size. as a result, most files were killed. so what people are doing now, are splitting the eps in half. so yeah, it's only a matter of time before the links'll come back up.

my source? THEIR FORUM, in the suggestion/help part!!!!! it's called reading...

as i've noticed, there's been a lot of polls and discussions about other forums, and how they should be merged, and whatnot. what i dont remember is, anything about DarkmoonRO.

i'll just be the first and say it...

WHO PLAYS IT?! i mean, seriously, are there enough players here to even give it it's own section. i can see it having one forum, but not an entire section with sub-forums. it's been around for over a week already, and i have yet to see any real activity in any of their sub-forums.

what i do notice here, are a lot of people complaining about their dail-up. so yeah, can we get a head count of who plays it?

i just wanna know if it truly deserves its own space, given the low activity it has. i know it's new, but still.... there's almost no activity there.

EDIT:

or maybe i'm just misunderstanding what the place is about. is it some sort of new simbattle? cause i'm under the impression that RO stands for raganok online...

i'm gonna have'ta disagree on it being a felony...
a felony is much different from a misdemeanor

misdemeanor 0>1 yr in prison
felony 1< X yrs in prison, can't run for office, vote, join the military/police and i think it will count towards a strike? =/ way too serious...

other than that... i dont think you should be blaming them for forcing $3 on anyone. heck, they would work far less if they could. plus, some states, minimum wage is still $5 =/ one is $2 something... others dont even have any

And the origional one, i heard he commited suicide, not murdered =/

anyways, i dunno, the color on this costume seems a bit off. i dont like this blue... nor this guy.
