| well from what i've been hearing on the news...
the translation isnt perfect. i think they changed a lot of it on purpose too, which is why some people are mad. whereas, on the other hand, if you're in america, it's kinda more polite if you'd at least learn the language. for me, i just don't think it really matters. but from what's been going on lately, i guess this would be the last straw for the people who are against the illegals. |

| well, you gotta be more detailed about why you're joining. you can't simply make a thread, and not really give us the meat of everything. simply because all the things you thought were preventing you from joining no longer applies is not real details.
like... were you ever interested in the military or anything like that? or are you just joining because you feel that you've nothing better to do? |

| as for i... you cant beat genuine comedy. when you're just wanting to watch something to pass the time, or with friends, Full metal panic can't be beat. or even fruits basket. most of the suggestions are great. but from my personal opinion, if you're gonna watch something, dont start with the first ep. i'd like to watch some random ep before i get into something when i first started watching anime. yeah a lot of people hate that approach, but i think if you're new to the game, it's best so you dont waste your time watching the first couple eps of something that you'll hate later on anyways. | |||

| yeah, but i've something to add
a couple weeks ago, at LBCC, there was this spring fashion fling thing show. so anyways, it was my job to help sell out day parking permits to help relief to machines, since it's expected to be at least 400-700 ppl coming. so a couple hours before the show started, my boss and the lady in charged of the show talked it out, and i figured they worked out all the details. i was given instructions, and my boss even said he'll take home the radio to make sure nothing happens. 30 min before the show started, this guy came up next to me, selling permits. his are totally different from ours. it even said vetern's stadium on it. anyways, we were all confused about him. but he assured us that the higher ups knew about it. in fact, he even mentioned their names as if he knew them personally. then he goes onto say things like how this always happens, and no one really keeps things in order. so this girl, who was second in command of the show came up, and she was trying to get him to stop selling. i was just really confused is all. so anyways, she goes and asks the lady in charged if she knew what was going on. the lady's response was "i am aware of what's going on." so with that, i was like, alright, i guess the guy's legit. so i gave up my primo spot, and went somewhere else to relive other machines, and confused guests. so anyways, at the end of the night, we went to collect our radios from the fashion staff. there was a lot of rumors going on about some guy selling fake tickets, and how he doubled the prices. so my friends and i were waiting for the lady in charged. anyways, turns out, that guy was a con-artist. and that the lady did not authorize for him to sell anything. she even said, i said i knew what was going on, as in, because you guys told me, not as in, i authorized it. anyways, she was too busy with the fashion show to come out and deal with it. regardless, if anything happned, she wouldnt get in trouble, but us, because we were entrusted with securing the lot. anyways, out of our 300 available tickets, we sold 37. who knows how much that guy made off with. i mean, he had the primo spot. plus, he jacked up the price after i left. and yes, i was pissed with everyone. especially my boss, who decided to turn off his cell phone, even after he said he would make himself available for any questions. the lady who covered her own ass, by saying vague sentences. blah.... |

hey, what's you contract like? is it 2 years active, followed by 4 inactive or what? you know, if you were in JROTC for all 4 years, you could've joined in as a PFC. but hopefully, the person in charged of your RO program would've been nice enough to forge some paper works, or even a recommendation for you. it never hurts to ask you know. i think you get an extra $200 a month because of the rank jump. i know i was in it for 3 years, and my retired 1SG would've gladly said i was in it for 4 years for me to get the extra promotion. well, my bro joined the national guard, and his boot camp was like 6 months, and he bearly got like 3 or 4k for it. anyways, i dont really recommend the national guard for anyone, because it really does disrupt your life. like you gotta go whenever they want you to go, and sometimes it's for a couple weeks. that doesnt help at all for your school or job to be gone for a couple weeks every couple months. or even weekends if you work on the weekends or w/e. so do you think you'll get deployed even tho you signed up as a reserves? |

| i had two of my bottoms out about two years ago, a week after i graduated from HS. pretty great time to take it out actually, is in the summer. considering how it takes a week before you could actually eat, followed by another week of stinky breathe. but i didnt have both out at the same time, i had the other one out a month after. anyways, i wasnt put to sleep. i find it funny that most people were put to sleep =/ but yeah, lots of pain... for some reason, one on the left top side of my mouth is growing. it's half grown, and it's been like that for a month now =/
and yeah, i heard it was like $500-700 a tooth =/ good thing i didnt have'ta pay |

| well, i finally reg-ed two days ago, but yeah, today is the last day to do the pre-paid pre reg, if you want to go to that line.
i dunno, it's really weird this year. a freaking sat -.-' blah... that really ruins everything. but w/e... this'll be my 6th year. i'm planning on getting my badge a day early on friday, since i'll be in anaheim anyways. plus it'll be easier, since i wont have'ta wait for it on the real day, which is a plus because there's a magic turny around 10am, and sign ups are around 8 or w/e, so i wont miss it .
but yes, i'm pretty much broke this year  guess i'll have'ta borrow some =/ |
