This is a very catchy song, though not too weird for me since there are hundreds of ska songs about things like this. The animation is kind of an alternative and nicely done. The motion is really smooth, even when changing perspectives. I thought it was a good, clean,(compared to the other albinoblacksheep stuff) flash film that's well done in all ways.

(quote from many people to me: John, you'd never get laid, haha!)
I'm a strong supporter of abstainence, since sex really shouldn't be anyone's top priority (30% of the world doesn't experience pleasure from sex, and I'm sure we could all envy them). That and I'm at the bottom of the social rankings kids force themselves into, which is a fun, safe place to be. Most girls are offended by things like my taste in clothes, eating habits, lack of a 'life', voice, imagination, etc. I think its hilarious, and would like to keep it that way.

Uhh, that's a generalization that can't be proved at all. All the classic composers had better understanding of music than anyone in this day has, and they still are the foundation of music today. And you're saying that only black people make good music, which is a blind opinion with no arguments. Most rap has no melody therefore cannot be considered music. If you mean that lots of black people have natural talent, I'll agree with you, but then so do all other races.

I like most rock music, especially symphonic metal and ska. Jazz is also good, and made lots of changes in the way chords can be played. Then there's techno, and that has so many cool possibilities. I really think Linkin Park should make an all electronica album, because Kyur 4 th Itch and Session were incredible.

Heh, I watched the majority of this at Tai's house, he suprisingly bought it legally. I like the way that world is, and how the whole thing is remarkebly like Skies of Arcadia. As I was watching the last fight scene in it, Tai's dad was watching nascar and his comments such as "GOT EM" or "OH,OH, OH, WOW YEAH!" and it fit perfectly. The creator of this, Range Murata, also made Blue Submarine No.6 which is equally as good. If i went on about favorite scenes and whatnot it would be one spoiler after the next.

A while back I was Penobapower, which cam from the epic manga i wish to get going, Shards of Penoba. Penoba was a nickname that some kid had last year and was really funny for no reason, and me, Sasuke and Tai unanimously decided to n ame the manga after it. Van Rhanell is my sim character's name, and one of the main SoP char.s. Van just sonded like a good short name for a cat-race and Rhanell is a rearrangement of my last name, but I added an 'L' and took out an 'e'.

I think that school should be together until about 7th grade then separate, that would avoid many stupid useless emotions and stress. When a guy is unfortunately attracted to a girl, it causes way too much daydreaming and thinking, and will lose sight of what has more value. Separating genders would also mean a much lower underage sex rate, since at lest 80% of relationships come from seeing them at school. I could concentrate better because it seems most of what girls talk about is stupid enough to be distracting, and that's the same impression i've gotten from them about me. Also, there are many cases I've seen that suggest that a person with more peers of their gender is less likely to be gay, but I don't want to start an "annihalate Van's opinion" thread for a while....

In Sonic Adventure 2 during Final Rush, there are at least three points where you can fall from an incredible lenghth and actually advance in the level. Also in Super Smash Bros. Melee, Jigglypuff has an unnaturally powerful up throw, and that combined with Rest can get you through classic mode almost all the time. In Armored core 3, there's the option of playing with an overweight mech with truly massive amounts of weaponry, but it's really only effective before you become a seasoned pilot. And Cyro, I'll have to try that thing in Oil Ocean zone, I've never explored that stage very much.

I'm listening to Until The Last Moment by Yanni. Great piano piece that I'm trying to learn by ear(I'm capable of it, but it's going pretty slow) Some new age is really good, and Yanni is a very very talented guy along with the mini orchestra that tours with him.

I've been pretty smart about what games to get, but one terrible game I bought was Worms Blast for the GC. It's NOTHING like Worms World Party or Armageddon, insted you're in this little boat and shoot these crap weapons at multi-colored blocks. The characters are based off the weapons from previous games, and if you ever gave up on life and learned the method of it you could probably have the thing beat in 2 hours.

I would like to be either in the dryest, hottest part of the Sahara desert or really deep into the Amazon rainforest. I've always wanted to survive in a desert just for fun, but I also want to prove Hideo Kojima's theory wrong by cavorting around in an orange box "undetected". I hope to visit Japan frequently when i'm older, and maybe live there for a few years if anyone wanted me as a manga artist.

ooh, another one of these. I assume that it'll be even longer than the others (Order of The Phoenix took me 3 days to read though) and have some new, secret part of Hogwarts yet again. And if Dumbledore really does have more significance in this one, that's all for the better, I still think we hardly have seen how amazing he is. I don't think this series goes against any Christian rules like some confused people, it doesn't make you percieve life differently, most people will still think "heh, what a strange world it would be if magic existed" before and after reading it.

I didn't see this until about 2 years ago, but that's kind of a good thing since I can remember more of it. The prequel had its moments,

"whoa, she's not wearing any underwear"
"I know what a loser, I wear 2 pair"
"me too!"

but original was funnier in a few ways, the toilet scene is still one of the best things I've seen from a movie. These are also characters that I can relate to a little, exept I just thought of doing stupid things instead of taking action.

Whoa! Now that you mention it Major Armstrong does sound like a Chris Sabat character. Funimation did a not-bad job on this one, the story and dialogue seems to have kept its original meaning. I really like how it can go from humorus to dark in a moment, making the mood of the show very catchy. I'm also impressed with the mechanical drawings like how Ed's arm fits together and Al's whole suit.

My favorite is Alexander Anderson, the Irish Catholic priest from Hellsing. He has a cool accent, blessed silver knives and a "4-dimensional" coat (means his supply of knives is virtually unlimited). I also like his attitude of killing all vampires, even when they're working with him. Then there's the part about him being able to take bullets like a Terminator, which isn't really cheap since he's a close range fighter. Other favorites of mine are Korin from Dragonball (z) and Aoshi Shinamori from the Kenshin series.

Heh, time for some radical disagreement. I've observed things about gays (both men and women) and have come up with some ideas that most people would call wtfyouidiotcrackheadthatsnotevenremotelyconcievable!! but i think are pretty true. Any bi-ness or complete homosexuality comes from some kind of trauma (addictions, molestation, battery, etc.), not because "i suddenly felt like it" and some people are more prone to it than others. It is a condition that is not a normal function of the brain, and will change the way a person thinks of everything. This shift of the mind is also true for conditions like depression, bipolar and multiple personalities. Another thing is that when a gay becomes straight again they can't imagine why they thought like that, also in the other conditions. With this observed, I believe that homosexuality is a mental illness. It can never be a legitimate pairing, because two of the same kind can't produce their own children, and this 'happiness' that comes from a twisted relationship doesn't last eternal like a true couple. I didn't bash your opinions directly, so don't come down on mine.

Posted on 03-16-05 06:25 PM, in Ban rap? Link
Rap pretty much takes everyone's mind thousands of years back to the simple thought of "I'm cooler than you because I think that I dress, act, and talk cooler" It teaches people to have no respect for others, take what you need, and hate a different race that doesn't hate you anymore. I wouldn't say a ban, but if MTV confined it to 1 or 2 shows and started playing the metal again, our culture would get back on track. Some metal bands do have terrible values but they won't convince you to bang 3 girls consecutively, buy $120 shoes, or have 5 pounds of shiny material on your neck. MTV has had a grip on our youth culture ever since it was invented, and a shift away from rap would make a huge difference.

Draken I appreciate your preaching, but many people here would rather listen to a less direct opinion, so next time tone it down. lots of kids who were raised Christian weren't taught to actually love and depend on God, only to memorize prayers, which makes it seem meaningless. The insufficient way that most kids are taught makes it seem boring and possibly false. If they were ever taught the meaning of their lives and why they need to be devoted to Jesus, more youths would stay with Christianity. I would also never rely on science to guide my life, because what is physically made by humanity is never perfect, without His truth there will always be a flaw in our logic while we're on earth. Listen to Science by S.O.A.D., it really is the best message I've heard from a song in a while.

These are some things I've been wanting to say:

I can't stand when people stop your opinion before you finish it or even start.

I can't stand when people hurt themselves to relieve stress.

I can't stand when a decent tv network decides to change all of its shows, and make crap out of the few existing ones.

I can't stand the fact that over 50% of my school has done some kind of drug

I can't stand it when people call themselves a religion and celebrate its holidays but have no concern for its principles and keep it away from their lives.

I can't stand it when people use the word 'hate' directed at another person, it will never make the other person change and you can always expect a negative response from it.

I can't stand when people know nothing about a belief yet read its book and find what they think are 'contradictions' , not reading any of the footnotes and being completely ignorant that some of it might be symbolism.

I can't stand how the effects of the media have dulled most Americans into being among the least intelligent of nations.

I can't stand it when moral absolutes are said to not exist and are willfully broken.

heh, the lyrics to Santeria by Sublime reminds me of why 99% of the girls I find attractive aren't worth it, and really explained what recently happened in my life. I find this song hilarious.

I don't practice Santeria
I ain't got no crystal ball
Well I had a million dollars but I, I'd spend it all
If I could find that heina and that sancho that she'd found
Well I'd pop a cap in sancho and I'd slap her down
What I really wanna know (my baby)
What I really wanna say, I can't define
Well it's love that I neeeeeed
My soul will have to wait till I get back
Find a heina of my own
Daddy's gonna love one and all
I feel the break, feel the break, feel the break
And I gotta live it out
Oh yeah un-huh
Well I swear that I, what I really wanna know (my baby)
What I really wanna say, I can't define
Got love! Make it go
My soul will have to...
What I really wanna say (my baby)
What I really wanna say, is I've got mine
And I'll make it
Yes, I'm going up
Tell sanchito that if he knows what is good for him
He best go run and hide
Daddy's got a new .45
And I won't think twice
To stick that barrel straight down sancho's throat
Believe me when I say that I got something for his punk-ass
What I really wanna know (my baby)
What I really wanna say, is there's just one way back
And I'll make it
My soul will have to wait
