Elara briefly explained it to me, I think. But it didn't seem like science supporting religion, the way she made it sound. And I tried looking it up on dictionary.com, but didn't get a simple explaination. |

| Name: Evobalthene De LaCendre
Age: 21 History: Evobalthene grew up in a small town in the South of France. Her family was killed when she was 10, and has since used the time to track down the killer of her father. Between searching for him, she has been passing the time as an assassin for hire. She quit her career as an assassin when she met her fiance, Beau, but after his death after her 19th birthday, she resumed her hired hit career. She travels, hardly in one area for long. Specialty/Career: Evo specializes in sneak attacks and prefers close combat. He usual weapons are daggers and swords, but she loves to fight with her hands as well. She prides herself in her superfast reflexes and thinking quickly in tight situations. To date, she is still an assassin, killing for gold, training to claim the life of the man that killed her father. *The lights switched on and Evo's eyes adjusted quickly to the light. Damn, her cover was gone. Wait. What had happened? The last thing she remembered, she had just changed into her assassin's outfit and was getting ready to go after prey. Had she gotten caught? DAMNIT. That was good money too... Most people were coming around into conciousness now. One young man in particular was already standing and walking around, confusion twisting his handsome face. His attire, she found attractive. ...Let's see if his brain works, she thought to herself. Just then a voice came over the sound system. Shit. Ok. Work together. Work together. Good idea. We all need to get out alive. Evobalthene pushed herself off the ground and stood, leaning against the wall she was just slouched into. She would wait until more people came around before she would say anything to anyone. Brushing off her black pantsuit, she looked around with her emerald eyes wild. She took a red hair tie off her wrist and put her flaming red hair up into a tight pony tail and redied herself for anything that could come next.* |

| *Evobalthene watched as the people came around, confused, some of them trying to play it cool. She did a mental eye-roll but kept her poker face on, revealing nothing until a tall man of about 20 stood up. He looked weary as he tried to walk, a look of confusion and pain plastered on his face. He stumbled, then fell back against the wall where he was origionally sitting, his headwrap coming lose around him.
Evobalthene approached him and slapped his face lightly. Out cold. She stood up and looked around, her face once again unreadable until a tan woman stood up and asked about who everyone was. Evo pushed herself off the wall and sauntered over to her, her eyes scanning the room for traps and the like. As she aproached the woman, she noticed her beautiful features. She had an air of rediness about her, someone Evo herself was not sure that she wanted to get on the bad side of. Absently, she touched the curved scar just below her left eye. She thought about her father, and how she would make it out alive to avenge his death. Her lively and sparkling emerald eyes grew cold and hard at the thought of the man, but she smiled when she got closer to the tan woman, lighting up her features.* "Evobalthene De LaCendre." *She extended a hand toward the woman.* "Evo. How about yourself?" |

| *Evo looked at the man who was just pacing the room, then back to Mina. She thoughtfully chewed at ehr bottom lip, as if trying to decide the wisest thing to say. She looked down at her attire again, finding it a little too form-fitting to be wearing in a bright room filled with strangers. She glanced at the gal stomping her cigarette, then at the man who was, just moments before, passed out.
Figuring no one else was going to go first, she shook her head and looked down at the ground, pondering if she was to tell the truth or not. Again she absently touched the small scar under her left eye, then waved her hand in the air as if a sign of defeat. She looked at everyone, and trying to speak in the best English she could with the least acent she could, she spoke* "I was getting ready. For a battle. A... one-on-one, so to speak. I was een a big town, not a city, een my hotel room. Ze sun had gone down only hours before, and I was putting on... zis....." *SHe motioned at her black ninja-like suit, trimmed with red and hesitated before continuing.* "I left my hotel room. Come to think of eet, I don't 'sank I locked the door. Any vay. I left ze hotel from ze exit by de lounge, in an alleyway. I was being careful.... I don't understand... Usually nothing can take me by surprise... like zat anyway." *She finished, unsure of whether she should reveal anymore to them. They were on the same side, right? Right?* "no... maybe not..." *She softly whispered, so that the only person that might have heard her would have been Mina, as she was only about a foot or two away. Evo crossed her arms, hugging herself, and waited for another story.* |

| LoL. But yeah, it wouldn't really warrant having a whole forum for it. Like Elara said, a sticky thread would be the best way to go, all things considered. THen as it grows, we could make another, like "comic book cosplay" and "anime/movie cosplay"

| O.o Umm... Id on't think I'm going that far... but I am going to raise him to be bilingual. I'm currently enrolled in Spanish, and Ryan is enrolling next semester (I will be on maternity leave), and then Spring semester, we're going to both take the next level of Spanish, so we will be able to teach our child as we learn and he grows. |

| *Evo looked at the SWAT guy, and the guy that looked like he could be a SWAT guy. She pursed her lips and searched them for answers.
She strode over to the guy who was slouching against the wall, who had mumbled something moments before. She slid down the wall a few feet away from him and looked out into the room at everyone else, not making eye contact with him.* What? Did you say starting a war? *Talking to him personally, Evo did not hold back her accent, and a strong accent from Southern France rolled off her tongue.* "Zat is not very helpful, I think. I did not exactly wish to talk about vat I vas doing, either. You are ze one who suggested eet, maybe you can be more helpful to ze rest of us." She looked up to the guy in the SWAT uniform and smiled, speaking louder so he could hear her.* " 'Allo, Chris. I am Evo. What is the last thing YOU remember? Or anyone else..." *Evobalthene trailed off and stole a glance at the guy she was sitting next to. He was like her somehow, Evo could feel it in his air. She wondered what he had meant by 'starting a war,' but would not press to much on the matter, as he seemed as if he regretted something.* OOC : When Evo was 'taken,' she had her belt on her, with all her weapons, her two schimmitar daggers, her broadsword, and a few other items. "Wow, ok, I just hurt my brain" Evo thought to herself. "I think too much sometimes..." Evo glanced back to Mina and listened to her story. She raised an eyebrow in puzzlement at the mention of the word, Kempo, obvious that she was not familiar with the term. Next she listened to the girl called Eris. She sensed a lot of resistance in telling the whole story from everyone around her, including herself. What was she going to say, that she was getting ready to go slaughter a guy for money? Not with that cop guy around. She had plenty of questions, but asked none, waiting to see if anyone would react to her facial expressions rather than her words. She wasn't one to talk when she didn't feel like it. Once again, she slid her eyes to the guy next to her. He was still hesitating, pondering if he wished to reveal more about himself. "Why not, no one else is telling the whole truth here...Why should you be any different?" She thought to herself as she looked at him. Her eyes slid over to the guy witht he long blonde hair. He seemed to be feeling better now. That was good. She had the urge to go check to make sure he was ok, a habit she had picked up in her deceased fiance's village. She was sometime refered to as the village nurse since she was so caring. Those times were gone, though. No more time to care about anyone.* "Why bother to care about someone when they will just be taken from you in the moment that you find them?" *Evobalthene had not realized she had just spoken aloud, and closed her eyes, leaning her head against the cold wall.* |

and now I'm not sure if Twilight Princess will be released for CameCube or Revolution. They keep changing the release dates. If it does end up being for GameCube, I honestly don't think I will buy the Revolution.  |
